Spacious and clean room with all necessary facilities. Great location in the centre, near the train stations, and at walking distance of all the sights and museums. The hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood with lots of Irish bars, karaoke and live music, so it can be very noisy. However, the hotel staff warned me about this in advance when I booked the room, so I was aware. I stayed 2 nights (weekdays) and on both nights the noise ended around midnight, which I didn't think was unreasonable at all, but maybe for others this may be an inconvenience. The manager, Sue, is lovely! Always a smile, always friendly, always helpful. If every hotel had a manager like her, the world would be a better place! On the morning I checked out the shower did not work (there was a plumbing problem in the entire hotel) and it didn't get solved before I had to leave. Sue made sure I got refunded for one night, which I appreciated very much.

Just opposite to the Liverpool Central Station, 5-minute walk to Lime Street Station, 10-minute walk to the coach station. Even though my room has no windows, it has air-conditioning to make up for it. Very comfortable bed. Every amenities expected of a typical hotel room are provided; plus two bottled gas distilled water and ample of coffee powder and tea bags. Very friendly reception staff.
No safe inside the room The hotel only occupies the first floor of a building; and on the ground floor there is a pub which has live music played as late as 2 am. So if you are noise-sensitive; please ask the reception for ear plugs for free. (The noise however, was not so loud inside my room).

Centrally located and friendly lady on the desk. Shower room excellent. Tea and coffee in room and air con. Big light bright room
It's centrally located so yes, as advised, it was noisy but the hotel are very clear about that when booking and it wasn't a problem to us. No lift and again the hotel were very clear about that and again this wasn't a problem for us. The single beds are very thin width wide and also very soft, some people may like this, but it wasn't too our personal taste, again, not a big problem. We had a very pleasant stay and would return. It was good value for money and fantastically located right in the thick of everything nestled between 2 pubs opposite Central Station.

Check in was easy Room was very clean and laid out so giving plenty of space There was free tea, coffee and water (really nice touch) Bed was comfortable and there was a choice of pillows depending on your needs Perfect Central location 10/10 highly recommended
They have a rule that you can’t bring food up to the room, I understand why, but when you have been out for a drink on the way back you’ll have a tendency to get a little bite to eat (well I do) so just a little disappointed that I had to eat in the street on the way back, so I didn’t incur a £100 fine for bringing in a takeaway

Just an amazing place, very nice and clean, the staff is extremely nice and friendly specially Sue the lovely manager. The location can't be better, exactly in the center. Highly recommended and definitely the place I will always stay whenever I visit Liverpool :)
Nothing at all I didn't like, just maybe the pubs around could have loud music until midnight so if you sleep early better get your earplugs. Also if you have a heavy luggage better stick to your gym workout as you will have to carry it upstairs since there is no elevator.

The friendly staff. Collette was amazing, as was Aaron, I think that was his name. Above and beyond. Make to feel most welcomed. We instantly felt at home. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Fantastic facilities in the room. Mood lighting, tea, coffee, water and biscuits all complimentary. Comfy bed, albeit a little squeaky (sorry neighbours)! Great shower for that invigorating feel. Location was great. Right by the station. Plenty of bars too. Free drink at the Sister bar in Wood street just down the road. Music from local bars stops at 2 so no problem sleeping. Overall, a fantastically friendly place to stay and definitely recommend and we'll definitely be returning! Thanks to all.
Having to check out!

The staff were extremely helpful
Didn't realise that we were above an Irish Bar,we should have looked into the area before booking, but we still enjoyed our stay (luckily we had ear plugs, headphones and light music). When we got up in the morning there was no water at all so we couldn't have a proper wash or shower so luckily we had some wet wipes with us so had to improvise and luckily we were supplied with plenty of bottled water. When we got back to our room in the evening we were given a complimentary bottle of wine.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and as well as being adjacent to Central Station, this is only a couple of minutes' walk from Lime Street Station. Plenty of food options in the neighbouring area. The rooms are very spacious and offer good comfort.
The management is very clear about the fact that being situated on a busy street, there is some noise from the neighbouring bars, which does continue until about 11pm. The only thing I will add is that this was apparent on a Monday, in case potential visitors are thinking this is just reserved for weekends. It is noticeable but tolerable with windows closed.

Good location less than 10 mins walk from Lime Street rail station. In a bustling area. A straight, 10-15 mins walk from the lovely Docks area, cavern quarter, etc. Friendly, helpful staff. My room was clean and a great size - it was only me but would have been fine for 3 adults or small family stay. There is noise due to the location above bars, but this is made clear in the hotel info so wasn't unexpected.
Hotel isn't fully accessible due to stairs, however, that is made clear in the hotel info.

Comfy rooms with tea and coffee station. The shower was great and so were the linens and towels and the room had plenty of space. The location is in the heart of the city with everything you need around. Easy to find. We fell asleep to the Irish music of a local bar. There are narrow steep staircases so keep this in mind if you have big bags!
We requested 2 beds and received a confirmation that this was being provided but was given a room with 1 bed. We were so tired and didn't want to go all the way back down after a busy day to change to make it work. So on us for not letting staff know, but don't write that the room with 2 beds has been provided when it wasn't.
