Excellent Breakfast . Excellent Staff, Perfect location for us visiting family. Very peaceful and quiet.

Not great that a cooked breakfast could not be provided for an "early start2 of 8 am when the book says Breakfast 7...9am but the breakfast Martin gave us was adequate. No evening meal as such, Frozen microwave food offered but a poor selection. We took a cab to a pub . We understand the Hotel is to be turned into flats so facilities might have been limited due to this but we felt FINES BAYLIWICK GUEST HOUSE would be more appropriate as it wasn't hotel standard. all that said......Gold star to Martin!!!

The building is beautiful, the decor is vintage and well maintained . The bathroom was modern and had a massive shower

The TV was coming off the wall but when I reported it on leaving the man at reception said it had already been reported and they were waiting for it to be fixed. The rocking chair and multiple curtained cupboards reminded me of a horror movie and I was slightly scared that something would creep out or use the rocking chair, but that's because I watch too many horror movies. 🤣

Lovely old house with a wonderful Victorian conservatory. My room was clean, newly decorated and faced the garden. Lovely and quiet. Super-comfy bed. Ensuite small but perfectly adequate (shower cubicle on the small side!) Friendly, helpful staff. I didn't have dinner or breakfast, so I cannot comment on those. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Recommended.

I like how quickly it was easy to book in. the bed was comfy, and getting in the room was good. The teas and coffees is room are good. Overall, a good stay.

I did not like the nose. The other people were here and people banging around at 6.30 am in the morning. If you going to have pets keep them under control and not bark late at night.

I didn’t like the fact when u get there they tell u it’s £10 extra to park your car per night so that takes it upto £85 a night for a hotel 2 mile as away from city centre

The house is interesting and clearly has a history. The room was comfortable without being lavish. The desk and bed set up convenient, the wifi was adequate. The staff member/manager was friendly and helpful. The place was conveniently located in some ways but quite far from town and any shops or restaurants if you had to walk. If you have a car, no problem, everything is close.

Asked about breakfast but there weren't enough people to have the option. As I didn't have a car, food was hard to come by unless you wanted delivery.

A lovely qurky large house in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town center, absolutely spot on for me. From now on when I visit Bracknell this place will be my first choice, I had been b4 years ago after a domestic issues

I did not get the chance to eat there, but I know from the food I had when i previously stayed was excellent, so I have no complaints

Great location. Easy to park (parking on hotel grounds) The man behind reception desk was friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Really comfortable beds, we all slept really well.

No hot water in the afternoon. We were going out at 4pm and had lukewarm water in the shower and taps. Had to take my little girl to shower in an unoccupied room with an electric shower instead....not a massive issue but inconvenient.

I found the hotel easily and it was in a quiet location, far enough out of town from the lots of traffic, but only a 5 minute drive in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean, as was my room. I didn't have any food or drink so I can't comment on that, but it smelt really good.

I thought I would be given a fresh cup when my room was cleaned, along with a top up on tea, coffee, milk and sugar, so was a little disappointed that i didnt, but I'm sure I would have been provided with some had I have asked. Apart from that, which to be honest is quite trivial, there wasn't anything I didn't like.

I really enjoyed the warm hospitality. The house had a beautiful historical charm, and my room was very comfortable — especially the mattress. The house was very quiet, so I was able to get a really good rest. I’ll definitely come back again next time!
