Great location & breakfast buffet. Staybridge suites are perfectly located right by the Liverpool eye and the M&S Bank Arena, 5 minutes walk to the Albert Dock, great food, Museums, Beatles statues & 10 minutes walk into the City - great shopping & of course Mathew Street & The Cavern Club! Liverpool is a vibrant city with something for everyone, very friendly people.

This was my 3rd visit to Staybridge Suites and I had booked 2 rooms, my shower tray had a large crack through it I spoke to reception and they were unable to move me so I had to use my Mum's room for a shower. I was surprised that the cleaning staff had not reported what was an obvious defect prior to check in.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. The breakfasts were good and the set-up a bit like a home kitchen was cute and functional. Also, the coffee machine was available 24/7 and free. There was a wee stock-up shop in the reception too with snacks and toiletries. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were cheery and chatty. Most of the reception staff were lovely and helpful.

The breakfast times were early during the week and could have been extended to later. Although most of the staff were polite and friendly, a few were rude and unhelpful, particularly one woman on the reception desk wouldn't even give us eye contact and acted like we were an inconvenience.

The location was perfect! An easy walk into the centre and very close to all the sights. Our suite had a lovely view over the wheel and the dock, out to the Mersey. The size of the room was great, the kitchen area was well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, a microwave-combi oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A cloth, scourer, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablet were provided. The bathroom was also a good size, with a nice shower in a large cubicle, lovely toiletries and soft towels (and a flannel) provided. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble! There is a social evening several nights a week, with snacks and drinks provided - a really lovely touch and well worth attending! Breakfast was also great and staff were happy to restock items as necessary. We felt very comfortable and at home there - would certainly recommend, especially as it was such a competitive price.

Location was convenient and quiet, breakfast was substantial choice, room 212 had a broken window seal, (the closing bar was broken on one side) and the wind howled through it all night like a train, making sleep impossible. The staff helped us move rooms and we were compensated fairly and with understanding. The room was spacious and suite well equipped with everything we might need for a short stay. Only down side is there is only one armchair in each room, so if watching a movie or tv programme, one person had to sit at the breakfast bar, or lie on the bed.

At first the staff said the whole hotel was windy because of its dockside location. However, the second room was much quieter because the window closed properly as it should, so the wind outside wasn't any issue for this hotel - just as it shouldn't be for any international hotel.

We loved the generosity of the staff at this hotel. They couldn't do enough for us. So so kind. It was our sons 21st the reason for our visit and they sent down a bottle of wine for him with a little card. Sherrie and the other guy on the night reception. I cannot remember his name, where so kind, and very helpful. Chatted away to us and nothing was a bother to them..loved the location, handy to everything. The breakfast was brilliant. You can take them to your room if you prefer or eat them in the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel/apartment..and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and dealt with my booking professionally and within one minute. I wasn’t aware of the complimentary drinks on Tuesdays, which is an added bonus. The breakfast was awesome too. The staff at breakfast were very nice and accommodating. They treated me as if I was in a five star hotel. I have to mention the staff who keep the rooms looking like a 5 star hotel. The work and effort they put into my room each day was worthy of high praise. Well done to them. Overall the hotel was 5/5 and I will most definitely be staying here again and can’t recommend an alternative. Thank you to whoever reads this. You’re an asset to Staybridge Suites-Liverpool.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to Albert Dock and the bus station and next to the river. Very well equipped suite with kitchenette, ironing board and iron and other necessities. Clean and well furbished with intact painting and furniture. A door lock broke and it was replaced immediately. Comfortable living areas, very good breakfast, available food and drink vending machines but above all extremely nice and approachable staff members !! We highly recommend the Staybridge Hotel !!!

A very nice suite right by Albert Dock in Liverpool which is a very bright and pleasant city. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Great to cycle along the Mersey on the path close by. Good lift to room; well appointed with fridge and handy mini kitchenette. A slightly pointless "social" drinks and nibbles evening event seemed odd on one day there. No one was mixing with anyone.

The breakfast room is too small and overcrowded whatever time you go. Poor selection of food which runs out quickly. Hot food not hot. Poor coffee from machine and only builders tea for choice. My worst gripe though would be the exorbitant parking charge of £24 per day. £1 per hour for guests who are already paying a high rate for a room is too much

Fantastic place to stay. Great location, reasonable price, studio had everything you need. Very clean, great nights sleep. The staff were exceptional, well done to all of them. A special mention to the man in the glasses in the dining area (Sorry I don't know his name.) Breakfast was very busy but he did not stop, and made sure the food was always topped up and hot, whilst being so polite at all times. And to the very kind man on reception who made it possible for us to check in a bit early....10/10.

The breakfast is very nice but I still don't like the sausages with the herb after kick. But thats just a personal taste.

The apartment was amazing. My sister and I loved it. Loved the view from our window, the arena, the big wheel, and the River Mersey. Room 618. Everything you need in an apartment. Lovely friendly staff, credit to the apartments. Early check-in in, which was appreciated. Car park underneath suites. £24 but we thought worth it, as we were able to stay as long as we wanted the next day. We were going to the arena for a concert and you couldn't get any closer. Nice breakfast in a lovely area. This is our number one place to stay now and already booked for December. We didn't want to leave. Excellent check out time of 12.
