Very modern decor, excellent light and furnishings. Pleasently surprised to find a fridge/freezer and small oven/grill in the kitchen area. Shower was fantastic, excellent pressure. Bed was large (super king?) and very comfy. Was not bothered by noise at all despite proximity to busy road into Motherwell. Good location and ample parking. I felt safe and secure staying here.

The property has a large carpark if you have a car There was no breakfast offered but we had a microwave oven and a fridge and its near the town centre and the rail station which is about 30mins from Glasgow. The room was also very clean and Donna, the member of staff we saw in the mornings was very accommodating

We didn't like the stairs to the first floor, though there isn't much anyone can do about that. it has about 20 treads and turns at the top so is quite difficult to negotiate with a suitcase. Especially as we the other side of 60. To be fair to Sweeney they did tell us that we could use ground floor rooms but I did realise the nature of the staircase

The room was absolutely gorgeous! We especially loved not having to carry a key around such a convenient touch. Having a fridge and microwave was a huge plus, as it allowed us to enjoy meals in the room instead of eating out for every meal. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated that there were two car parks available. The shower was amazing, the water pressure was the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. we was so close to the Motherwell town matter of minutes walk and also the train station meaning we could get the train to places without having to drive and worry about parking. Overall, a fantastic stay! we will be staying again in the future we was told they have other locations in Scotland which we will be looking into!

The room did get quite warm, especially since we stayed over a hot weekend. A fan would have been handy to help cool it down.

We stayed here as a stop off on the way to another location in Scotland. We stayed for two nights - there were three of us and one dog in the room. I was impressed with how big the room was, despite the furniture, three beds and all of us there was plenty of space for our short trip The room was quite warm but opened the windows and it soon became a more reasonable temperature

The kitchenette could use a toaster The shower fittings to the wall are loose... despite my children being teenagers I turned the shower on before they went in and off after they got out for them in case they accidentally knocked it off the wall

This place was excellent. The franchise has a niche market figured out if the Motherwell site is indicative. Here's why. Clean. Functional frig. No ice buildup. Hot shower. Good flow. FAST hot coffepot. Personally, I was impressed with original molding 15' ceilings. Lovely. I ONLY did 1 night. Been traveling 3 months. Usually take 3-4 night stays with complete kitchenettes. A person COULD stay longer here comfortably. Quiet, if window closed. MY room on side. NO noise thru walls. Met LOVELY caretaker. Terrific devoted person. Parking at site. GOOD bed.

The property was decorated very nicely / lovely and clean etc . Small but compact / we stayed in Room 1. Convenient for us as we had a little dog with us and we were right by the back door .

Not much I didn’t like as everything was great . Only thing I would of liked to of seen there was maybe a different shaped coffee table as quite tricky getting past it in small lounge area to kitchen etc ( rectangle would be better ) and also a toaster would of been helpful . For breakfast etc . Very surprised there wasn’t one there . Apart from that really good . Marked down one star on comfort as personally I didn’t like the pillows they were too hard I thought .

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and a very good size. It was in a convenient location, with shops and nice pubs nearby and in a lovely quiet town. A short drive to Glasgow and Edinburgh, and also had a train station very close by. Would definitely stay again.

The walls were a little thin so sometimes you could easily hear people in the hallway, but it wasn't a big issue as it was never loud early on or very late.

Amazing hotel, self check in, but everything is easy and clear. They have private parking, what is always great. Room had microwave, but nearby there are plenty of restaurants, and take away deliver directly to hotel address. We would recomend The Hup Lee Chinese buffet, great food for available prices. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, very powerful shower.

It's not hotel weak side, it's just the seasonal issue. In summer, when it is travel season, traffic next to hotel gets extremely busy, so keep that in mind, as it might be better to leave car on parking and walk to the restaurant and other activities, also it's worth to go out from the city early morning, or again you can stuck in traffic.

Accommodation was in excellent condition and ideally located for my needs of seeing family locally.

These are very minor points just for your reference - Due to it being windy when we visited, there was an annoying 'whining' noise, which at first I thought was the extractor vent above the microwave but it seemed to be coming from the kitchen window.... possibly an open vent at the top of the window u need to close. Also, lamp on dressing table wasn't working, probably just a bulb gone.

Comfortable bed. Lovely decor. Great facilities, kitchen, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee complimentary bottle of water,2 wafer biscuits. Clean. T.V. Hot shower. Warm room. Peaceful nights sleep. Car parking on site. 2 min walk to shops, plus fast food outlets. Telephone queries dealt with quickly, so helpful. Just a note, pin code to open door will only work at check in time.
