Travelled with family at the beginning and end of our holiday. The Hotel Reception staff were so very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A very nicely laid out dining area - the food was delicious and staff were very attentive and checked a couple of times if all was ok which was nice. Our room was nice and cosy - great shower and the choice of the air conditioning hot/cold was good too. Good comfortable beds and bedding. Great courtesy products of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion a bonus - great for returning after a holiday. Reception staff stated if we needed anything to ask which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

I'm a member of Hilton hotel anyway do anything is I've lost my membership number I wouldn't stay anywhere else because I class the Hilton as the best hotel wherever you are in the world the food is good the bedrooms are brilliant good entertainment with the TV and everything and I requested for a high floor because I'm a plain spotter and they gave me that a window direct opposite the runway facing the airport so thank you

didn't like was 9:00 p.m. at night a young couple let their children run up and down the corridor and kept me awake for a while as I was up at 3:00 a.m. in the morning for my flight but I'm not one to complain and I didn't complain I just put up with it because one of your members of staff said well you should have picked up the phone and we would have just told them just to keep the noise down it's like I said I'm not one for complaining

Comfy beds and plenty of space for a family of four. Ideal location straight out of terminal when our flight landed at 2am. Staff on reception were friendly and dealt with check-in very quickly, with a tired family.

Breakfast although 'complimentary' was untidy and lacked hot food in the trays. We arrived at 0920 with 40 mins left and very few plates, limited choices and only a little bread/pastries left. The staff present did their best to help. Discarded food and other items left lying in breakfast area needing cleared more quickly.

Extremely close by to airport departure & lovely room with exceptionally clean contemporary bathroom facilities & really comfortable bed ! Easy parking not too expensive at £12 for the night. All in all a great experience there… food in restaurant was top quality & tasty & hot & quick to appear after ordering, Would definitely recommend & we’ve booked again for our Christmas month getaway !!!

Great location if travelling to/from the airport to meet an early morning flight. Spectacular views if you stay on the top floors

Having no rooms with two single beds is a major issue. I travelled with a friend with whom it wouldn't have been inappropriate to share the same bed. So the only option is to use a collapsible sofa bed, which is extremely uncomfortable due to its thin mattress, leaving one with all sorts of aches in the morning after literally sleeping on springs and steel bars from that sofa bed frame. That must be addressed and looked into.

Simple breakfast room layout which was displayed invitingly. An early flight resulted in us not being able to sample the hot option but what we had was very nice.

I was abit cautious of returning the hair dryer to the cloth bag in the open wardrobe after use. I recently read a newspaper article which stated a fire had started due to extended use of a hair dryer had caused the element to remain hot ever after being switched off resulting in the fabric of the bed cover to ignite. (The hair dryer elements beneath the plastic grill glow red after extended use,especially if you are drying very long hair) This is not a criticism.....just something to take onboard.🙂

Staff were excellent dealing with the surge of people that had booked in due to the chaos that happened hours prior Considering that I only booked myself in, they allowed me to stick my mate on as well as I thought he made a train but in reality he hadn't but we were separated and with no signal due to a million fans turning up, I couldn't contact him

Price was a little spenny due to it being Bank Holiday and the Liverpool FC Trophy Parade but in the end it was worth the money instead of being on the street all night

From the moment we checked in, I think it was Karl and another lady on reception, the craic was great and Karl just had a real buzz of enthusiasm about him, humming wee tunes and we were laughing that they’d be in our head for hours, which they were 🤣. We also had a great laugh with one of the cleaners in the lift. First class, this is what I love to see in a hotel rather than “robots” with little or no communication. Dinner on Sunday night I had the burger and my son had the ribs, both delicious.. Overall 10 outta 10, thanks very much..

Only points I could say was in my opinion (which is only an opinion), the mushrooms were a little undercooked at breakfast Monday morning and tried a couple of the machines for a cappuccino but there was no milk in machine. In saying that, there was plenty to choose from, as I say only a very small thing.

The car parking on the top of a multi storey was a bit of a faff but can’t be helped I suppose , you get a car parking ticket on the way in but you also need one apparently from reception after paying £12 fee but was never given one , luckily the car parking attendant lifted the barrier for us but could of done without the stress before a flight , think the staff need to advise customers

Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the airport entrance, handy when we were on an early morning flight. Beds were comfortable, very quiet room so easy to get some sleep despite proximity to the airport. Only concern was having to pay the £50 deposit and this was not forewarned about prior to our arrival. This was later refunded in good time so happy days there All in all a good place to stay. Would recommend highly. Especially if flying from the airport
