I Love this place, travelling down from Scotland 4.5 hour journey couldn’t of arrived at a better place the friendly staff are awesome very helpful and always there at to help if needed, great location clean rooms very comfy bed, nice hot shower, also they have little fridges in the room which with small kiddie is brilliant, wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Liverpool, best value for money in town you get what you pay for can’t fault this place at all, we will see you guys again next week thanks for a great stay

There is nothing we didn’t like everything was great from start to finish

The room was cozy (ie well heated) and you could not hear the guests in the room next door. The bathroom was nice. There is a Lidl or Audi approximately 5 mins walk away (which you pass if you go to/from the accomodation via Seaforth train station)

1) If you are a large person in height and.or width, you might find the accommodation's' single beds a little uncomfortable. (As daft as that seems, some single beds are actually Queen size beds) 2) I like the long walk into Liverpool city centre but if you don't want to walk, the bus is cheaper than the train.

Bear in mind that this hotel is less than half the local travel inn price, for what you pay it’s excellent. Clean room, clean bedding, comfortable bed, clean towels, tv with Netflix, etc…

Would have been nice if damaged items in the room had been fixed. I.e. shower shelf, toilet seat, toothbrush holder. But didn’t affect the stay. Cleaning the windows and washing the curtains at the front of the building would give a much better appearance on arrival.

This is my second time staying here I'm really happy with the hotel the staff are amazing they went above and beyond for me on this stay I had issues with my shower and they looked at it straight away and moved me rooms they accommodated me very well. Very polite staff they are never to far away if you need anything I will definitely be making regular visits to this hotel it's really good value for money. I would highly recomed this hotel weather it be a short stay or long stay definitely 5 stars for customer service and the cleanliness of the room

We were here on a weekend to watch a Liverpool match and we liked how accessible it was to the centre with a bus just around the corner and our room was nice and clean and very comfortable

The only thing I wouldn’t really like is the lack of a lift for incase of heavy luggage but I know that’s out of their hands as it’s to do with the way the building is designed it would be difficult to fit in a lift

I had a nice experience during my overnight stay. The room and bathroom is very spacious. The room smells really nice. It is near the bus stations which is very convenient. I was just awakened by the noise from upstair guests but overall it was worth it.

After being cancelled from another hotel the day we arrived due to unforseen circumstances. This hotel were quick to give us a room at a reasonable price at the last minute. So thankful. Really appreciate it. Service very polite and welcoming. Guy was so lovely at the desk. Nice and quiet. Would stay again. Thankyou

More towels for longer stays, but not an issue. Can easily ask and I'm sure will be fulfilled.

Comfortable room, en-suite with shower & toilet, nice and warm, had a TV, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee & bottles of water, free WiFi and free parking. Only a short drive from the docks where I was working and for the money I think this is excellent. I’ve paid double this price for at other hotels for rooms with far less facilities.

Nothing, I was more than happy considering the price.

Ran out of toilet paper they provided some quickly always there if there is any issues. This is our 4th time staying here would highly recommend. The staff are always polite. Tesco is around a 4 minute walk 2 minute walk to a bus stop. Not a bad location to stay.

Curtains could do with being longer but that’s the only thing I could say, didn’t affect our sleep but personal preference I like a darker room come morning :)
