Special thanks to all staff at Cocoon, made checking-in easy( even though l keyed in wrong info to send on documentation), very good customer service,polite, helpful and respectful. Had a lovely 4night stay, everything was perfect for me. Had a great sleep, no noise at all. Brilliant location, for bars, restaurants,shops, sightseeing, public transport, etc. The most vibrant city l have visited in the UK. The musicians, the sound systems in pubs, the low prices for drinks, free entry. Every Liverpudlian l interacted with, was a positive experience. I shall be visiting again more often after my positive experience. Thankyou Liverpool, you made me welcome, respect to this beautiful city.

Leaving. I felt an air of depression ,as l always do, after having to leave a place l have enjoyed so much.

The rooms were comfortable and had a functional. The staff were nice in showing us where the apartment was as it wasn’t directly on/next to reception. It felt like a nice apartment that I’d have lived in. The location was also good because it was near the theatre I needed to be as well as different shops scattered around.

-there was nothing to clean up with, so no dish sponges or sweeping brushes etc -some of the doors/windows were hard to open -there was no bath mat (we sorted that with using a towel -the doors to different rooms were heavy and loud if you weren’t careful

Fabulous 1 bedroom apartment, it was clean and modern, great location, I felt safe with my son (1st time staying somewhere without the other half) it was gated with a fob to open, a key to the front door of the building and key card for the apartment The young man on reception was very polite and welcoming when booking in and the 2 ladies were lovely when booking out, I would definitely stay again

• Bed was very soft and bouncy so didn’t get much sleep but my son slept like a log he thought it was very comfortable, so it’s down to preference! • The blind in the bedroom let light in, maybe needs a curtain as well! • Was woken by noise from the surrounding buildings, deliveries I think (I will bring earplugs next visit) my son wasn’t woken! • No tea towel in the kitchen used one of our hand towels (which wasn’t a problem!)

It had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location for getting to the station as well as into the town centre. Perfect base for us for our trip! It was spacious and we both slept well in the bed. The shower was also great!

Not dislikes but just things to note that would make the space feel even more worthy of the price point- would be extra lovely if the living room space was a little more comfy/cosy! A lamp in the bedroom would also be helpful. It was a shame to have to have the doors shut all the time (because of the nature of the doors I guess, I think they were fire doors?) so a doorstop/s would be a nice touch, if it’s possible.

Nice size room clean and tidy! Shower worked well.staff at reception nice and friendly and I got there early and got told my room was ready I was OK to check in so I was grateful for that a good start bonus

It was down a cellar my room and there's a bar close by so noisy at night at weekend with live music being played not that that's the properties fault didn't bother me too much but might be an issue with others

The room was very well decorated and felt cosy. Despite having no windows, the lighting was excellent. The toilet was very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. Additionally, there was a large mirror by the bedside.

There was nothing in particular! It just felt like a maze with so many rooms.

Convienient . Was booked for 3 nights in two separate rooms. But they rearranged the rooms so I could stay in the same room for the three nights which helped me alot.

Unusual to stay in a room with no windows buy this was made clear when booking. But for ventilation, a fan runs constant in the ceiling which could irritate some people.

Very well thoughtout, everything you need right there. Bed was comfy and bathroom was lovely. Room was within 5 mins walk to Philharmonic Hall (we were here for a concert). Also very close to Bold Street and shops.

We were on the ground floor, right next door to a student bar. Was some very loud noise but it wasnt all night long so was manageable.

Great location, with a handy cafe for breakfast. Room well appointed with comfortable bed. Well lit en suite Basement room.Generally quiet Tea and coffee and kettle in the room whole basement well ventilated. Staff very pleasant and 24 hour reception cover.

The basement location meant that the air conditioning ran all the time . It was of course very dark in the room so we brought a nightlight to allow us to get to the toilet safely.

Clean and spacious rooms, with an en suite bathroom. Great location, not far from the city centre and the bus stations, with numerous shops, restaurants and pubs nearby as well. Perfect for a short visit (Liverpool FC game) to the city.

Shower is fixed to the bathroom ceiling. It’s workable, but not something I would choose in a bathroom if given an option.
