We booked an apartment for 4 of us as it was my hen do. Was lovely and really clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We wasnt informed how to check out and as it isn't manned by staff 24/7 it was difficult to get intouch with someone to check we checked out correctly and then I was waiting to see if I would recieve my deposit back. Which I did as all was okay! But if I could change anything it would be to be able to get intouch with the staff more easily.

Good location and has cheap (£5) 24 hour parking in multistory almost next door. Entrance area felt clean and fresh, they have updated an old building very well. Teenage daughters loved the room!

Would have preferred double bed not sofabed, when sofa bed pulled out there was no space...it is a bit misleading when booking as it feels unclear whether you get a sofa and a double bed so we would have liked a little more space, but for one night it did the job. The sofa bed wasnt comfortable, it had a big dip in tbe centre which was hard to avoid so we didnt sleep much.

Group of lads was partying all night , music was blasting and no security told them to turn it off

Good location, within walking distance to the city centre. The reception lady and cleaners were very friendly and welcoming. Decent sized bedrooms

There were 2 things we didn't like 1. A staff member knocked on the door at around 11 PM at night reminding people to smoke outside (we were not smoking) and we had already been told about this so this was completely unnecessary. He was doing a round across all the rooms doing this, this was annoying and could be avoided, especially that late in the evening. 2. The deposit of £300 is excessive and to be honest if I had noticed I had to pay this when booking I would have chosen another property. We got our money back so we are good but this was an unpleasant surprise, I didn't check for this when booking as in 15 years of using booking.com I never had to pay anything like this.

Good location, 10 min walk from train station. Everything we needed for our stay. We all loved that we were all together, plenty of beds and a great sound system for all our different choices of music. TVs in every room too.

Only one shower room and a very small separate toilet. Would have been good to have an extra shower room as lots of people using the facilities.

We were greeted by a lovely lady who was friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could have needed for our stay. Really great location and surprising quiet! We would definitely book again!!

Whilst the security deposit is a bit hefty, it was returned without issue after 3 days. I can only imagine that there has been considerable damage in the past that has resulted in this policy.

Great location, staff were lovely and the room had everything we needed for a short stay. Really clean, easy to find and get in and out and had plenty of towels, bedding etc.

Only negative is the sofa bed was quite firm and being on the bottom floor we couldn’t have our window open as it was a window to the smoking area.

Stayed here for my daughters 16th birthday with her friends had a lovely time kids had the best night would highly recommend, very clean and comfortable had everything you need beds so comfy also staff really helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will definitely book again thank you so much for a perfect stay 😊

It was spacious and clean and perfect for what we needed with a good location

It had four double bunk beds which is fine but in the pictures there was singles etc which is one of the reasons why we booked it so we didn’t have to share

Easy to get too. Clean and cosy - I’ve stayed twice now and I will always come back to here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect it’s also next to mount pleasant car park which is £5-6 for 24 hours.
