We had an absolutely brillant time and will definitely book again. Housekeeping was superb, friendly staff who recommended the fireworks. Great food selection, bar staff friendly and the evening entertainment enjoyable. Honestly 5* brilliant location from the beach and pier. Room was spacious, hot shower and comfortable bed with plenty of storage for luggage as we stayed 7 nights. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools, lots of fun for the kids and the suna for adults.

The parking was a little expensive and some nights the room was hot. Could do with reflective covers for the glass windows so we could have the curtains open at night to let the breeze in. They did have fans which were a great help! Also a cocktail selection at the bar.

The staff, were excellent and friendly There was an issue one night, in the restaurant, but it was dealt with professionally and instantly by the restaurant manager, with a nice gesture The food passed our expectation, both morning and evening

We found the drinks a very expensive It only encourages you to buy one round, in the evening, instead of two This is counter productive and should be reviewed The wine was priced higher than spirits which can’t be right.

I liked that there is a swimming pool and sauna on site. The rooms, although somewhat basic in decor, have everything that one needs. The lounge area is comfortable and a female member of staff at the bar was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Paid car parking on site is useful and the location is not too long a walk from the beachfront.

I did not like the way we were greeted upon arrival. I found the attitude of a few members of staff left a lot to be desired with their manners. We were kept waiting an hour for our room after the check in time whilst other guests got their rooms straight away. To make up for the wait time a hot drink voucher was given to each of us, which was appeasing. I also noticed that two members of staff spoke to other members of staff in a rather disrespectful way in front of guests, one at the restaurant at breakfast and once at the bar in the evening. I found that unprofessional. There seemed to be a little leak between the shower and wash basin. The rooms were clean and tidy and the only housekeeping staff they I saw was very pleasant.

The redecorated rooms were nice airy, clean and fresh. No odd smells or mould in the bathrooms. Shower heads were also clean. Beds were nice and firm/supportive. Nice clean pool and spa area. Considering we booked at short notice, we were all accomodated well including the 2 kids. Although it would have been nice for both the parents to be in the room as thier kid.

The curtains were broken so the light was shinging in at night on 1 of the rooms and the single room had a poor over used mattress along with a cramped bathroom. The whole building is either very dated or dated, if the decor was consistent then i feel people wouldnt notice it as much. Only 1 lift to each floor and long walking distance to rooms at the end/ far side of the building, which made it difficult for my mum who uses a walking aid.

The room was nice and clean (Clare), excellant for local bus route stopped literally outside, and daily charge £5. The staff were polite and helpful. The welcoming staff for breakfast were excellant, especially the man (older than others) but very handsome and took pride in his job, and services offered. ( I did see a blonde waitress spraying D10 sanitizer near the food, I think she is new "angela". But all staff were lovely The room was very hot as it was on the 4th floor (a very hot weekend) fan was in room, so happy with our experience, and would return

The bed was a bit too firm, and the 2 pillows had seen better days. We asked for 2 extra pillows, that made it more comfortable.

The gym, and pool were added bonus especially on wet days with use of towels at no cost. Bus stops outside if you didn't want to drive. About 20/30mins walk into Bournemouth. All the staff were friendly, very helpful and quite funny too.

The hotel needs some updating in places. ie: painting and the lift wasn't working at all, we weren't told about this until the day before we went, not ideal at all. Oh and the car park at hotel was charged at £12 per day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean but needs an update. Towels and linen very clean. Adequate furniture, hairdryer provided and tea making facility. English breakfast was adequate (buffet) also choices of cereal, croissants etc.

The windows needed a clean, no net curtain or blind. Had to close curtains when getting changed. Unable to use shower as the shower head was at the wrong angle and could not adjust. Had to wash hair over the bath! No lockers working when using swimming pool.

Everything else was such a great experience.

The indoor heated pool was cold as my ex’s heart.

Location on the seafront was amazing! Just a 3 min walk. . Beautiful. . . Around a 20min walk to the train station/town centre. .friendly welcome, easy check in. . . Room was on 3rd floor, small single room. .had everything I needed. . . Bed was comfy, and loved the wide windows i could open. . . Bathroom was spotless, and the big bath was amazing. . View was just the car park area, but wasnt expecting a sea view. . Didnt use the bar or resturant. .

Room was VERY hot, even with the fan blowing/windows open. . . . The noise of a generator outside my window kept me awake abit. . .

There was a bit of confusion about what type of room I had booked. The manager was fantastic and moved our room straight away which was more suitable however, when reading my booking details when home I realise I still did not get the room I paid for. Description said extra large double bed and we was give a small double bed. The room was lovely, I just wish I’d have double checked my booking as I would have liked to get what I requested.
