The location was excellent, plenty of restaurants around and a shop close by with a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a stay.

You have to check in on the given arrival time, you can't call or request an early check in as no one answered. There was air-conditioning but no remote to work it and the TVs signal was awful. You could hear everything by your room if people were walking or in the room next to us.

The location is great just out of the summer craziness in town. But near to good pubs /places to eat. Close to a great beach. Bus stop to the train station is right outside hotel. So train/ bus to Hotel perfect . I stayed in the tiny single room. Was a reasonable price in August and fine, I just needed a bed for three nights. I'd be quite happy to stay there again.

Not the hotels fault but the hotel is on a noisy road, so having windows open at night is an issue. I guess the price to pay for being close to the centre. Not really a major issue I closed the windows at night all was good. Light under the door from the hall at night. I had to use a towel to block out the light.

The location was convenient for the Bournemouth International Centre, beach & Pier. The room was cosy with plenty of tea & coffee; the sweet treats a real bonus. The shower & ample towels were appreciated along with the use of a bathrobe due to the bathroom for the room being across the hall. Friendly receptionist.

I was in room 11 so my private bathroom was across the hall. There was no space in my room for a shower & loo so this was understandable but not a pleasant experience in the middle of the night, remembering to take the room keys & then fumbling for the right key for the bathroom door.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and very close to the beach and bus stops pretty much outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and we appreciated that we could store our bags on the day of departure for a few hours - very helpful when travelling solo with a young child by public transport!

This is probably just us, so very subjective and by no means a general negative, but for us, the cost of the breakfast was high for what we (my son in particular) consumed. It was beautifully presented though!

We stayed last night for one night and were absolutely delighted with our room. We chose two single beds. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were divine. Sheets were fresh and felt expensive. The room and bathroom were utterly spotless and the room smelt so fresh. There were tea and coffee making facilities, with a lovely selection of nice Dorset teas. Lovely little touch of some cookies in a mi I killer jar and some celebrations in a glass jar. The lady in reception was very friendly. Fantastic location, 5 mins from the beach, and some lovely restaurants close by. High recommended, and would stay again, without hesitation. Wonderful!

Nothing

Easy service, easy parking, very comfortable room and perfect for what we wanted. Nice touches with the treats and coffee facilities. Super clean! Also accommodated a later checkout and another stay. Couldn't ask for anything more. Only downside if your after luxury bathrooms, but again super clean and just right for us! Thank-you for a great stay

Not that we didn't like at all (but standard bathroom in the room we had which was perfect for us) but other rooms I'm.sure accommodate

Great Layout, spacious, warm room and option of Aircon/window to cool, good clean facilities, soaps available, towels, refreshments, parking, location to town was awesome. Great recommendations for our time there. Friendly staff. Daily replacement of refreshments.

Little dated, bed mattress topper was a duvet and a sheet so all came off during the night as I am quite a mover, pillows not the comfiest , old TV didn't work great in terms of reception/screen quality, but none of these things were an issue.

The location was very convenient for attending a show at the pavilion. The hotel was tastefully decorated and very clean. I loved the little personal touches, colour coordinated dressing gowns (room 11) to use private bathroom opposite . Biscuits to have with complentary tea and coffee. Lastly excellent communication, I emailed to say that I left my pyjama bottoms at the hotel they got straight back to me saying that they had been found and would be sent to my home address. Would definitely stay again.

All fine no complaints at all

Pefect location to the beach, shops, restaurants and the theatre where we had a booking on the Saturday night. B&B room was clean and bed comfortable but the bathroom was so tiny. Breakfast room was lovely and the food good quality. Staff friendly and polite. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom was so tiny! Only room for one person at a time. When you cleaned your teeth, you had to bend down under the ledge to use the sink so this was not good. Shower was good power but not much room to move around. I bumped my head picking up shower gel from the floor so if you are of a larger size, this would have proven difficult to maneuver.
