Breakfast - a good selection and all tasting good. Room - clean, warm, spacious with all the facilities I needed, plenty of hot water with good pressure. Adequate wardrobe space. Bed - very comfortable. Car parking - enough good sized places. Bus stops near by.

Breakfast - please monitor usage - there were only two fried eggs left, a few spoonful's of scrambled eggs and mushrooms. Fresh fruit would be nice. Room - would have liked a sachet of hot chocolate on the tea tray. There were two noisy guests very late - guitar playing, singing, and another making threatening phone calls. Location - whilst next to motorway and very easy to get to, is a little distant from the city centre.

We did not need breakfast as we was eating later, but when I asked the lovely staff behind reception for a few teabags in the morning she let me use the tea drinking facility’s. Very much appreciated.

Well the hotel is lovely the staff excellent the only negative was the wandering homeless people around the inside and outside the hotel. My sister was approached in the lift and whilst I was outside I was approached by 3 men who looked drugged ip hassling me for cigarettes, we was shocked to see them wanting around the hotel it did make us feel uneasy at times.

Lovely atmosphere, reception/bar lounge area. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Ordered taxi that arrived on time. Only problem we had was tv would not turn off either from remote or power switch. By time we returned fault was fixed. Breakfast had a wide selection of products cereals, fruit, cooked breakfast and several choices of hot and cold beverages.

Location was a problem for us as we were relying on taxis as buses did not stop near hotel at weekend. 14 route only on workdays. Not your fault. We spent over £100 on taxis.

Not really the hotels faults but lots of banging/very loud late at night, sounded like moving furniture etc and then someone banging on someone's door in the morning, swearing at the occupant. Again this wasn't the hotels fault, this just resulted in not much sleep and therefore not as comfortable as we wished. However we couldn't really fault anything else for the price, very good value for money

I had the Tuesday evening special of Hamburger and chips. chips were great but the hamburger was the poorest of poor that I have ever had. Just a plain grilled patty on a burger bun not grilled no butter no sauce or no tomato or gherkins no lettuce just plain patty on a dry bun and on top of this all it cost 12.5 pound ...in my opinion shocking and extortion for what one received. I would recommend that anyone trying this meal out be very aware of what you may receive in actual fact give it a miss rather go somewhere else for a meal

Nice location, good facilities, breakfast had a lot of choice, sofa bed was already made up for us arriving, staff very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned, unsure if it was dust or talc on the floor but there was a white coating. Shower tray filled and didn't drain quickly. Had to keep stopping the shower so it didn't over flow, few cracks in the tiles on the floor, and limescale in the tiles

Convenience of proximity to Walton Centre hospital. Clean, tidy and modern rooms/public areas. Friendly staff.

Dirty car park. Early closure of midweek breakfast. 9:30, items were being removed from servery. We arrived at 9:15 and there was reduced choices already and no replenishment. Once you had selected your cereals toast etc, there was a rush to get remaining main hot breakfast dish. Perhaps should have been advised at checkin that 9:30 was breakfast area closed.

Easy to check in very polite friendly staff. good open planned lounge space. easy access to lift. when entering the room impressed with size and cleanness, of the room well equipped plenty of pillows with iron ironing board and kettle tea making facilities and hairdryer, tv with remote that worked

The rooms are very big Bathrooms are lovely The restaurant and food selection plus the drink selection The staff on the Saturday were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help What made me smile is that a walk-in asked for a room One of the waiters said, "Comic con is on , we are fully booked" Definitely stay here again

The size of the bed! Was a bit small .... The shower leaked over the floor It needs a longer shower curtain or more glass

Perfect for what it is. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, the room had a hairdryer and some nice little extra for this type of accommodation. The rooms also have good sound proofing for traffic noise outside. The breakfast was nice enough too. Overall a great stop off for a night while travelling.
