I got slightly confused where to go to enter the carpark as it was dark and no signs directing me. Reception staff was welcoming, room was spacious a lot bigger than my expectations and clean throughout, bed was not so good but for the price it felt okay, didn’t go for breakfast as I had my own arrangements. Check out was straight forward to drop the key in the box upon leaving

Bed was uncomfortable The dropping off of key was fine but I was worried what would happen if I would have forgotten my car keys in the room and drop the room keys in the box? There was no number I’d find to say contact in case of emergency

The lady on reception was lovely .... we were staying due to having a dance competition at the SEC and she made us feel welcome and was saying about someone in her family doing free style and showed my daughter the pictures of her costume etc ... left my car door open and locked myself out and she was able to help.

Beds are a bit soft for myself but thats personal preference

I booked in late for an unexpected stay with a leg injury. The staff were amazing. The room was great and the stay was most pleasant. It was money well spent. Also because it was a services stop, my car was right outside my door. Perfect!

It was a bit hard to work the heating but when I got it working, it was really cosy. If I had to say something else, then maybe some decaf would of been good in the room but none of that is a deal breaker. It was a lovely stay.

The young man on reception duty made our stay very pleasurable - he was polite and professional and very personable even though we arrived very late at night - he also had the same demeanor first thing in the morning despite him being on duty all night - very impressive. The room was clean and extra pillows were available in the room without having to ask for them. The temperature in the room was perfect, and the bed was comfortable.

The complimentary refreshments appeared to us to be a bit 'sparce' one sugar, 1 coffee... 1 tea bag 1 milk per person.

really convenient location and close to amenities. the room was a clean place to rest and break up a long journey. the receptionist on check on was an absolute delight; so warm friendly and kind.

the doors at least to rooms on the floor/corridor I was on seem to only close if slammed shut (even when taking care to be careful and quiet) which if you’re a light sleeper is not great. this was worsened by loud inconsiderate people which is no fault of the hotel but really there is little to no sound proofing between rooms. our neighbours were so loud it was as though they were in the same room as us.

The girl at reception was just so nice friendly helpful. Gave me ground floor when I asked. The wee shop and Mc donalds was great. The room although a bit worn was immaculate the heating system was great Iam not complaining about the wear in the room the price reflected that and Iam happy with that. I will definitely stay again for sure. I really had a lovely relaxed night. With my Granddaughter

Nothing all well for what I paid I was very happy. Although I wouldn’t pay any more for a night I was hoping to book 2 nights for a bigger room to bring my other grand daughters but it was to dear

the bed was very comfortable! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room too. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and really nice. We have stayed twice, and will be returning (we visit friends in Glasgow once a month). The hotel is budget friendly, so naturally our expectations were realistic, but we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and welcoming this hotel was and our stay there exceeded our expectations. highly recommend.

nothing to improve at all, our stay exceeded our expectations. some people may say the hotel may be needing a bit of refurbishment, however, we find the hotel charming and and comfortable regardless of the decor.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, warm. Easy commute into Glasgow, only 40 min to edinburgh. Toby 5 min away, & takeaway etc in Hamilton nearby. Really good spot

Stink of weed coming from room down corridor( no 24hr reception), hard to eat healthy from services,- wh smiths or mcdonalds. Small range in garage. Be aware, 20% off food for hotel guests

For the price its decent. Right off the motorway and easy enough to travel into Hamilton or Glasgow. Staff were pleasent and helpful, and were available for an early morning check in (2am)

The service station is pretty limited. Just a McDonald's, Costa and Petrol station..

That our dogs were welcome to. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

That the TV wasn't tuned in correctly, and the WiFi didn't work on the TV so we were unable to use our fire stick which we had brought with us so as it watch Netflix on an evening.
