The location of this property is perfect for any links with Brunel University. The Beds were comfortable. Host was happy to greet us later than the check in times due to late arrival (traffic). The code system on the doors are very modern.

When arriving at the property there was confusion with the booking as my booking.com stated I booked a family room for 3 adults but on arrival the host had us booked for one double room. This was quickly solved as they luckily had another spare double for us. When arriving the host quickly showed us to our rooms and verbally gave us the codes for each room, in future I would possibly suggest having this written down as it was difficult to get the codes onto my note app to not forget them. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the bathrooms could definitely do with upgrading. The location of the property was perfect for our intended stay but felt a little overpriced for the property itself.

We stayed in room 3 overlooking car park The room was very clean and had lovely white fresh bedding on The staff were really helpful They txt me the codes etc and then phoned me to make sure I got them ok. It’s 15 min walk to the metro station which was good and only 25 mins journey to Wembley Park.

We only stayed on night so can’t say anything bad Would have liked a lamp at side of the bed as the room only had the big ceiling light.

Lovely retreat in Uxbridge, very close to Heathrow airport. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the building is immersed in a lovely scenery, with spacious gardens nearby.The staff was extremely kind and helpful, also allowing me for a late check out free of charge. The hotel is also a great getaway for central London, through the Uxbridge tube station. Thanks for the great stay!

Lack of curtains to some of the windows (the sun comes up early in the morning)

The Manager of this place was very helpful, I ended up coming the night before my booking started and he allowed me in without any extra charges. Copy with the fact that I called him very late at night, he followed up on me to be sure I got there safe.

All facilities are at a high level and even they leave the water bottles in the room. High standard toiletries

Good location for football at wembley, nice place. Easy check in. 2nd time staying. Will be back. Comfy beds

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredible and very helpful. The room really comfortable and clean. We will definitely choose it again.

The facility met my needs. It was small but nice and clean.

There was no shampoo for hair. There was only shower gel.

Low cost quality 800m from what should be UK’s most famous Battle of Britain Bunker.
