The hotel is great and relaxed. The breakfast buffet was great, and most of the fellow guests were nice and respectable.

The shower only pumped out boiling hot water and it was challenging to adjust the temperature - a cold shower would of been nice to counteract the hot temperatures outside. The housekeeping staff tend to start very early with their cleaning which distrupted my sleep, along with nearby guests constantly letting their hotel doors slam shut!!! I would also recommend a strong set of earplugs the walls are very thin. Also there was one guest (a young lad) who had slightly a few too many beverages one evening which was slightly off putting. Also you need to improve on your WiFi as well. But saying at all this, if these concerns are taken on board I would stay here again.

The hotel was excellent value for money. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Car parking for £5 was a bonus. Very good food choice and never a queue at the buffet. The hotel was a bit tired in places. A 5 minute walk to the seafront was another bonus.

Quality feel of the linen on the bed. Nice and quiet (except a dog barking in the room next door on night two- only for about 5 mins though!) Mattress was comfy, pillow was too. Iron and ironing board provided as per my request. Staff were brilliant. Really nice people who seemed like they enjoyed their work.

Water pressure on the shower wasn't as bad as I'd feared from the reviews, but still not nearly as good as home. Water runs good and hot though. Floor is properly creaky, which is a little disconcerting when trying to be mindful of other guests in the wee hours, but really, is quite charming!

The hotel is in a great location and all the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to the suite which was lovely and spacious. We arrived early and although we couldn’t check in early we were able to do the paperwork and leave our car in the car park from when we arrived.

These comments aren’t meant as a poor review, just observations for others. There is no plug socket close to the bed in our room, and as I require alarms on my phone for medication alerts it has to be on my nightstand and charging overnight, so this was difficult. The hotel did not provide a bath mat for when getting out of the bath/shower which I felt was poor. Our suite didn’t have a fridge in it, and there was no telephone to call for room service. I don’t know if room service is available at the hotel but we didn’t see anything indicating that it was. We did have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities.

I wanted to share how impressed I was, especially with one of the staff members, Sidharth. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, calm, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across someone so professional yet warm — nothing was ever too much trouble for him. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the beach and town, but what really made my experience stand out was the people. Sidharth in particular made everything feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he really cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. I’d definitely come back — and I hope the hotel knows what a valuable team member they have in Sidharth!

9-11Apr 25. Overall good. A little dated but clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast plenty of choice. Bar meals stop at 7.30pm. After walking around the town got back at 8pm. The barman phoned kitchen and was no trouble for my beautiful fish and chips with peas and green salad garnish.. Very nice. Only downside £5.00 / day parking but it's stated in description. Note. The Manager said Hotel's policy now.....NO TOILET BRUSHES. ALSO ROOM 136 LOW WATER PRESSURE AT SHOWER you have to stand under shower head.Failing that nice room H.dryer,fan.ironing board, TV 40", ample wardrobe space, tea/coffee/kettle and door card key. Plenty to see Boscum pier great beaches allover Bournemouth. Drove to Weymouth/Poole, you must go to Wimbourne this is a quiant lay back place and car parking now Summer charges are reasonable.

We had a one night stay (should have been 2 but our ferry was cancelled) . Staff were very friendly,,bed was comfy & the breakfast was lovely. Beach was very close & the hotel even kept our cases safe as we weren't flying out until late in the evening. I've seen some reviews about the decor being dated but I felt that it was a real authentic English seaside experience. Will most definitely return & for longer next time.

Couldn't fault it. Very good experience. Even though there was a function downstairs ,we weren't disturbed by it..Nice & quiet.

They are very busy with coach holiday guests from Holland and Germany and from North of UK. So hotel is full up. Nice atmosphere . Most guests seem to have all meals in the hotel . There are nice bars. There is regular entertainment. All staff are very professional and friendly . I had breakfasts and dinners in hotel . It was perfectly acceptable for the price . I had a deal for a small single room. It was small but it was perfectly suitable for the price and I had en-suite bathroom. Very nice firm mattress. I parked car for £5 per day. I’m quite fit and enjoy swimming . It was easy for me to walk to the zig zag down to local beach for a swim and the bus stop for the Breezer Bus 50 to Sandbanks, Studland and Swanage for day out is at the end of the road very close. Drinks prices in the bar reasonable . Hotel felt clean and maintained . For what I paid I felt it was very nice break and I would return.

Nothing it met all my expectations for the price .
