Great friendly staff, I was booked in quickly as I needed to be somewhere, , Tea/coffee facilities excellent , clean throughout couldn't ask for more, if I'm up that way again I'd have no hesitation to book in again

Bed was too comfy , nice and warm, I didn't want to get out of it .

Loved having everything in one place, we had tea in the restaurant (which was amazing), a few drinks in the bar (super cheap), and when we came back the beds were super comfortable, and despite being a Saturday night it was silent, best sleep I've had in a while, nothing lavish but it had that homely feel which was nice. Will definitely be back!

Just cheap and cheerful. No fancy flair. Just a clean bed and facilities to use. My 3rd stay and will use again. Cannot fault the place.

very easy to find, clean fresh smelling Duvet & comfy bed, walking distance to fish & chips shop & to takeaway , there’s also a 24hr BP petrol station. also good size car park.

Room was very cold , central heating Radiator giving out very less heat & wouldn’t warm up the room. a small electric heater would’ve helped , also no T.v in bedroom .

Really friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant downstairs. Clean and functional. Just right for a one night business stop over

Basic room, but everything was clean and tidy. Comfy bed and nice wee lounge to sit in.

No issues at all. Really thought it was great. Will stay again.

Amazing staff, room was comfortable and clean. The bar downstairs was banging which was full of lovely people. Can’t wait to go back and try the food. 100% recommend

the toilet was separated to the room however was really clean.

Straightforward small single room, with shared facilities Does what it says on the tin.

Didn't affect me, but room doors unnecessarily tight and slam, could be loosened? Might annoy some guests.
