Lovely waterfront location with a beautiful pub bar restaurant that sold amazing food! We loved the Glampod that we had for the night. The bed was super soft and comfy, beautiful ensuite shower room with a very hot shower and toiletries, the room was small but perfect, heating too and a lovely continental breakfast included with tea and coffee and a little fridge for fresh milk provided too. We loved it! Super quiet place when we stayed mid week and will definitely stay again. Looked like a venue that would be very popular at the weekends with live music etc. Lovely staff too.

Location. Big room I could never recommend this room because of poor to nonexistent breakfast, poor ventilation and dangerous entryway.

Breakfast was a small cereal packet and a small croissant. Definitely the meanest offering possible. Fan in bathroom linked to flow of water so essential useless in a musty room. No airflow in room as small window by the door was only ventilation. The step down into the room is extremely dangerous and both of us fell over because of it.

The Charme of a cottage (from the outside)

The inside of the cottage was very poor and simple Also breakfast was beneath adequate You could have a decent breakfast for an additional payment

We booked this as a place to stay after a long haul flight which landed in the evening. Last check in time was 2300 and we arrived at 2130. There was a private party going on but staff were friendly and attentive and showed us to the room. It was 15 minute drive from Heathrow so ideal for a stop gap before we drove home the next day. The breakfast was in the room and was croissant, cereal, yoghurt and there was water and milk in the fridge as well as tea/coffee. Shower nice and hot. Bathroom door didn’t close properly but not an issue. Comfy bed. I can’t comment on anything else such as the pub etc as we didn’t use it. But for a one night stop over to get some sleep it was fine. Good price for the area too.

The setting was lovely. Enjoyed the outlook and walk along the canal. Accessible by public transport. Breakfast goodies. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant - steak was excellent. A bath sheet was provided when we asked for a larger towel. There was heating in the cabin. Enjoyed the event in the pub (excellent Whitney Houston tribute act).

The outside lighting around the cabin could be improved as it was an ineven path and I fell off it a few times in the dark. It took a while to get hot water in the shower. Maybe some instructions would help? Prawn starter dish in the restaurant could have been better.

The food was absolutely first class. The staff very attentive. The location perfect. Great parking.

It’s not very often that you need it. The air conditioning unit was a pull out device from a cupboard and it rattled and bang. So it was a decision between being very hot all night or not sleeping from the noise of the machine. Very rare that you need air-conditioning in the UK I would concede. Bear in mind that breakfast is only available at weekends. In the weekday, it’s a box of cereals and wrapped croissant.

The room is separate from the pub, which i didn't realise, but i liked. The room was nice and there was lots of space. Breakfast bits are set up for you ready for the morning.There is plenty of milk in the fridge and two bottles of water. Wifi available. Food in the pub was really nice and staff very friendly and helpful.

The second bed wasn't set up on arrival. I was sharing a room with my teen son and they thought we were sharing a bed. But it pulls down from the wall so easy to do myself. The remote control for the TV doesn't work very well. Can't turn the TV volume up. Only down. Number 1 button doesn't work and the left arrow doesn't work. I didn't get a chance to speak to anyone and tell them as we left early in the morning.

Fabulous spot ..nice little cabins ..lovely spot on the canal . They even let us use another room to use the bath when we ran out of hot water . Ideal for a stay before going to the airport . Beautiful views in the beer garden . Would definitely book again . Breakfast snacks in the room with tea and coffee facilities.

No cooked breakfast available on weekdays but there was breakfast snacks in room .and pillows a bit hard ...but after a busy day in London too tired to care !!

Liked that staff left you to it Room was clean Breakfast was provided so no need to rush to get to breakfast before a certain time. And it was a lovely selection croissants cereal yoghurt and tea exactly what we would have anyway perfect ....loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Cosy room . Bed was very comfy. Pillows were big not a complaint at all ....we were very happy with the facilities.

The weather ....storm darragh this weekend. The surrounding areas leading to the accommodation could be improved.

The rooms are little units tucked behind the main pub/restaurant building near the canal. We heard very little noise from the venue. The beds are comfortable, there are tea/coffee making facilities and continental breakfast supplies provided, a nice hot strong shower, decent wifi and all for an excellent price. It is walkable (but about 1.5 km) from West Drayton underground station via the towpath and close to Heathrow airport. We enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant. A hidden gem!

The description provided by the owners is accurate. The rooms are quite pared back and basic but everything you need is provided. No complaints here!
