very nice and clean, the kids loved every second of it. a very calm and peaceful getaway. staff are friendly, even the communal areas was clean

the toilet within the pod is extremely small. the hot tub was way too hot, 40 degrees and no options to cool it down. we had wasps coming in from all sides. had neighbours in the next pod screaming and shouting in all parts of the night. the wifi is no good at all, we complained about it, they said its going to get it fixed but didnt get any where with it in the 3days that we stayed.

I liked how spacious the pod was. And hot tub was ready to go and nice and warm. Close to a lovely Chinese, shops on premises and a cafe. The beds are extremely comfy and cozy.

The internet doesn’t work so couldn’t use the tv or our phones as signal is terrible that cant be helped though. I didn’t like that it didn’t have a shower in the pods as stayed in a few with showers. The pods are very enclosed so you can see your neighbors and the pods are displayed properly so we had next door come through our pod to get to theirs. The fire wood can be brought for 4 for 4.50 in the entertainment shop about four minutes drive were they charge 4 for 12. Theirs not enough plug sockets in the pod we had to unplug the kettle. The kettle takes about ten years to make a cup of tea.

The deluxe pod was clean and spacious. Had everything in it that you need in a glamping experience. Full size under counter fridge for drinks and snacks. Tv and WiFi worked perfectly. The hot tub was at a constant 39/40 degrees. Was also private due to the fencing around the pod and hot tub. Communal showers and toilets were spotlessly clean. Very powerful shower to mimic the jets on the hot tub. Staff lovely and welcoming.

The pillows were a bit flat and kept falling behind the mattress. This is the only minor issue.

Staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much to ask! Pod was clean, fresh towels and hot tub was pre heated for when we arrived too which was a bonus! Staff in the cafe were also so welcoming and helpful and made a great English breakfast, plenty to do on the site too and a great location to nip to supermarkets and town centre was close by also. Everyone around was having a great break away too all in all a great environment and a great glamping pod experience and we will definitely be back again!

We went as a family of 4 with two children.. the pods were lovely and clean. The hot tub was ready to use as soon as we arrived. Pizzas on site were lovely and good value for money .I wish we had booked for the 2 nights .will definitely be booking again .

I personally think the walkway into the pods should have gates on to make it more private

The only thing I could find fault on is for the price for one night it would be better with a later checkout time as can't pick the keys up until 2pm and checkout is at 10am the following day

Lovely little get away! We had the best time. Loved the pod and the hot tub our boys had the best time thank you! The facilities around are also amazing.

We loved the stay, just a few things could make it a whole lot better , check in is 2pm, checkout is way too early at 10am, you don't even get a full 24 hours and for what you are paying it should be 11am at least, also the fridge smells strongly musky.

The hole experience was outstanding, beautiful location and the hole complex was brilliant

The fact that people can see straight into the cabins from the front and people can see you in the hot tub from the rear .. could be abit more private, other then this the experience was brilliant

Everything was fab. Lovely spacious cabin, relaxing hot tube and lovely BBQ. Really enjoyed my stay.

Gap in the fence. I like my privacy and little gate would be nice. I know that people don't really care and we are all there to enjoy ourselves but I still don't want anyone looking at me haha.

It’s very clean and tidy. Has a lovely sitting out side area. I’m always coming back to lady hayes as it’s a go too play

It was abit cold in the pod. And for your money I think you should be able to check out a little later in the next day.
