room 101 was clean and bed was comfortable was surpose to be deluxe room think it was more like standard room going by photos 🤔

Didnt look nothing like photos of a delux room more like a standard room the tv well look ok sitting on its wall bracket had two remotes neither work tv so couldnt change channels or even turn volume up but as was for only one night went sleep early lol 😴 the delux room was surpose to have shampoo/shower gel or soap 🧼 etc didn't have any so was good job we brought our own the last thing was bathroom floor was slippery were tiled but not moaning about that just more let others no for me it was the tv couldnt watch it (i suffer with sleep apnea hence why not happy about tv but used my phonefor films etc 😀) DO NOT EXPECT IT TO LOOK LIKE PHOTOS BUT was very comfortable and clean

The room was massive beautiful and airy , bright and fresh. Nicely decorated. Crisp white sheets on a well made bed. Tea, coffee. TV, lovely bath and shower with toiletries. The beds were super comfy. The receptionist staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lovley garden. We took our dog so was super helpful. Close walk to the beach and all the local amenities. Parking out the front of the hotel.

We were on the third floor quite far back, so it was quite a walk down and up with kids, luggage and to take the dog out. But understand not always possible. The room was beautiful but a little tatty. Something had been taken of the wall and left a bit yellow mark on a lovely white walk. We got warned there was an unfriendly dog about so we were to carry our puppy around. Not a problem but shes 10kg 🤣 We were pleasantly surprised to find menus in the room , and we saw steak clubs etc on the notice boards. Which surprised me because online it said no restaurant. But then I asked the customer service representative who messaged about our stay about this and he said the restaurant isn't open . So feel the menus etc should be taken out and down.

Great location, friendly staff (Jackie and Carlos) who tried their absolute best to accommodate us with parking upon arrival and heating when the radiator wasn’t working. Yes the hotel is slightly outdated and does require some TLC but overall we were really happy with our 2 nights stay. For the price you pay you really do get ample space and an excellent location right by the main strip. We heard no noise throughout our stay. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room came equipped with tea and coffee, towels. I can’t find any faults.

The room was a good size and the staff were lovely especially Jackie and simon who were very pleasant friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough as were the other 2 gentleman on the front desk

Due to lack of staff the room was not cleaned the entire week we were there nor were the sheets changed , we also had an adjoining room with other guests who we could hear like they were in our room and were very noisy

Friendly staff, very clean, great sized room and good for price. Also kids and myself loved Kim's Chickens

Family A lovely hotel. The females on reception were lovely and the gentleman Cameron (hoping I got his name right) was an absolute gem. He was not only great with the adults but was so friendly with the kids, so thank you for your services. Also a massive shout out to the cleaning staff really did a wonderful job on the rooms, so thank you to you guys too. Hotel was 1 minute walk away from the beech leaving you plenty to do. There are so many cafes, shops etc around the hotel that you have no worries in accessing things. All in all a very good experience staying at the hotel. Totally recommended

Unfortunately there were some loud guests who were not very curtious towards others early hours but of course this isn't the hotel's fault. One other thing I would like to suggest is a lift as it was a little for my mum with health issues walking up those steps to the second floor. I do also feel the breakfast was a little expensive but as there are so many other local cafes around it wasn't difficult to get a budgeted breakfast.

It's a perfect location, close to everything along great Yarmouth sea front. Staff really friendly couldn't do enough to accommodate us. We liked the kettle and refreshments available in the room that was a great touch. Beds really comfortable. Room size perfect. Overall great stay

It's a shame there was no option for breakfast, as they are have a refurb. Hopefully next time we visit this will be available. Bathrooms abit small, the shower wasn't great no power to it at all.

Lovely hotel the first staff member we met was lovely even though we was early gave me all the info I needed but all the staff was really nice lovely comfy beds and the room was massive for 4 everything we needed great that bar was open till late and u can come and go up until anytime will book again with them price was excellent and best night's sleep I have had for ages in a massive king size bed ,

The only thing that disappointed me was the staff at breakfast lovely people but very slow sorting things out had to ask for more plates for food also ask for coffee and I ended up getting my own milk cause took ages to bring also had to ask for sugar was hardly any orange juice either was not even busy there was about 8 of us in dining area breakfast was nice but £9 for all u can eat if u a big eater in the mournings great

Very welcoming staff at reception , very good value for money and the location in the town excellent for food and drink entertainment and the beach . Looking forward very much to returning in the summer. Thank you 😌

As with most large resorts in Britain some areas away from the main front are a little less pleasant and show less desirable aspects of society .

Love the hotel it the only place I will stay at in great Yarmouth it like home from home and great value for money nothing to much for anyone there beds are so comfortable I had a view that overlooked the garden and it was lovely to wake up to the sounds of the chickens and seeing them the breakfast buffet offers more then most places around with the chef/s offering to do poached and scrambled egg

My only criticism would be the waitress and waiter in the morning they shouldn't be working together as they rather chat they sever and clear tables
