The staff where exceptional and went the extra mile for you. Especially, Stella on reception and Alesha in the restaurant and bar area. The swimming pool was so lovely and there was also a sauna which was great. The grounds are beautiful and I would recommend staying here.

This is just an observation for me personally but for breakfast, although they put on a great selection of hot food, and you could request pancakes, which was great; I felt that there could have been more healthy options, like granola, fresh juices but that is just me personally. Other than that the restaurant team were great.

Hotel was lovely, clean and good facilities. Bed was comfy and fan provided which was great on the first night when it was quite hot. Staff were fantastic at dealing with an issue I had with a person in the next room who was playing music very loudly late at night. Dinner menu could have been better - there wasn’t much on there that I was enthusiastic about eating - but the Rancher burger & fries hit the spot

The only complaint I have is about the buffet breakfast. The kitchen seemed to have trouble keeping up with demand and replenishing the food. On the first morning, just 10 mins after opening, I had to wait for the bacon to be replenished. On the third morning they had run out of hash browns more than an hour before the end of service and they’d stopped replenishing the pastries and much of the fruit. At one point there were also no cups or glasses available. The ingredients were clearly better quality than, say, a Premier Inn breakfast but I have never encountered these problem there.

We booked the hotel for our son's birthday and to our surprise they filled the room with balloons which he loved! Dinner was nice, Laksh was very attentive, and another staff member brought out dessert with a candle for our son as a special treat which made him feel very special. The room was spacious and perfect for our family stay, once the children were asleep it was nice to be able to sit outside as were on the ground level and it was a warm night. The pool was a favourite for the children, which was clean and warm. At breakfast, chef Surendra made it extra special by making the kids some birthday pancakes which were delicious! The staff were really kind and helpful, and we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for making our stay so special!

Whilst the pool was lovely, it could benefit from a freshen up, and would've been so nice if the jacuzzi was up and running as mentioned on their app!

We stayed for one night to break up the journey of traveling to a festival so only experienced the room. We did not use any of the other facilities of this hotel as arrived at 10 pm and left at 8 am the next morning. The check in staff were welcoming and when we tried to enter our room the first time, the key card didn't work. They immediately walked us back to the room to make sure we were able to enter and didn't encounter further problems, which was helpful. The room was modern enough and clean and tidy. I found the bed to be comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. The car park was also really big, so plenty of places to park for free.

The hotel is near to a small aircraft hanger. My husband is a REALLY light sleeper and (my fault) I didn't notice if this was mentioned in the write up or any other reviews. The reception staff did say that it wasn't busy with aircraft flying throughout the night but my husband did say he heard a couple of aircraft after I had fallen asleep! Should be fine if you don't have sensitive ears but I am mentioning it as travelling with someone with sensitive ears, I would find this useful to know!

Everything was, as shown on the photos and it was an enjoyable stay. Food was reasonably priced and not over the top. The Bar Manager was pleasant and talkative and advised us on what was best. Check in was very smooth and again the staff member was informative. Will definitely be back as it's a great base for Central London, if you want to stay out of the way and for the price, it is well worth it.

Our last night, there was a bridal party, who were staying and they were loud on the garden outside (2am) but after a staff member spoke to them, they quietened down and we settled again. Also, if the hotel can invest in soft close doors, that would be beneficial as when people close them, they slam and it's not the best.

The suite was lovely and spacious with an excellent bed. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the ambience and the comfort - good sized tables next to the bed and plenty of sockets is a plus for us. Breakfast was excellent in terms of food quality. Some may say there could be more items but we found it plentiful and easily enough to suit our tastes - and we travel often. Staff there were courteous and professional, wonderful to deal with. It was the same with reception staff - really thoughtful and efficient. We came for some peace and quiet and that is what we got.

The toilet seat was broken in places and not entirely clean where it was cracked. A shame as the bathroom was beautiful, newly decorated with a free standing bath and walk in shower. With such a nice airy breakfast room I was surprised the carpet was so worn and stained - it makes for an unwelcome contrast to the rest of the room, which is well laid out and pleasant. The swimming pool is a lovely size but again, the floor was not clean there or in the sauna. It is a shame because it could all be improved.

The room was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Check-in was smooth as well as check out. The breakfast was lovely and so accessible lots and lots of variety. The outside seating area of the hotel was lovely and picturesque. I would have spent more time out there. However, it was chilly on our stay, but a warm spring/summer day would be so nice.

One downfall of the stay was that the room smelt of smoke upon arrival. I'm not sure if someone had been smoking in there previously, and the smell is very hard to get rid of. That is the only criticism. This may not be down to the hotel, I would like to hope the previous guest would be charged for this happening.

Ayesha on the front desk was just a pleasure and so great with the kids, as was Rayhan and the chef who were attentive and made breakfast extra special for the kids with pancakes for them! Pool was lovely and warm, and the room was comfortable.

Room had a small balcony with wide-gap railings so we couldn't step out due to potential risk which was a shame, it was a warm day and the balcony door had to stay locked. Ayesha did try her best to move us to another room but was pretty much fully booked and no room of the same size was available, her efforts were appreciated though.

We had been upgraded which was amazing along with the room. All the staff were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Ranging from House keeping to Front of House eg Reception along with Restaurant staff and Managers who we came into contact with. As we enjoyed our planned stay we then extended it by another night The Food selection catered for the whole of our parties needs which included 4 adults and 2 children under 10 years. The hotel staff implied that the hotel was busy but there was no undue noise to affect our stay.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had room service on the Sunday night and the food was delicious. The bed was comfy. The bath was great. The swimming pool was nice and warm. We liked being able to step out of the room straight into the grounds so we could have a walk about. Breakfast was delicious too. We stayed here to visit legoland it was very easy to drive there in the morning it was a great bit of added luxury ☺️

We struggled to think of something we didn't like but the sofa bed wasn't the comfiest
