We had a lovely deluxe room. The weather was very hot so we were very lucky to have a top of the range fan with remote control. Tea snd coffee facilities and a fridge were also amenities we enjoyed. The room was very comfortable and the bed was very cosy. We had a bathroom with a large shower. We were informed that our room was recently renovated. Everything was very clean and good quality. The hotel is about 5 minutes or less to West Drayton train line (Elizabeth line), which goes from Reading to Paddington. We hadn't a clue about trains, tubes or how to get around London but Tom was fantastic explaining where and how to get around London. He had plenty of recommendations on pubs, restaurants and worthwhile day excursion. The hotel is very close to Heathrow airport also. Oakwood is definitely worth staying in for a trip to London. We will be back.

No shops and amenities open after midnight or late hours available in the vicinity of B&B Room lights were not so bright The room was not so spacious The property had poor or uncomfortable spaces for smokers Poor customer service attitude from manager of the B&B who was rashing me up when I was actually trying and succeeded in the end to pay £14 extra, as I decided to opt for breakfast before arriving at the property for my check-in and he expected me to have arranged for payment before my arrival

Everything about it! Had booked a room for 3 of us and it was in attic but they upgraded us with no extra cost to a 2 bedroom unit on ground floor. Was most grateful as I had driven over 6 hours from home to collect daughter from hospital so was exhausted. Owner and staff were amazing, efficient and professional. Breakfast was excellent. Well cooked and tailored to our choices. The cost of this was miniscule considering what we got for it. I left my kindle behind and Tom, the owner posted it to me. Cannot fault this B&B which is not far from airport either. Highly recommended. Thanks Tom!

Nothing at all

We needed to do some business in London for a day and driving in from the West the location was very close to the M4 and easy to get to. There was a brief walk to the train station and we were in London quickly. The room was very well designed (recently refurbished) and spotless. Tom who welcomed us gave us very helpful information about local facilities. Breakfast was very good and for this level of accommodation we were very impressed.

Everything was better than we expected. Its an old house and stairs are a little tricky but that was all.

We wanted to stay out of the city and West Drayton was the perfect location for a quick hop on the Elizabeth Line straight into town. Oakwood is a perfect little B&B with great cooks providing full English breakfasts or made to order. Friendly staff and knowledgeable owner, who helped us with planning our outings every day. The family suite was perfect for us with even room for kids to play and comfortable beds. We stayed during the hottest days of the year but we were cool in the rooms, even with no AC.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oakwood B&B! Tom and Phil were exceptional hosts — so warm, friendly, and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. They even had toys for my little one, which was such a lovely touch — he had the best time! The location was perfect for Heathrow, with great restaurants within walking distance, making it both convenient and enjoyable. We felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

There was nothing not to like, we absolutely loved everything!

It was all great. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend it to family and friends. The host couldn’t be more helpful, the room was spotless. The location was less than a Mike from our long stay airport parking. We were just sorry our flight was too early for us to stay for breakfast - it smelled lovely. It had absolutely everything we needed. It was the best value for money, I think it is under-priced for what it offers, and where it is located. A gem of a place.

If arriving after 10pm you have to let yourself in with a code and instructions provided by the hotel. This in itself is fine and very efficient. But the staff a little sharp and rude on the phone about the check in ending at 10 saying it's clearly written. But im afraid if you check on booking.com it doesn't say anywhere prominently that check in can't be after 10. I'm not sure why the staff member was so frustrated on the phone as if it's some massive problem when the code to get in was very simple. So in summary, check in after 10pm is extremely easy and simple but just be warned the staff member might call you and bark at you down the phone for it 😆

I can’t thank Oakwood and Breakfast Heathrow enough for turning my day around. After a truly awful day, they managed to accommodate me at the very last minute. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth and hospitality that instantly lifted my spirits. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, cozy, and provided the perfect sanctuary I desperately needed. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail, especially on short notice. I highly recommend Oakwood and Breakfast Heathrow to anyone looking for a welcoming and comforting place to stay. Thank you for making a rough day end on such a positive note!

Tom was a real gem, always friendly and eager to help me (I was traveling alone with my 3 year old and my 5 month old) whether it be with my luggage, or needing directions or an envelope and seal to mail a letter. He even took the time to select an age appropriate toy for both of my boys and brought it up to our room. It was such a delight meeting him. The chef was super lovely too, she would prepare our very delicious breakfast in the morning and then take my infant from me and entertain him to give me a chance to eat and help my toddler if he needed it. This BnB is also conveniently located very close to a train station, that made going to Buckingham Palace, alone with 2 little ones, very easy.
