Simple breakfast room layout which was displayed invitingly. An early flight resulted in us not being able to sample the hot option but what we had was very nice.

I was abit cautious of returning the hair dryer to the cloth bag in the open wardrobe after use. I recently read a newspaper article which stated a fire had started due to extended use of a hair dryer had caused the element to remain hot ever after being switched off resulting in the fabric of the bed cover to ignite. (The hair dryer elements beneath the plastic grill glow red after extended use,especially if you are drying very long hair) This is not a criticism.....just something to take onboard.🙂

From the moment we checked in, I think it was Karl and another lady on reception, the craic was great and Karl just had a real buzz of enthusiasm about him, humming wee tunes and we were laughing that they’d be in our head for hours, which they were 🤣. We also had a great laugh with one of the cleaners in the lift. First class, this is what I love to see in a hotel rather than “robots” with little or no communication. Dinner on Sunday night I had the burger and my son had the ribs, both delicious.. Overall 10 outta 10, thanks very much..

Only points I could say was in my opinion (which is only an opinion), the mushrooms were a little undercooked at breakfast Monday morning and tried a couple of the machines for a cappuccino but there was no milk in machine. In saying that, there was plenty to choose from, as I say only a very small thing.

the proximity to the airport was the main reason we booked and you can't get any closer without finding some floor in the terminal itself !!

The noise came from other residents opening and closing their doors. The only issue we had with the room was the large amount of light that came through the door, we put a towel on the floor but were unable to block the light from the upright door. I appreciate it was an accesible room and maybe that had something to do with the width of the door but am sure it would be an easy fix to add some sort of barrier or fit the door better.

All nice and clean. Great location for airport and no noise whatsoever so good night sleep x

When I did the check out I asked the staff if my car park is been sorted and they said yes, drove all the way downstairs and I was meant to pay £58 pounds because I didn’t get my ticket validated. Went back upstairs to validate the ticket and the same member of staff who said is all sorted very sarcastic asked me if I validated my parking ticket ( how was I supposed to know that I need to do that ?!) . They validate tickets for taxi drivers but not for Uber taxi which is still taxi ?! So few things that I think needs sorting out . And maybe have a cooked breakfast from 4 rather than 6? For the early flights, not everyone can have toast, cereal or pastry ?

Perfect for access to Airport! Room was adequate, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great - available very early with lots of hot and cold food choices, nice quality bread for toast and really good scrambled egg. Helpful staff on hand to keep it all tidy and running smoothly.

Air conditioning in bedroom was very noisy. It was a chilly day and it was quite difficult to get the room warm, even after adjusting the control and allowing time for the unit to respond. It was OK but could be a problem on a really cold day.

Relaxed atmosphere. I used the gym & eating area. Not so much of a restaurant but tables laid out open plan with the bar and reception . Purely an overnight stay for an early flight. So did its job. Room was super quiet although I did hear people in the corridor talking at 4am. Which was inconsiderate

The digital screen cycling machine in the gym wasn’t working . I did report but two ladies looked at it & couldn’t figure it out. I had to mention the water machine was empty . I was asked to basically create a tab with my debit card which I refused to do .

Spacious and comfortable room. It was a perfect temperature (not like some hotels where it’s either like an oven or freezing cold!) The bed was super comfortable. Reception staff really nice and helpful. When my flight landed and I came out of the Arrivals exit I could see the hotel immediately and it took one minute to cross over the road and then take the lift to level 5. 24 hour reception. Very easy and when you’re landing in the early hours of the morning it ticks all the boxes. 10/10. (Just to mention -it was very easy to get the 500 bus to the city centre / Lime Street Station the next morning. It leaves from just outside the Arrivals area. I took the 5am bus and it was on time)

The hotel is on the airport grounds so great for an early morning flight. Staff were lovely and helpful, food was amazing.

The car park for the hotel isn’t sign posted until you are on top of it, which meant I ended up in the wrong car park and had to pay £10 to get out. If you are a quest at the hotel you get parking free for the nights you are there, they need to validate your ticket. I found this out once I was at the bottom of the carpark and had to go back up to get the ticket validated. If you have meet and greet parking booked you need to leave the airport and come back in another entrance.

Service at check in and out was very good and staff picking up dishes and wiping down was very quick to keep thing clean Bedroom made and clean for both days some hotels don’t clean if you are staying for only two nights so happy it’s cleaned everyday

The breakfast was over cooked or standing to long So bacon was dark brown black in some areas Egg was thick Sausages was hard and dark brown Beans was ok Red ketchup was all over the bowl and down to one scoop after scraping the bowl Food in night Order curry run out of bread was not told on ordering it come in one bowl was not very presentable looked like it was sloped in Service around tables cleaning up was good the two lads was very quick on picking up used dishes

The hotel is just across the road from the entrance for departures; awalk of just a few metres. It could not have been more convenient. Great views over the runway and beyond from bedroom and public spaces but soundproofing kept it very quiet. Staff on main reception and restaurant were pleasant and helpful.

Restaurant/bar had very limited options, especially for vegetarians. Only veggie main meal option was a spicy Thai curry - fine for me but wouldn't be to everyone's taste.
