A great double room on the first floor in this very well kept guesthouse. The property is located at the top of a hill so bear this in mind. Great if you don't mind a walk. Good selection for complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Mo, the owner is a fantastic host who went out of his way to accommodate us - even left us a box of chocolates when we arrived! Thank you Mo, we will be visiting again soon!

Noisy people stayed on our past night but Mo dealt with them promptly first thing the next morning. In the height of summer I guess this can happen. Was refreshing to see it dealt with so promptly. .

Location, location, location and very clean - The location is perfect—accessible and convenient. The place is spotlessly clean, and we appreciated that breakfast was provided. It's also very quiet, with only occasional chatter from the neighbors, which didn't bother us at all.

We had a great stay overall, but the room we booked was quite small and felt cramped—there wasn't enough space for two people and our small luggages, and there were no chairs. The tower fan was also unreliable, stopping at times. While these were minor issues (and the small room was likely our own fault for not checking the details), the excellent location and high level of cleanliness were fantastic and easily overshadowed the negatives. I'd definitely recommend this place, but make sure to double-check the room size before you book (suggest to book a bigger room).

I loved my stay. It has everything you will need. A large closet and a hairdryer (a good one - was perfect for my long/thick hair) as well. No problem to contact the host. He was around from time to time and asked if I needed new towels or anything. There are only four steps down to the bathroom, no big deal. Also the bathroom is big enough to get dressed in there. Or just take a fast look if anyone is around and simply cover yourself with the towel to walk back to your room. The breakfast was good and you can help yourself. I like this so much more than eating breakfast in loud hotel restaurants. There was a selection of bread, fruits, yoghurt, ... . Water, coffee, tea, chocolate, and different juices. Everything was clean. I would come here again.

There is nothing bad to say about this place.

I was only here for two nights but I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, only a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. The check-in was very easy and all the instructions received prior to my arrival were clear and detailed. My room was small but very cosy and with all the facilities needed: hair dryer, tea & coffee, small desk, comfortable bed. The private bathroom (close to the room) was perfect. All the guesthouse is extremely clean and quiet. The breakfast is good and you have plenty of choices. Excellent communication with Mo who is very friendly and discreet. I felt at home and I appreciated to be really independent during my stay. I will be back!

Just before we left to go to the property, we rang up just to let the owner know we were on our way, and I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that our room had been upgraded. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast options were cereal, toast, croissants and choc au pains. There was a selection of juices in the fridge, as well as milk and muller corner yogurts. There were several single Cafetieres that you add ground coffee to yourself, so you can decide how strong it is. There was a small selection of fresh fruit as well. We stayed here to attend a show at the BIC and it was just a five minute walk away. The town is also a 5 minute walk away, and there are several restaurant chains as well as independent restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing that I would say is that the street outside was a bit noisy at times. This was nothing to do with the hotel. Because it is so near the town centre, people leaving the area use the street and felt the need to shout at the top of their voices as they walked along.

Very close to local bars/restaurants/town centre and beach. Room was immaculate and was sent a message to ask if we would like our room to be cleaned. Breakfast consists of doing your own, which is a help yourself to breads, cereals, fruits, yogurts, fresh juices, pastries and preserves teas and coffee's Simple breakfast but sets you up for the day. Nice to have hot water and a powerful shower Area is quite quiet and no matter which way you go when leaving the property you always head town or to the beach and in a short distance.

People who didn't want to wipe clean the area they had used when it's all supplied to help for others to sit down and enjoy there breakfast without cleaning before them.

The house and room are well decorated and scrupulously clean. The room was quiet, the towels were provided. The access system is good. The continental breakfast was available in the breakfast room. The choice of cereals could be greater, cheese and ham were available and yoghurt, fresh fruit and bread and milk. The location is close to the centre and a short walk up a steep hill. Parking on a Bank Holiday weekend was difficult in the street. We used an NCP nearby car park.

Firstly the Guesthouse is located in a quiet area but very close to shops, park and entertainment, the beach is just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable, loved the black out blinds. Everything is kept clean and tidy. There was a decent choice for breakfast and plenty of options nearby to eat out on all budgets and all cravings. The host was very knowledgeable about the area and had time to give us some tips on were to head for the day. We felt very looked after.

It’s quite cozy and a nice study environment very friendly host and nice breakfast room great atmosphere especially in the morning with the dew in the air. It’s also close to the Hilton where you can have breakfast or dinner if you’d like overall really great property with a fantastic host and beautiful area

Its perfect it’s just that it’s on a hill I know can’t change the terrain but If you have back issues keep that in mind Also Noisy neighbors the house two doors down but other than that beautiful

Great location for the BIC and the purpose of our trip! Self service was so easy to get in the property and instructions very clear. Self service breakfast each morning was perfect for us and plenty of food for all guests. Bed very comfortable, bathroom very clean.

Some areas of dust in the room - lampshade and storage areas but I am being very picky! Could have done with a few more pillows or an option to grab some more
