Excellent quality accommodation with friendly staff. Easy access to the building via the buzzer to get in for the first time and collect the keys. Clean recently refurbished rooms. Additional facilities of a fridge, iron and ironing board are an added bonus. When I first arrived the room was a bit cold and radiator seemed to be off. Message the contact number who replied (by text) within a few minutes who then put the heating on. Room was then warm for the rest of my stay. Highly recommend this guest house.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and tidy and the outside courtyard area was a nice bonus 

We had only been given one roll of toilet paper, which ran out and we had to purchase our own. Would’ve been great if there was the option for breakfast. The outdoor furniture could use with some updating as it was slightly wobbly, but that’s me being picky. Overall great stay. 

Really accessible from the M4 and easy public transport into London so perfect spot for our family weekend in London. It was clean, comfortable, spacious (considering there were 5 of us in one room) and really well equipped for our minimal needs (making tea/coffee and heating our reduced pastries for breakfast from the Tesco express - less than 5 min walk from Guest house)

Had to top water in kettle up from bathroom - perhaps a jug kept in fridge would work!? Plus a bit more milk and sugar available - but again not a huge issue as Tesco so close and milk was replenished whilst we were out and cups/plates cleaned, this should really go in the "what I liked" section

The room was clean and tidy. The facilities were fine. I only spent the nights in the room, and it was perfect for what I needed.

Unfortunately, the toilet didn't flush. However, the host had it fixed during the time I was out of the room. The television only had certain terrestrial channels. There were only BBC1 and BBC2.

Clean and functional Family room with everything we could need. We weren't expecting an iron/ironing board, fridge, plates microwave, hair dryer. The light sensor wouldn't work in Bathroom, but on enquiring we were answered quickly and offered another Bathroom to use as an alternative. This didn't affect our stay negatively. The owner was lovely. Would stay here again.

Close to Main Street. Convenient, easy check in, safety cameras on entrance and hallway. Plenty of parking. I felt safe.

Neighbors next door had a loud party and made it a little hard to sleep at the beginning. Later another guest from another room decided to take a call in the hallway and it was very loud until I knocked my own door to let him know it was too loud. Of course this is not host fault, but the place can be noisy.

Set a in a quiet suburban street, this guest house is one of the most comfortable, clean and well maintained properties we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Easy check in and had all the amenities our family group of 11 needed. We would highly recommend staying here, great location for our trip to Windsor.

Great place to stay for a couple of night's. It was nice to have the fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. The bus stop is right outside so it was very easy for us to get where we needed to be. It was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be back if we travel that way again.

It was a little hard to wash the plate's as the sink in our bathroom was very small. A lot of noise throughout the night with other guests using a shared bathroom.

Had all I needed for a self-contained stopover whilst attending a birthday event a few miles away. Could come and go independently and sort hot drinks and breakfast to suit my needs, which included fairly early departure. Ideal position for West London/Middlesex and travel to Heathrow.

It was a really hot day and room was pretty warm - option of a fan would be good for days like this. No hanging space, not an issue for this trip but might be more tricky for a longer stay or for two of us.

This was conveniently located for early morning trip to Heathrow airport, plenty of free parking, nice spacious room, excellent en-suite shower room, unexpected bonus of a microwave and fridge supplied in addition to the usual kettle, tea & coffee. Ironing board and hairdryer available. I had to take my daughter to Heathrow for her long haul flight to Australia, so it was a convenient 20 mins drive from the short-stay car park of terminal 4, and at 3.30am virtually no traffic although it was -3 degrees Celsius outside! It made the whole event much less stressful for both of us.

Some of the outside lights didn't come on quick enough walking round the back of the building to access the room, but that is a very minor point, we just used phone torches! Leaving my daughter at the airport, but that has nothing to do with the accomodation! :)
