A good sized room, bed was so comfortable and the whole place was lovely and clean and well maintained. Easy to access and only a short walk from the shopping centre. No reception but cleaning and maintaince staff were lovely and friendly and helpful

The exit light above the door was too bright and lit the room up at night and there is no view from the windows (but wasn't really bothered about a view) there's no lift so being on 3rd floor and disabled was alot of stairs to contend with. Bathroom floor and shower can get very slippy so had to use a towel on the shower floor to stop the slipping

The door entry codes worked well as we arrived very late. And, because we were late and it was a Sunday we were able to park for free just around the corner in the square. The room facilities were adequate for our quick overnight stay.

Because I had booked two rooms (one for me and one for my son), although there were more than enough communications regarding arrival arrangements, it wasn't easily clear where the link was to check in the second room and I only received the door code and room number for one of the rooms. So I had to message Guest Services who came back quickly and gave me the code and number for the second room and which out of the two rooms was the superior room.

Great Location right on Palmyra Square where, lovely modern & newly furnished hotel and rooms, room was very nicely decorated, with kitchen / self catering facilities if required, I didn't need them but everything you'd need was there. Modern bathroom / ensuite. Fully controllable heating system. Entrance to hotel and room via app which converts smart phone to a key - easy to use. I would definitely recommend and I have a work night out next month and will be staying again if I decide to stay overnight. Couldn't fault it to be honest.

upon arrival to the building the corridors and stairwell smelt lovely and fresh, I have stayed in many 'branded' hotels but none gave such a positive first impression (other than a 5 star hotel in Turkey!)

My room had a small cracked pane of glass and no view however this was considered at design stage and the lower half of the window was frosted. Obviously this is due to the location of the room in the building so nothing could change, just need to get the glass replaced. Details on how to enter the building could be clearer, I had to request this as the room was booked last minute on the day of arrival, my email was responded to very quickly though by Zach, many thanks for Zach!

Travelled to Warrington for work training and decided to bring my partner along for a few nights, The apartments are between a steakhouse and a cocktail bar, no need to travel far. The apartment was well decorated, clean and more spacious than i expected the bed was very comfortable and has a good atmosphere I would definitely recommend

There is no free parking nearby! It can be hard to find a space close to the apartments. which may put a few people off.

The Old Post Office is an excellent self serviced apartment and a venue I always enjoy staying in. The only reason for the slight mark down this time is due to the heating in my room, on a very cold January evening, not working at optimal level i.e., it was very cold on the room. I did report this to Zach, General Manager and he offered to move me to another room, but by this time I was all tucked up in bed. He was very proactive and assures me all will be well for my next visit, next week.

The heating

Amazing place very clean and beautifully decorated. There is no staff or reception present but easily reachable. I prefer this for added privacy. There are door codes so it is still secure. The beds are comfortable and kitchenette also lovely and clean. The only thing that I would say was a little uncomfortable was the bathroom was cold, there is a radiator but with it being a listed building and although added glazed glass it was still cold but I did travel in February

Booked for a one night stop over when traveling to see family. Hotel was great, lovely decor great facilities in kitchen and nice powerful shower. did not experience the local nightlife but looked a very nice busy area with plenty of places to eat just outside the door. sound proofing was great at blocking the noise from street outside.

Booked deluxe apartment which has super size bed but this is made up from two single matresses so joined and dipped in the middle and duvet had a zipper up the middle lovely and comfortable if you and your partner prefer to sleep apart but not if you snuggle. Internet kept dropping out on tv and at some points had to be turned off and on from the socket just to get it to reconnect, which did get rather frustrating when trying to watch a program.

Beautiful room, very secure building in a quiet area where there are great bars (we didn't really explore the area and could see there was a lot on offer, we did have cocktails in the bar next door and we enjoyed it very much). The room was well furnished and everything was of a very high standard. Customer Services responded promptly and were very helpful. There is no parking outside the hotel, but as our son's house had parking we didn't investigate parking nearby. Communication was excellent, I had all of the information that I needed. Highly recommend this hotel.

Probably parking. Perhaps some suggestions would be helpful. There was private parking behind the hotel that seemed to relate to an apartment block so it's a shame that we couldn't have paid for access to that area. However I don't know how many rooms are in the hotel it could lead to too many cars to accommodate in that space

Location was perfect for Parr Hall and within easy walking distance of both Golden Square shopping centre and Warrington Bank Quay station. Although there were no staff on site, it felt secure. As I have particular dietary requirements, being able to make my own meals was a plus. Loved the quirky, opulent decor of both the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and the luxury toiletries provided.

There was a stain in the bottom of the shower tray. Kitchenette needed a tea towel for drying crockery, cutlery etc. The sink would be better with a small draining board .
