Very friendly and helpful staff. Service with a smile! Check in simple, and if you needed anything, the nice man came to your door within minutes. The bed was huge and exceptionally comfortable, so I slept very well!! The room and bathroom were clean, and towels were large. Tea and coffee in the room. Parking was easy and free over the weekend. We didn't use the leisure centre and pool but it looked inviting! Breakfast was plentiful, and the bar staff were very attentive.

The breakfast, although plentiful, was not great quality. It was also pricy at 12.50. Prices are also high for bar food and drink.

Room was comfy but a little too hot had to open the window. All that I wanted and more from the room. Bed was very big, shower even though above the bath was adequate. I left the hotel at 4am so did not have breakfast, dinner was hot and there was more than enough and was worth whar I paid.

I was only staying for one night but there was nothing that I did not like. All the staff I had to deal with were very helpful, because I am not tech savy I needed help booking in and was very grateful for their help.

Staff were brilliant. Could not fault them. Food was very good. Resturant music to loud couldnt hear myself think. The only thing I would say about the room is that it was very dated. Rusty bathroom door hinges shower over bath? Very old style travelodge. Looks like it was a former hotel from the 1980s which has had a budget of monev thrown at it but with cost savings. But once again Staff were brilliant.

On first impression the room was very clean and very warm, which was a bonus as it was very cold outside and snow was expected. Staff were super friendly upon arrival.

Having a shower over the bath, the bathroom was a little dated but because we used the pool and sauna we used the showers there. The pillows were also slightly on the hard side but that’s just personal preference.

The breakfast was good,plenty of choice. Replenished quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything needed for a night away.

I thought it was a little pricey without the discount I received for my daughters wedding there. I paid £ 61 with discount for my room, but was £104 for a room for my son as the discount wouldn't work when I booked for him a few days before the wedding itself.

Very spacious comfortable room. Bar/restaurant and gym with pool and great classes. Everything you could possibly need under one roof. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Room temperature really cosy. Toiletries provided lovely too. Thankyou to the staff for making my stay so lovely ❤️

Lovely venue with very friendly staff. Great access to facilities like swimming pool, sauna and gym that was included in our price so amazing value for money. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices.

The bathroom door looked as though someone maybe had one too many and had a fight with it, which you can see was painted over. The walls are quite thin. Otherwise it was a perfect stay! Would definitely stay again!

Reception was smooth and hassle free. Staff were brilliant. Good choice of beverages in the bar and the food was excellent. We travelled to watch the football, and one of the team contacted me a few days before to find out our reason for travelling. On arrival in the room they had left a little Everton sign which was a really nice touch, my son in particular was very impressed. Great stuff

Breakfast seemed a little disorganised. Not enough staff perhaps. People were waiting as hot breakfast ran out quickly. Not a fan of powdered scrambled egg

The staff were excellent as was the room apart from the leak in the bathroom ceiling however the staff dealt with it as best they could

The breakfast wasn't the best, not up to standard as the rest of the hotel. Food wasn't very hot and I had ordered poached eggs which seem to take an age to come

I wanted a separate shower, no bath ,but not available. My only complaint was, I used the bar above the bath to get in. But very dubious about getting out , a bar to assist getting out would be helpful. I am 70 fairly agile but putting a hand on top the door and dropping a leg felt very precarious
