It was easy to access off the M6 and not far from where are needed to be in Knutsford. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, it was clean and the services has everything you need when coming to breakfast time. The room was very accessible with my disabilities and with disabled parking out the front. It was comfy and the dogs weren’t a problem, I’d never stayed at a services before. I’m not sure if that’s due to snobbery or due to not needing to but, it was extremely quiet that I was pleasantly surprised at. A clean room that was quiet and provided a good sleep for what I wanted at a bargain price. The staff were superb and what you’d expect of a high standard hotel. Welcoming, friendly and very attentive.

I would say the mattress could have been a little better and probably need updating but, I had a pleasant enough sleep! Let’s not beat around the bush, it’s a truck stop at the end of the day. The furniture could do with updating and the bathroom, it wasn’t filthy or dirty but it was dated and an ex IBIS hotel but for £60 the expectancy isn’t high and for the price a pleasant stay.

We were given a very warm welcome. After staying in a hotel the weekend before (which cost double this one) were we received a grumpy reception and throughout our stay didn’t feel welcome, this was the complete opposite. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a kind man & then the following morning checked out and was looked after by a lovely lady.

Excellent hotel, just right for my requirements, a hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin, good large room, quite away from all the traffic, very tidy, clean and excellently run.

Would have been nice to have carpets on the room floor instead of the laminate flooring, only really down side is that there is no on site hot breakfast facilities in the morning, have to use the take away at either Marks and Sparks or the Costa Coffee shop, other than that excellent stay, and will use again.

Quiet, though it is in the middle of a service stop and has a bus station. Very friendly and courteous staff. I spoke with Danielle and Jonathan at the reception. Both were very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a no frills good value for money stopover on a long drive, this is a great place. Clean rooms and good nearby facilities.

The floor was soapy and slippery

We stayed upstairs this time and the room was lovely it overlooked the car park where we had parked so it was nice to keep an eye on the car. the room was clean and tidy and everything you would want from a hotel

Everything was satisfactory, nothing that we would change this hotel is what you would expect given the amount of customers they get, we needed extra tea bags and they were made available. you get what you pay for.

Easy check in, great parking (right at the front door), very quiet room, clean en-suite and plenty of hot water. The shopping and eateries next to the hotel provided everything i needed.

Bedding was a bit lightweight for me and the TV didn’t seem to want to show BBC or ITV but overall the hotel delivered exactly what I needed.

Easy to get in and out of m6 right next to services so Macdonalds greggs etc etc. Big comfortable bed nice hot shower and bath friendly helpful staff. Take dogs at extra £10

No tea making facilities in our room had a kettle, but no cups. I'm not sure if your ment to get them from the front desk. Noisey room could hear air cons burring away did sleep though as it turned to white noise in background.

Loved every time I stay here I always get allocated a ground floor room due to walking difficulties. Also a good range of food outlets,staff are very quick to supply me with extra pillows as I can't sleep lying straight down.

Nothing not to like,only problem is that I would prefer just a shower as I am disabled the bath proves a problem for me,so just a council wash but I can go 1 day without a shower.

It was everything and more than we had expected. Very well-thought out, practical rood and facilities. Very good secondary glazing and soundproofing and very friendly and obliging hosts Hassan and Tracey. We had expected it to be a bit noisy, but as it is a truckstop, the drivers obviously just wanted to get their heads down.

Nothing at all we can think of which would have enhanced our stay. Even spare pillows, which is not always the case.

room was very big, only for 2 adults but could have been for 4,staff were very friendly after our room key didn't work, room was pretty much spotless, facilities were mostly very good with some minor exceptions (personal nitpicks)

room key rarely worked, most times we had to ask for the room to be opened or the key to be fixed (could be a personal fault though from my part, had been in my phone case all day), there was some small issues such as stains, bugs in the ceiling light, lots of damage that had been there before we got in the room, shower had a weird sort of bullet hole in the bottom next to the drain, sink water pressure was extremely high, couch has a very weird smell and had lots of noticeable stains on.
