I enjoyed everything great facilities I had a Great breakfast . Tea and coffee in the rooms Plus 2 minutes away lots of shops cafes pubs Or a short journey into Liverpool centre. Plus I nice clean comfortable Guest house to Return to .😁 x

The room was just like the photo and had everything I needed the added bonus of a fridge in the room. The shared kitchen was very well equipped. Although I didn't see the staff they answered a couple of questions immediately. Very well situated with good transport links. I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it.

Not I didn't like just a couple of suggestions. A shelf above the bathroom sink and a few more hangers please. I had hurt my back before coming and needed some down time in the room byt The TV was a bit hit and miss although the WiFi was good.

This property is perfect if you’re looking forward for somewhere affordable with great facilities to base yourself whilst you’re visiting the area. My boyfriend and I had a lovely 4 night stay here as he was on a 5 day training course in Bootle. Lots of places to eat within driving distance (few minutes down the road). There are also lots of takeaways and pubs within walking distance. Aintree shopping park was a 5 min drive away which was ideal for me to visit whilst my boyfriend was at training. This property has way more facilities than staying in a premier in or travelodge which we were thrilled with in terms of value for money. It was great that the TV had netflix on to keep us entertained during the evenings. The communal kitchen was also brilliant as it had everything you need if you fancy cooking any dish!! Also the provided milk, bread, jam and cereals were were very thoughtful of Sarah. The bathrooms were also squeaky clean with shower gel & shampoo also provided. Thank you so much Sarah for making our visit to liverpool comfortable and for making us feel at home!

The area directly within walking distance seemed a bit run down however there were plenty of amenities with driving distance

The location for ease of getting into Liverpool City centre by train was absolutely perfect. Just a short ride from a train station only round the corner from the very well laid out house. Stayed as mother and daughter (6 year old) and we both loved it. Very clean, the shared kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy, well laid out and easy to use. The options for breakfast were a lovely touch and the fact there was milk and butter too! You've thought of it all. A really lovely stay. The place was very easy to find and parking while not part of the booking, it was very easy to park very near the house! There is a back garden too which we would have used if we would have stayed more than one night. Would definitely stay again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Instructions were clear of how to get into the property. The room was immaculate and loved that they supplied bottles of water. Room came with a fridge, fan, hairdryer and a kettle which all came in super handy. Toilet and shower rooms were spotless also and kitchen had a stock of cereal and milk for use also. Location was perfect as it's close to the city centre and has a train station very close too! Loved it

The only thing I disliked was the mattress firmness, but that is just personal preference. Otherwise, couldn't fault the place at all

It was lovely, everything was clean. Their staff was really sweet . The kitchen was big and had a lot of things to eat for breakfast . The place has a shared bathroom that was always squeaky clean . The bed in the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Everything about this place was perfect. Not only that, but it is perfectly situated. The train station to Liverpool central is only a 3 - 5 min long walk away and a 7 minutes one from subway, pizza hut and tesco express . I hope I'll be able to come back soon :)

Fantastic location for getting into the city with a brilliant train service which was very cheap and new spotless trains. All day ticket to anywhere in the city for £5.60. Nothing really Sarah's place is a little gem. Although there is no breakfast the host provides a kitchen with all the amenities to do your own and provides free cereal, milk and pastries should you want them. Should you want a good hearty breakfast, there is a cafe on the High Road which is a two minute walk around the corner.

Nothing it's brilliant.

Fantastic little B&B if you're lo9k8ng for a good base to explore from or having a short stay. The room was very clean and nicely appointed, the bed was very comfy too. We had the en-suite was nice. The owner was lovely and responsive too when we rocked up at the wrong place! Keys are available via a keysafe which was super convenient. Also must mention the amazing communal kitchen, it's huge with fresh milk available for guests, cereals, bread for toast, fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast.

Decent little road just off the highstreet, close to pubs and restaurants etc, only downside is the noise when folk come back to collect their cars at the end of the night. The B&B itself was very quiet, the only exception was a couple of the guests coming back at 2/4am and perhaps a notice asking guests to be a little quieter might be considered. All in all, small niggles really as it is a really nice place for a short stay.

The Be my Guest Liverpool is a little gem , fantastic from arrival to departure. The best night sleep I have had in ages , bed so comfortable, the neighbourhood so quiet . The room great and the fact it was help yourself for cereal/ toast/ croissants/ large amounts of milk in fridge in kitchen, also kettle etc in the room, nothing I could say I didn't like. Even the other guests were so friendly. So it's 10 out of 10 from us and looking forward to staying again real soon. FANTASTIC PLACE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There is nothing not to like

Very clean and tidy. Fairly spacious. Kitchen had all the essentials and it next to a pub which is good if you don’t want to bother packing your own food.

Everything was fine but the TV didn’t have many good channels and Netflix and YouTube wouldn’t work either. It didn’t ruin anything but it would have been nice to be able to put on something to watch while getting ready/going to bed. That’s the only thing though, otherwise, a great value for money when splitting the cost with friends!
