I really like how they provided an exceptionally large room - it came with 1 double bed and 2 single which was more than enough for me and my parents. The front of the house were excellent and friendly during our stay which we appreciate. It's definitely a huge value for money considering it's literally in Liverpool city centre which was walking distance to all the landmarks in our itinerary. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Liverpool.

I can't fault the hotel for this but do be aware that because it's near to the pubs, there's just alot of noise in the night which kept my mum awake.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a very clean room at the back of the hotel, which was also probably quieter than the rooms at the front. The shower was lovely and warm and the room suited our needs perfectly. The hotel was extremely well situated, only a 5 minute walk from the main station and only 10 minutes from the Theatre we went to.

It would be helpful to have some suggestions in the room as to where to go for breakfast. The WiFi code didn't work for us, I didn't get the opportunity to tell anyone about this, I'm sure they would have been able to fix it if I had told them!

Lovely clean hotel with a bar in reception with sky tv. Large family room, very clean & spacious. Bed was super comfy & Lovely clean ensuite bathroom. Hotel is situated perfectly to all the shops & nightlife. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

Confusion with finding the hotel as even the photo of the front of the hotel is from the refugee hotel of same name up the road. Also the view of a brick wall from both windows wasn't nice but only stayed overnight for a birthday evening out. It certainly wouldn't put us off staying again.

Homely and comfortable, friendly staff and nothing was too much of an ask. Beds were very comfortable and rooms had lovely curtains which kept the room dark throughout the morning. Very clean and tidy had everything you would need for an overnight stay. The cute little bar area was a nice touch too. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

Looking from the outside might put a few people off. Like wise when booking, but is absolutely Bristol and well kept ones entering the property.

The location, although it threw us alittle as was expecting to see a hotel but it’s just a door! Passed it a few times 🫣😄 I liked that there is some one on the reception all the time. It was clean and a good price.

The layout of the room.. Made it a bit difficult to get ready. There was a full length mirror on the wall but in the wrong place, the bed was covering it. Not good for trying to dry your hair, put make up on, get dressed ect.

Great place to stay, it is near the Lime Street station, but wasn't that loud, of course you can hear some noises from the street. We were staying in Sunday and it was fine. The room and private bathroom were clean, shower gel and soap were included, some tea, coffee, biscuits and electric kettle were included.

Address doesn't match the booking address and if you are tired from all day walking you can miss the Liverpool Inn hotel looking for the Reagent hotel (as it is named in booking when you coppy the address to google maps), luckaly these addresses are close to each other.

Very cosy, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, got an absolutely huge room with a double bed & two singles to myself, great location to stations and places to eat, only really needed somewhere to throw my bag down and sleep and it was far better than that

It did get a little loud outside at some points, but it’s to be expected considering the location and nothing the hotel can change. Otherwise an amazing experience on behalf of the hotel

Spacious room having been upgraded courtesy of hosts. Location was great,just a short stroll from the station,shops and Docks Stayed here before so knew how central it was. I was also prompted about a piece of lost property within an hour of departure which was nice,thank you

There was a knocking sound which went on for some time. I didn't ask about that on departure but nevermind. Room was very warm but there was a fan in there to use.

Excellent location within walking distance of Liverpool Lime Street (was the main deciding factor for me), and good access to restaurants areas such as Hope street and Renshaw street.

Consistent with many other properties I've stayed in Liverpool and Manchester (even much more expensive ones!) the rooms show signs of neglect and lack of maintenance: damaged electric sockets, bathroom fan, noisy HVAC + ducting outside etc.

Brillant location for me and my daughter, really central and close to train station. Staff where lovely too, let us leave our bags on the day of leaving too.

The keyless entry, the cards both didn't work on a couple of occasions, do a bit of a pain but, the staff where helpful and reactivated.. They assumed it was because it was next to the mobile phone but mine was in my bag not in the back of my phone.
