The location really makes this hotel a perfect choice for a short stay in Liverpool. In addition, from the moment we arrived to our departure yesterday, we were made to feel at home by their wonderful staff, including the owner/manager whom we had a nice chat with yesterday. We met 4 or 5 staff over the weekend and they were just brilliant. We arrived much earlier than the stated check-in time and asked if we could leave our bags till later but were assigned a room straight away. Also, just inside the front door is a warm and welcoming, large sitting-type room that doubles up as bar and breakfast room. While we didn't avail of breakfast, their prices are beyond reasonable. I realise this doesn't sit comfortably with many other reviews on here, but be assured, as 1st timers in Liverpool, we have no contact/relationship with this property whatsoever. However, we will definitly visit Liverpool again and iwill book this hotel every time. We loved it💚💚

Lovely cosy beds, beautiful spacious shower. Good amenities in room. We were staying in Liverpool after a late flight, and there was a bus straight from the airport to outside the hotel, and then a short walk to the station the next morning. The value for money was really exceptional, the best I've ever received from a hotel.

Very minor things, there were no tea bags in the hospitality tray, only instant coffee, so I had to go to the shop next door to buy some (I'd just come back from holiday, I needed a cup of tea😄) The room was in the basement, which was fine, but there was a little noise from the Metro when trains went past. They didn't finish too late or start too early though.

The team at the Printworks hotel were just fantastic. Great hospitality and felt like part of the family. Martin kept us safe, was a great friendly host and gave us lots of local recommendations. Denise was very welcoming and cooks an amazing breakfast & Julie ensures the rooms are lovely and clean. The hotel is in a great location, with a parkbee 2 mins walk away if you are driving in, lime street station close by and a bus stop on opposite side of road that goes to Liverpool one shopping/restaurants. Highly recommend and we would not consider elsewhere when we return to the city on our next trip. Thanks team Printworks x

Good for what we wanted it for. Decent location and quiet enough at night.Clean and tidy. Nice powerful shower. A good supply of milk for tea and coffee, (which I didn't realise when I asked for extra). Bed was very comfortable. Didn't do breakfast or use bar or tv.

Loads of notifications about ID must be shown, then never asked for at check-in. . As a woman, I found the male receptionist at midnight to be slightly intimidating. When I asked for extra milk for my tea, he tried to show me up when he called me out for not saying please. He never gave me a chance, and I would have thanked him for whatever his response was because I am polite. In contrast, the other male receptionist was lovely, and we found him to be very helpful and polite.

Staff was amazing especially harry who greeted us at reception as I traveled with my older sister who hurt her leg on arrival he was very kind & caring towards us & help as much as possible very grateful to him. Hotel was very central to Liverpool. Also offered us upgrade room with window in it instead of basement .

Only thing there is no lifts so not good if problems with mobility. Also they should say when looking that only few rooms with windows rest none when booking as we had room in basement only that we got offered upgrade to room upstairs

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well organised. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. Breakfast was available at a reasonable price and cooked to order by cheerful and friendly staff. There was a lovely lounge area with TV and tea and coffee available all the time. The location was central and convenient for the town, bus and train stations. All in all a very good stay and would stay there again.

No real complaints - mattress on our bed could do with being renewed and would be nice to have reading lights over the bed head in the smaller rooms but very minor details that did not spoil our stay.

The Print Works Hotel is the most understated place I have eve stayed in! So low key from the outside that I walked past it when I first arrived in Liverpool! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming.

Laminate flooring and tub chair in the room. (I’m a person who doesn’t like laminate floors full stop as they’re cold; alright for in the summer months but find them very cold in the autumn and winter. Likeswise, not a fan of tub armchairs as just don’t find them comfortable).

The staff was really nice and attentive with us. The room was spacious and really value for money, equipped with all elements: kettle, tea cups, hairdryer, hangers, mirrors, soap, good towels, etc. The hotel was centric and we could walk everywhere: - 5 min to Lime Station / St John Church - 10 min to Steble Fountain / Cathedral

The hotel doesn't have lift (2 floors only) so maybe the accesibility is improvable The shower could have stronger water flow The beds could be more set in terms of stability in mattress.

The staff were very friendly and soo helpful. They could not have been lovelier! This is my second stay at Printwork. And I can see it becoming my go-to hotel in Liverpool. Martin (usually on night duties) was particularly helpful, in local knowledge and also with the hotel business as I have recently had some involvement in the industry. The rooms are clean and have all the basics. I would also recommend the breakfast.

There is no lift, so you have to go up and down the stairs, but staff will help you with luggage if you ask.

Great hotel, I stayed just one night but it was enough to state it. Located in the heart of the city it's easy to reach literally everything on foot, the bathroom was amazingly comfortable and reception is open 24/24. Plus, we departed from Liverpool at 9 PM and they let us store our bags all day since checkout was in the morning. I would totally book again next time I'm in Liverpool
