Location is very good and staff are very nice room is good value for money near train station bars shops ect

To many stairs to climb ok if your on the first floor but when old with disabilities the second and third floor there’s a lot of stairs to climb there’s no lift .asked for first floor by booking .com and booked months in advance are request was not met .

Only a few minutes walk from Liverpool line street station. Brilliant! The room was exceptionally clean and in lovely condition, with everything I needed for 1 night. Check in/out was really straight forward and the lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfy. When I turned up to check in, I was told I’d been given a free room upgrade, how lovely!

Shower wasn’t the most powerful but I understand it is a very old building so it’s not a problem I was told at reception on check in I had to leave either £50 cash or pre authorise my card incase of damage or smoking in the room. Lady says no one is aware of this. And when I got home I checked ALL my emails / messages from the hotel and there’s nothing that says I had to do this. So luckily I had a physical bank card on me! So please make it clear that customers have to have a card to authorise on arrival.

Have stayed here a few times and each time it's been hassle free and no problems easy to come and go and each member of staff that we deal with have been nice and friendly

Nothing to dislike - its clean, the rooms are small but we already know that - for us it's a bed for the night with a TV and kettle simple and cheerful or as the owner says cheap and cheerful

First of all, the location is simply impeccable. The hotel is a five minutes walk from both railway stations, which was very important for me. There is Tesco and Asda one minute away, as well as some smaller convenience stores around. McDonalds is just two minutes away, and there are many restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. It is very close to both City Center and Chinatown, so food wise the choice is very wide. As for tourist attractions, Liverpool Cathedral is 10 minutes walk away, and the center of Liverpool is very walkable, you can easily get to the riverfront in 15-20 minutes. I though that the hotel wasn't exactly easy to find, You go past Adelphi, and turn left. The entrance to the hotel is in the same building as Tesco and fried chicken spot. The hotel sigh is pretty inconspicuous, so it is easy to miss. To get to the building you should either have a key or call a receptionist and confirm your name and reservation, so I think it is pretty secure. The access to the room is also by electronic key, plus it is lockable from the inside. As a female solo traveller, I didn't have any concerns regarding my safety. I would like to notice that all the receptionists I met were incredibly nice and welcoming, especially the person who was there in the morning and afternoon. It was a pleasure talking to them. They also let me leave my luggage in a storage room before check-in and after check-out, so I didn't have to explore the city with my bags. The hotel itself is pretty small. My room was tiny, but it had a double bed and TV with all channels and streaming services. There was also a kettle, mugs, biscuits and tea and coffee supply. The room was clean, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with private shower room. The room had panoramic windows with a nice view on the street (the building in front of the hotel was very pretty). Overall, I think it is an incredible option, given the location and the price.

The hotel is located over the karaoke bar, so in the late afternoon and evening you might hear loud music. It did not bother me much, because they usually finished before I went to sleep. I don't think it would be a great inconvenience if you're out exploring Liverpool, but it might be if you're planning on sleeping during the day. In my room, I was also missing a small chair/stool/bedside table - any surface, where I could have put my clothes and some other belongings, which could have not been hanged on coat rack or put on the coffee table.

we were in a bigger room than i thought which was good as it was really warm, - asked for an extra pillow at 11pm and it was brought straight to our room so that was great. stored our bags till the train - pleasant helpful staff.

the window wouldnt open so that was the downside as it was warm but we were only getting our heads down for a night, bathroom smelt a bit drainy but functioned ok - kettle didnt fit in sink to fill it up so had to fill cups with water then fill kettle but wasnt a big deal - nice to have the facilities

Spotlessly clean, cheap as chips, triple room for 3 of us for a little break away. TV in room, shower, clean fresh bedding, fresh towels, nice reception & staff. Located right by Liverpool lime Street Station. Perfect to get about and very central for shops, pubs, clubs restaurants. Lovely staff carried our cases up the stairs for us also. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend to others also.

Could do with a mirror in the room for us ladies. More hanging space would be a benefit as the hanging space was above the radiator and was scared incase they caught fire when this was put on. Electric radiators could be turned on a timer when the rooms are booked as it was freezing when we got in on the evening.

Enterance is not in the bar, its a few metres down, a seperate door. Sign is above. Staff are fabulous. Very helpful. Room 11 is a good size. 3 single beds plenty of space. Good location opposite a car park and close to cental and lime Street station. Irish bars and St John's shopping centre are close by.

There are stairs and its a long narrow corridoor to rooms. We had room 11. Blinds only half way so bright. Couldn't close external window so noisy. Mattresses need turning as dips on edge. Water took ages to warm up and the shower upright did not hold the shower head in position.7

Great location, really close to the city centre and popular night life. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean, but basic hotel. Great value for money. 4 of us adults stayed comfortably in one room. Perfect for small hen and stag parties. Small confectionery shop with toiletries next door. Would definitely stay here again.

Small issue with the window not staying open. The shower was set at a certain temperature, which was a bit too hot for us. Wasn't able to use the tap to turn it down. Unsure if it was broken, or specifically set to the one temperature.

Excellent location, very close to Lime Street station, good pubs, hot food take-aways & a late closing (11pm) "Sainsburys Local". Clean, comfortable & great value accomodation. Arrived during very cold & wet weather, but very good heating in the room. Large screen TV with Netflix, YouTube & Freeview TV. Reception & staff available 24 hours. Great place !

Not applicable. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay there again ! Be patient with the shower (room 23). Takes a while for the hot water to come through. Otherwise, perfect place to stay !

Incredible value, very clean and comfortable. Great shower/bathroom ensuite. Right next to Adelphi hotel and bus stop into town and Liverpool Lime Street station and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful - looked after my delivered parcels and supplied me with extra tea and milk. Felt very welcomed and looked after.

On arrival I thought area was a bit edgy but it was absolutely fine, lots of passers by and felt safe on my own. Entrance very secure.
