We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oakwood B&B! Tom and Phil were exceptional hosts — so warm, friendly, and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. They even had toys for my little one, which was such a lovely touch — he had the best time! The location was perfect for Heathrow, with great restaurants within walking distance, making it both convenient and enjoyable. We felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

If arriving after 10pm you have to let yourself in with a code and instructions provided by the hotel. This in itself is fine and very efficient. But the staff a little sharp and rude on the phone about the check in ending at 10 saying it's clearly written. But im afraid if you check on booking.com it doesn't say anywhere prominently that check in can't be after 10. I'm not sure why the staff member was so frustrated on the phone as if it's some massive problem when the code to get in was very simple. So in summary, check in after 10pm is extremely easy and simple but just be warned the staff member might call you and bark at you down the phone for it 😆

I can’t thank Oakwood and Breakfast Heathrow enough for turning my day around. After a truly awful day, they managed to accommodate me at the very last minute. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth and hospitality that instantly lifted my spirits. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, cozy, and provided the perfect sanctuary I desperately needed. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail, especially on short notice. I highly recommend Oakwood and Breakfast Heathrow to anyone looking for a welcoming and comforting place to stay. Thank you for making a rough day end on such a positive note!

Tom was a real gem, always friendly and eager to help me (I was traveling alone with my 3 year old and my 5 month old) whether it be with my luggage, or needing directions or an envelope and seal to mail a letter. He even took the time to select an age appropriate toy for both of my boys and brought it up to our room. It was such a delight meeting him. The chef was super lovely too, she would prepare our very delicious breakfast in the morning and then take my infant from me and entertain him to give me a chance to eat and help my toddler if he needed it. This BnB is also conveniently located very close to a train station, that made going to Buckingham Palace, alone with 2 little ones, very easy.

I booked Oakwood as a last minute for a day's work in Central London and then collecting my mum from Heathrow. Oakwood is exceptionally well positioned for both. Just 5 minutes walk to the Elizabeth Line and just 10 minutes drive to Heathrow! The owner couldn't have been more accommodating, with parking, late check-in and breakfast (halfway through the team preparing it, I needed to leave as mum's flight arrived early, so they quickly turned it into a tasty breakfast sandwich to go!). A super-clean room, friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. Thank you!

I have a penchant for super-soft pillows and these were a bit on the firm side but well made and in great condition. That's about it!

We really enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights, our room was lovely and big and quiet, we stayed at the top back, had a good sized fridge, was comfortable, shower was powerful and good heat. Great tea and coffee facilities, the cleaners done a great job each day, great parking out the front and the back, very secure. The owners are super friendly and gave us a load of information about the area. We will definitely return again when working in the area.

I came from a filthy,discusting Homestay Tottenham,which I left and complained about. No host returned the calls or other messages. Until now,a day later. I arrived and told the owner the story and was upgraded to an ensuite room. It was perfect in being clean,all facilities,TV,INTERNET and had hot shower were amazing. The friendly owner made it an unforgettable experience. Really to be recommened. Close to the Airport,essy access to Shops and Restaurants. Worthwhile staying there. 10 out of 10.

Everything was excellent.

The property was in a great location for the airport! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the man who answered the phone and offered a lot of information on the easiest way to get there if you’re using the train! He also took the time to pre book a taxi for me for the following morning which was so kind! The room was clean and had everything I needed! Also very close to a lot of food options! Literally outside the door is a pub, Chinese, fish and chip shop and a petrol station!

The hotel was lovely and clean.. easy to park just around the corner from where i was going for the evening..The owner was very nice and we had a lovely chat about the area.. tea and coffee provided..really good place to stay for a night or two basic but good

The only thing was there were no supplies for the shower shampoo, conditioner and shower gel... would have taken my own if it had been in the advert for the hotel about not supplying these items...

Was scheduled to stay for 3 nights... but my flight got rescheduled for the next day. I spoke with the owner early in the morning, and he set it up for me to keep my room at a great rate at the last minute. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Communication via email prior to arriving was excellent. Train station is a very easy 6 minute walk. Next door is a great Greek restaurant- excellent food. I would definitely stay again.
