Nice big king sized bed which was very comfy, decent size room, shower was fine, and good value for the location especially if you need to park. Friendly staff on checkin.

Second floor without a lift was tiresome, but there are much fancier hotels in the area with the same problem. I knew there was no kettle so I brought my own plus a cool box as there's obviously no fridge either. If you've not been before it is easy to miss as it's in a dingy location - you have to pretty much cross the forecourt of the Gulf garage and the car parking is round the back, so you can miss it at night. The car park has JUST enough space so long as people park considerately. I sent a message before to ask specifically if I could go in and out of the car park at all hours (I was at an event in a hotel nearby with late night parties) and they just sent me a generic reply with the cost of parking and didn't answer.

We chose this hotel as the location was very convenient for travel and visiting family and friends. We found our room a little too noisy being right above the car wash, however the staff were extremely helpful and understanding and they were able to move us to another empty room with less noise. They did their utmost to accommodate our needs, ensuring that we had the best and most comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Noisy, the bedrooms doors are not close fitted therefore it can get quite noisy in the night when people are moving around in the corridors or early morning when guests are dragging their suitcases through the corridors. The car wash below can also be quite noisy.

The safety and security of the house, parking available, layout of garden is absolutely beautiful stunning peaceful, me and my best friend had coffee peacefully. The welcome and service given to us both times was nice, we are very grateful. Gentleman gave us a warm welcome, gave us tour, showed us our room. ( Room layout and cleanliness was very good. Gentleman gave us a tour around the house explained if we needed anything just a message away and also dining table bought loads of pop/fizzy drinks, snacks, yoghurts, as well as tea, coffee and water, this being all on the house a very warm gesture from the team. Thank you very much for our stay, sure to be back here.

Top floor King room lovely, really spacious, working and effective air con. Very clean, only 2 but very thick comfy pillows and a nice duvet too. Good TV, the soft lighting making it feel cosy, that was a bonus for me personally. Shower was good, large and good pressure/temp. Room comes with goodies such as bottled water and soap/shampoo etc. Free vending machine in reception was handy as there was hot water for me herbal tea, tho carrying it upstairs was a bit of a challenge! It seems that the top floor was quietest as you couldn't really hear people moving about, although it was on the busy main road side that didn't bother me. The curtains were good and only let in this redidish glow at the top from the petrol station below at night, it was kinda cool and non intrusive. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. I'd stay again, better than a travelodge any day!

It's a personal preference due to having back issues, though the mattress seems brand new, it was uber soft and made me feel like I was being eaten by a marshmellow!

I have stayed in the hotel multiple times due to work, and I have always been satisfied. The rooms are decent-size, fairly basic, but overall not bad. Wifi is ok and the location is good, 5 mins to West Drayton station (direct Elizabeth Line). It's also close to decent shops and restaurants for food. Parking is only 5GBP a day, which is quite good for a London hotel. Overall decent value for money, hence I keep booking it.

The mattress and bed are not the most comfortable unfortunately at least in my opinion. The outside of the hotel is a bit bleak, next to some hand carwash place.

I loved the location of the property. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The part I really loved about this property was how comfortable the bed was. We slept really well and will be staying again.

If you are in rooms on the 2nd floor you need to be able to climb stairs. My friend has a disability and struggled with the stairs but once in the room the stay was lovely. Also be sure to keep your room key card away from other cards in your purse/wallet as we got locked out on the 2nd night and the staff advised us it was because of this. Thankfully the staff were onsite and reprogrammed our keys straight away though I did have to do the dreaded 4 flights of stairs to the second floor again as I had to collect the reprogrammed key from reception on ground floor.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff brought my bags to the room for me since there is no elevator. The staff was the best part they have great customer service.

The pictures are nicer than what the facility really looks like. You can tell that they have tried to make some upgrades but the rooms could still use some work. The bed was also very hard and they were two twins pushed together so their was a hard bump in the middle of the bed. Also there was no AC and no elevator. There is also no phone in the room to call the front desk to have my bags taken down so I took my bags down myself but when the front desk associate heard me struggling he quickly came to help. I feel like they are trying their best to have a good hotel there are just some cosmetic they can improve on.

Value for your money. Good budget hotel near London-Heathrow Int'l Airport. Perfect for layovers or if you're staying in London for just 1-2 nights for business with a little time spent at the hotel. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious enough for the luggage. Beds and washroom are good. Staff members are polite and check-in process in fast and smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.

No kettle in the room but the hotel has a vending machine at the lobby that serves complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Some of the rooms don't have an AC so if you're travelling during the Summer months, please mention in your reservation that you'd like to book a room with AC.

I always have a great experience at this hotel, especially thanks to Ali, who is usually on reception when we stay. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always goes the extra mile to ensure we’re comfortable. His attentiveness and warm demeanor really make the difference. The location is good, near to the West Drayton Station- 8-10 mins walk. Plus car parking in convenient, cost £5 for a day.

I made the mistake of not noticing that the room didn’t have AC. Since the family room is on the second floor, it gets quite hot, definitely better to choose an air-conditioned room if you’re traveling in the summer. On a positive note, the receptionist, Aamer, was great, very helpful and friendly
