The property was airy and clean. location was great just a short walk to shops. Due to issues we were moved to two rooms in Duke Street which were clean and adequate. Just unfortunate we had split the family up. customer service did react and deal with our situation promptly.

Spacious for 10 people, the receptionist was friendly, check-in was easy

We had to move apartments when we found out the heater & wifi wasn't working. Called the receptionist and they sent someone to take a look at the heater, although she was not able to fix it. Said she'll come back in 30 minutes, but after an hour she did not. Had the call the receptionist again and they relocated to a different location.

Great location, very clean and modern. checkin staff were friendly. beds were very comfy. staff also accommodated our Mobility Scooter which we didn’t know about on booking and only mentioned on arrival.

The place could do with more crockery/cutlery. Only 1 knife, 1 wine glass, no tea towels for drying up. the light in the bathroom mirror didn’t light up.

The location was the second best things about property,, first been the Loft. Great place. Hope to see you guys/gals in the near future. Great place to take my friends when they come to the UK to visit.

No Toilet paper, but was easily solve within a few mins.

Location was central to every where we wanted to go. Clean and lovely apartment. Everything you needed was there in the kitchen oh except a tea towel to dry the pots haha. Our son had his own room and we had an en suite in ours.

I can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like. Creeky floor boards if the want to be picky from above.

I booked this stay for a couple days chill out with my to Children, my mother and sister, looked fantastic. Great location, great set up. Ideal for weekend away with gang of lads or girls. The Bluetooth speakers, kids loved them. My apologies I never caugh the gentleman’s name when we checked in, he was a very polite and helpful an Irish lad, on Payment I was undercharged for the 2 nights by £18, and he said as it was not my fault he altered the price, I thought this was really nice touch.

The sofa is very old and needs changing. There was no AC nor ventilation and there was a funky smell with lack of ventilation, (I asked the maid how to work the AC as there was a control, she looked at it and said no!) so was very hot and stuffy for the 2 nights. The fridge needs deicing, the freezer was frozen up could not fit anything in, and no shelves in fridge so it’s just a semi cold small area. This was a big one for me, when the cleaners cleaned the apartment Upstaris, they left the dirty sheets and towels in bin bags outside our door for 2 days, this was disgusting, my kids had to walk past this, this was the thing that let the stay down.

I know Liverpool well so the apartment was in a good location. It sleeps 8 people so not expensive really once you do the maths. The living space is great. Easy pick up re: the key card....I only marked the staff as a mid score as it was a self serviced apartment

The deposit was OK but @ £400 was more than the stay. I read some reviews about people making noise and not getting their money back so we were a bit wary about playing music or having fun.

the living room was cold because the big heater was not working, the small one was working but it didn’t help the temperature warm, but the bed room temperature was fine

Central location and perfect size!!

Not many cups/glasses to use, dishwasher wasn’t working. But only tiny things, did not impact our stay! :)

Accessible, quiet and clean.

We have to call almost everyday as the boiler is broken and there was no hot water. But the staff were prompt to repair it every time, it’s just a hassle to keep on calling for them to fix it. Otherwise, it was all good.
