This was a very handy hotel for the motorway and it was easy to find. The staff were really friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions we had. It was great that it was dog friendly as we were travelling home from holiday with our dog. We had breakfast and thought it was adequate and good value for money. We would use the hotel again if we needed too.

The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working but we reported this to the staff.

Our room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.It was a convenient location for our leisure trip to Chester and surrounding areas.The meal deal was a useful add-on, and although the portions were not huge, it was ample for us as we are not big eaters. If we had wanted more, the menu gave a reasonable choice of options.

There was some noise from the service station and motorway- however we recognise that being in a service station hotel that was somewhat inevitable. We happened to be on the side of the hotel close to the fuel station and entrance/exit so it would possibly be quieter with rooms at the other side. This did not disturb our sleep overly. The noise of running water, presumably from the rooms near us, was quite loud so that when people were using the shower early or late, that was somewhat of a disturbance. The lighting combinations were a little strange. The lights around the bed were a little too bright for a subdued lighting when in bed, whereas when wanting a brighter light in the mornings to get ready by they were not quite bright enough.

We stayed in the king and twin rooms. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly all the time. Very convenient location if you wanted to explore the nearby area.

We were dissatisfied with the house keeping services. We stayed there for 5 nights and the bathroom would be left unclean for all these nights. The bins would not be emptied even if they were completely full and finished soap bottles would not be changed unless requested. The bedding would be changed upon request however the room would not be cleaned.

The room was quiet, airy and well appointed, with spotless bedding supplied at NO extra cost as stated on Booking.coms website info? All the staff we had contact with were friendly, helpful, efficient to all they were dealing with. They helped us with our requests in a helpful, respectful manner, even tough on our first night the whole complex was chaotic due to so many visitors/customers and travellers. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

The fact Booking.coms website and booking conformations stated towels/sheets (extra fee). We took our own to be told by a shocked staff member that all rooms were supplied and they would check out the descrepency.

Family room...2 rooms 2 tvs so clean and tidy. Beautiful fresh decor...with proper AC can not fault it Great disabled access room. Nestled in Chester services. But it was very quiet and you would not know lots of handy shops and amenities close by. Staff could not do enough. Welcoming atmosphere. Little quaint bar and food available on site. On the edge of North wales, cheshire oaks, etc. Dog friendly, which is a must for pet owners travelling on to a holiday or as onward travel/stopover. We were visiting Blue Planet for our son shark dive experience.., bringing my disabled (wheelchair reliant) mum with us, which is challenging with the wheelchair..the Shark Dive was early at 8. 30am.. perfect location to stay over and arrive in time, without the stress of travelling same day traffic. We made a great choice and would stay there again as a stop off for Wales.. highly recommended little gem of a hotel for what we needed. Better value and service than other high-end and budget hotels, which can offer small rooms for a family.. There was plenty of room to relax.

We had the basic room for 2 and it really excelled our expectatons. Everything had been meticuously thought out, with everything to hand just where we wanted it, nice touches of a hairdryer in a labelled bag easily visible, shower rails etc just where you want them to be, lighting perfect, bed to dream on and staff happy, friendly and there to help with a smile. Seated area near reception very welcoming, refreshments offered including breakfast and evening pizzas. It was perfect!

There was nothing, well, apart from the fact that it was at the services, but that was a bonus for us!

The hotel has games in the lobby which we thought was a lovely touch. I loved the fact drinks and food were available in the lobby too! Thank you to the staff for decorating the room for our son’s birthday and providing cakes and sweets that was such a lovely touch. The staff we spoke to were all so cheery and welcoming. Late check in was a little difficult on the Saturday as there was one gentlemen cooking food and also manning the reception. So we did wait a good 15 minutes till he was able to check us in as he was cooking for another guest. But the boardgames made that time pass quickly.

Nothing comes to mind. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Impressive! The beds were comfortable providing a satisfying night of sleep. Every member of staff was professional: friendly, helpful, polite and considerate.

There wasn't a small fridge to store my wife's medication. My wife and I, viewed the wet room as incomplete. The area by the shower did not have grip rails fitted for my wife to hold onto when showering. Just these two minor issues.

Very clean and spacious family room - large king size bed, sofa bed and pull out single bed (on castors). Comfy beds and nice bed linen. Good bathroom and shower. Handy having the service station facilities on site. Quiet room despite being close to motorway. AC. Tea and coffee making in room. Very pet friendly. Easy car parking next to hotel along with plenty electric charging points if needed for your car overnight.

Hotel was all good. Only downside is food options for dinner if you arrive late. The hotel had pizza available in the hotel but if you don't like or eat pizza - it was the motorway service station which had McDonalds and Leon, but Leon closed at 8pm along with Costa Coffee. There is a SPAR shop but this had limited dinner options so sandwiches etc..

Rooms were tidy, spacious and equipped. Breakfast was nice and atmosphere was made lovely by the lady serving us. A real pleasure to meet early in the morning. Lovely with the children aswell. Made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Would definitely return. Location is good right off the motorway, close by to all the amusements we visited. Good value for money x 👏

On hot days the smell of menuere is quite strong outside the hotel but not an Issue when you are indoors. No other issues. Pleasant stay all round.
