In general the hotel was of good standard ,clean and well kept staff very good and willing to go the extra mile

Disappointed that the car parking costs were not shown when I booked the hotel ,in all honesty I would not have booked if I knew the costing of parking. Having read the reviews were on how fabulous the breakfast offering was , I found breakfast was disappointing for the following reasons , firstly no fried eggs on the menu !! Every hotel I have stopped in all have served fried eggs , In my opinion and other customers I heard complaining all said the same . Secondly the bacon offered every day was dried and over cooked ( not very appetising ! !

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Especially Connor in the bar. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and food was hot. No fried eggs on offer but didn’t ask if that was an option and it might well have been done to order , although never saw anyone with one. That said plenty of choice of hot and cold food Bar food available in the evening as no restaurant on site

Hadn’t realised that the hill back to the hotel was going to be such a challenge with a disabled scooter but we managed.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton in Bournemouth, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. This accessibility made it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions, enjoy seaside strolls, and dine at various restaurants without needing to rely on transport. Queen Room. My room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the modern amenities, including a good-sized TV, ample charging points, and a well-lit bathroom with a refreshing shower. The decor was contemporary and inviting, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast:The complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight. There was a wide variety of options, from hot items like scrambled eggs, sausages, and beans, to fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and yogurts. Everything was fresh and well-stocked, and the dining area was clean and comfortable, providing a great start to each day. Staff:What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every team member I encountered, from check-in to check-out, was genuinely friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They were always ready with a smile, eager to assist with any queries, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their attentiveness made a significant positive impact on my visit. Facilities:While I didn't extensively use all facilities, the lobby area was welcoming and provided a comfortable space to relax. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which is always a bonus.Overall Experience:The Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth exceeded my expectations.

The shower in the room trickled and was not very good.

The breakfast was passable. Bacon hard but the rest was good. Staff very quick at removing finished plates etc, and cleaning the tables.

Well let's just say I had a good night's sleep. Which is what I want in an hotel. Very quiet inside and no street noise. Pity I didn't ask about clothes hanging space when I got into my room on the first night. Behind the sliding door to the bathroom. I didn't find out until I was going back to the room to finish packing when I mentioned about not having hanging space to receptionist when she told me where it was. My fault for not asking sooner.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location—just a couple of minutes' walk to the town centre with plenty of restaurants nearby, and around 10 minutes from the beach. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. When I first checked in, I was given a room next to one where two babies were crying loud. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, of course, but as it was an adjoining room, I could hear everything through the connecting door. I asked to switch rooms, and the team accommodated my request immediately. The new room was spotless, very comfortable, and the bed was super comfy—I slept like a dream. There was even a cosy armchair, perfect for relaxing and reading. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both sweet options and a full English. A really pleasant stay overall—I’d happily return!

It would have been nice to have a complimentatry bottle of water in the room. There was a kettle wtih tea/coffee though.

The car park affiliated with the hotel. I paid for parking on check in however received a PCN yesterday. Not good ! The PCN was dated 11 days ago and i was given 14 days to pay or pay a higher penalty. Was this by design i wonder ? I called the hotel and have sent the PCN and proof of payment to them to resolve, It has taken the edge off my wife's 60th Birthday celebration stay and took nearly 2 hours to address. Also the signage in the carpark was not clear on exit regarding the lane to use, plus signage for walkways impossible to comply with. All in all pretty poor.

I’ve not stayed in a Hampton by Hilton before but was really impressed by this location. Staff were brilliant - kind, helpful, friendly and professional. The decor was really fresh and felt so much more personal and thoughtful than a Premier Inn or Travelodge. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet (as specially requested), was immaculately clean and felt very safe. Best of all, there were power and charging points EVERYWHERE! I spend half my working life on the road, trying to find enough sockets to plug in my laptop and phone. Not here! I could reach a socket (USB ports too) from almost anywhere in the room. Breakfast was generous, good quality and refreshed and tidied up constantly by staff. The very worst thing I could say about my stay was that the hash browns could have been kept a wee bit warmer, but that’s really nit-picking. Great stay overall and will seek out Hampton by Hilton branches whenever I’m on the road. Great value for an affordable but high quality midweek stay.

Other than the hash browns which had cooled down a bit on the breakfast buffet, everything else was great!

Breakfast choices were excellent, quality & quantity equally top quality. Absolutely no problems with the room, comfy bed, great walk in shower. Very clean. Staff always friendly, helpful and courteous. The secure basement parking was very re-assuring and safe, very well priced.

Perched on top of a hill, you need to be fairly fit in coming and going. With the above in mind, sometimes of an evening it would be good to dine in the hotel, Unfortunately there is only a snack menu.

The room was nice, and staff were responsive and helpful to our needs. Our sink was blocked the first night, but quickly sorted out the next day. Breakfast was nice.

It was very small in terms of keeping our stuff and we wanted an extra chair, but couldn't really sit together in the room as it was too small. Lovely view of the sea, from an awkward position in the rom. Breakfast was nice but limited in terms of hot food, no variations - e.g. fried eggs, would have been nice.

It is a nice hotel in the centre of Bournemouth! Unfortunately lots of steps to get to it ,but if you drive they have a carpark!! Near bus stops which was good, and short walk into town, though I'd bus back and walk down the hill back to hotel!! Includes Breakfast in the price which is really good and do hot and cold snacks in the evenings in the bar area, which were nice!! It also has a lift to all floors!

Just the steps to get upto the hotel itself, not good if your disabled as hill steep! Also supposed to have shower seat, but was missing, but staff quickly supplied a stool, and sorted out the TV too!!
