Great for a group get together.

2nd yr in a row we have been so obviously liked it to rebook, but this year the staff, although very attentive and nice were just very disorganised. We had pre ordered food as there was a large group of us, but still kept getting the order wrong. Bringing out food we hadn’t ordered. In the bar, lots of mistakes over the drinks and items on our receipt not ordered. And at breakfast we asked for 4 poached eggs and after a longish wait, 10 came! As said, staff were lovely and everything was sorted but it just felt very disorganised. I have a feeling the manager/s have changed since this time last year.

The staff especially Ibrahim on reception when we arrived was BRILLIANT for a young man he was extremely polite, professional, smart and engaging he really couldn't have done more for us. When we went to our room which was on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel my wife noticed the road noise and so I called reception and Ibrahim answered and he said let me look for options and quickly came back with a choice of two more rooms at the rear of the hotel so we moved with no fuss and had a quiet, relaxing 24 hours. The staff in the Restaurant and Bar and our cleaners were also fantastic, rate, polite and efficient and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel hallways and stairs leading up to the bedrooms walls and carpets look tired and really are in need of an upgrade, or maybe deep clean of carpets and windows.

Breakfast is outstanding, it's not cheap but it is excellent value. The hot breakfast food was consistently refreshed, always hot and not greasy at all. Rooms are spacious and high quality. Staff are always incredibly accommodating and helpful. On our most recent stay, I phoned reception to report another guest having an unsavoury phone argument late at night and expressed how this made us feel uncomfortable. Steve on reception immediately dealt with the issue and offered a room change/upgrade on another floor to distance us from the other guest. We were satisfied with the issue being dealt with, the offer of a room change was a really nice touch.

We had a nice stay at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross. The hotel is clean, tidy, and well maintained, with a particularly good breakfast – plenty of variety and something for everyone. The location worked well for our trip to the Warner Brothers Studios, but it is worth noting that it is over an hour by car to central London (Piccadilly Circus), so less ideal if your plan a trip into the city. That said, the hotel staff were helpful, the room was comfortable, and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel feels best suited to couples rather than families. Although there is a pool, the times allocated for children are quite limited, and there is no section of the pool kept open for kids outside those hours, which was disappointing.

I did like the cleanness.Perfect ! the staff so amazing everybody! the facilities also nice. the room was perfect !

the food, absolutely terrible. So expensive and so bad. the dinner was really terrible for my taste and needs. the breakfast in the morning....ohhhh so disgusting. Why dont have natural organic food ? why dont have Indian Food option ( have so many indian people in the staff ... ) Also the location is in the middle of nothing. The gardens could be more attractive.... have space for it . And why no have a small shopping for we buy some fruits, biscuits, sandwiches, milk ... I need some fruits and my son need go far to buy somes ... The sauna need have a better door to stay warm and please less cloro in the swimming pool Why dont use oxone to clean the water Much better and natural.

Clean, maintained, nice temperature pool and good spa facilities. Food was a good quality and beds comfortable

I did on arrival as well as asking through booking.com regarding halal options for dinner and breakfast but this wasn’t answered on booking.com and the receptionist didn’t seem to know about my request. When i asked at the reception if halal is available i was told that the restaurant staff will show me the halal options, this made me think that halal was available but when i went for dinner i was told there isn’t halal options had i known before we would have ordered something on uber eats but as we had gotten ready and it was already time for dinner we ended up eating at the restaurant for a higher price on food that wasn’t so filling.

I had a fantastic stay at this property and was impressed by several aspects. First, the cleanliness was impeccable, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The restaurant was another highlight—well-maintained with a great ambiance, serving high-quality, delicious food. The selection of spirits, wines, and other beverages was excellent. I also appreciated the room service, which was prompt and hassle-free. One standout feature was the in-room fridge—something many hotels no longer provide, but it made my stay much more convenient. The spa facilities were excellent, and the gym was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, exceeding my expectations based on the photos. A thoughtful touch was the room being stocked with tea, coffee, chocolates, and biscuits, which made for a welcoming stay. To top it off, the location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. Overall, this property delivered comfort, convenience, and great service. I’d definitely recommend it!

There were a couple of downsides. The room advertised a flat-screen TV, which was there, but I wasn’t able to connect my phone to it for streaming, meaning I was limited to terrestrial channels. Thankfully, I had my iPad, so I used that instead. Additionally, the curtain had a noticeable rip, which made the room look a little worn.

Staff were all lovely, reception, restaurant and pool/gym staff. Loved that the swimming pool was open 6am to 10pm and that included children. The pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures too. My main reason for booking this hotel was to swim with my daughter in the evening and again in the morning and we were able to do that. The breakfast was lovely, really big variety. Room service was quick and my burger was delicious. I thought £3.50 charge was very reasonable.

The hotel was clear amazing once, but it is now very tired. The restaurant looked lovely and must have had a spruce up. But the rest looks a bit rough, especially the pool area. If I came on a spa day here I’d be very unimpressed. As it was it didn’t really matter too much to us for this stay.

the food was delicious the staff are lovely and kind and helpful Casper and marie was both super helpful! but the building itself self was under construction and we didn’t no so the building was very unkept sadly and the swimming facility was un maintained sadly just looks a bit rundown definitely not like in the brochure.

the fact u was under construction and the pool side was a little run down . the photos are definitely saying it’s like new.. also our room needs a carpet clean! 210 thr was ok obviously we didn’t know we had no view but it was one night as it was an anniversary

We loved our stay at the crowne plaza , the staff were all really friendly and polite , the room was lovely and very clean the pool and steam room and jacuzzi were wonderful , such a lovely place for a really good price , we had an evening meal which was amazing , we had pre paid for the breakfast and it was more than amazing they had everything and the staff were so lovely showing us where everything is , the cooked breakfast was cooked so well it was all wonderful , we will be recommending to family and friends and also hoping to come back with our children , well done on all your hard work .

The only problem we had was our neighbours were in and out of there room and banging there door so we didn't sleep that well , but that's just one of those things that can't be helped ,
