Cleanliness and newly built structures. Very comfortable mattress and pillows and a soft cosy quilt. Shower was spacious. Room had plenty of power plug sockets for for various chargers ( phone , watch and laptop). Quiet room; no roadside noise. Thick curtain in the window . Plenty of parking space. Quite close to the Trafford centre( about 12 minute drive). Hot breakfast was available early in the morning (6:30am to 10:00 am) and included in the price. Courteous staff.

Air conditioning could have been better. Could bring the temperature down to 20.5 *C only despite maintaining the “required temperature” at 18 degree centigrade at all the time. No fridge in the room to keep drinks chilled. Paid parking ; could have been free( although very cheap already ; £6 per night). A bit of a distance from the city centre if needed to get to the Manchester City centre .

Everything was fine, the room was comfortable albeit rather small, the shower was big and spacious. They do not have room service but the “restaurant” which is a struggle to figure out if they do have one (they do) was quite nice and absolutely delicious for dinner. The breakfast was fine but workmen kept coming through nonstop back and forth which wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast options were meh and I did honestly worry how long things had been sitting there and no one seemed to be attending it.

The paid parking was an unexpected disappointing shock. Considering the location and amount of parking they really should let guests parking for free. That was unfortunate. Soundproofing isn’t quite the right word, it’s not soundproofed, we got a road side room and you can hear the traffic as well as if you were standing right next to it, you can hear everyone using the key pad to get into their rooms as it’s a loud beep with each number press and the codes are quite long. This wasn’t a good idea on the hotels part. Over all I wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were helpful and very chatty. The hotel was lovely inside. The bar in the middle , a lounge section and then dining. The room was a decent size and the shower eqs amazing! Was there for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. Tje location was fine for us as we had the car however as its not close by to shops etc this may be an issue for some people. The breakfast had a great choice from cooked food, cereal, breads, meat etc

The only thing that let us down was the tv. All tv's were capped at volume 18 and wouldnt go higher to avoid disturbing other guests.

The hotel has been taken over and is being renovated. I was put in one of the renovated rooms which was exceptional. Lovely rain shower. A very comfortable bed and the digital A/C system gave a perfect temperature. The buffet breakfast was great value and high quality . The evening meal I had was also perfect for my needs. I love the location as it is away from main roads and has a nice walk through a quiet business park with a lake and woods. A nice touch is having a free pool table and comfy leather sofas in the lounge area with Sky TV .

No negatives.

A modern, easy to get to set up with parking just outside. Staff extremely helpful and the breakfast was superb! All you can eat mix of hot and cold options, stuff for everyone even with alternative milks (I didn't check GF options but as a veggie I was well catered for!). Room was spacious and modern and I had a wonderful nights sleep.

It was annoying that the parking was not included in the stay, it is £6 per night for hotel guests (even though the parking eye signage says £5 for guests). If I was staying any more than one night I would have been loathed to spend £10+ on parking alone. I know this isn't directly the fault of the hotel provider but when staying for business and trying to stay economically this charge could be a decision marker for many (I could have stayed elsewhere with free parking + breakfast had I known).

My partner had to do a course at Simian Skills , which is 10 mins walk away, It’s close to supermarkets , Warrington centre and other amenities I love the decor in the main entrance, it’s quirky, and different You enter and it’s like a bar area and that is where you check in We were greeted by a woman on the bar / reception area! I let her know we required late check out and she told me I couldn’t have it due to the hotel been full the day after , this was frustrating as we had spoken to someone on the phone and I had email evidence that it was agreed before our stay , the woman then allowed it until 2pm which was good. The doors to enter are very slow opening but it was a lovely place.

A little dull in the corridors, no fridge in the room and the rooms are a little dated. The carpets in the corridors looked old and shabby. We also had a broken toilet button which caused the water to leak throughout the night but my partner sorted it out But for the price we paid you cannot grumble

Staff were nothing but helpful, polite and kind. Breakfast is decent, facilities are good, rooms are clean and tidy. Nothing really to complain about however, the heating was broken in our room it was stuck on 27 degrees and the air con wasn’t working, 11oclock at night we couldn’t cope with the heat anymore they kindly gave us another room 3 doors down, and let us keep our things in our original room so was a very easy exchange. Was of course free but they made the issue not be a big one, they were really helpful and considerate. Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place.

The staff were brilliant as when I checked in the telly wasn't working properly which they came & had a look at then moved us to a new room straight away. The staff are always friendly & nothing is too much trouble to help with.

The prices of the meals in the bar at night are still on the expensive side but the food itself is lovely. As B&B Hotels have decided to change the breakfast menu to cut down on costs it was a little disappointing that certain options we have previously had when stopping there are no longer on the menu anymore in the morning.

This was an absolute find. The pictures on the website didn't do it justice and I was expecting some low quality old hotel. It was absolutely immaculate and far exceeded the quality at Travelodge. Room was gorgeous, shower was amazing and lots of luxuries like shampoo and conditioner and nice furnishings. Really impressed.

I couldn't turn off the extractor in the bathroom even when the light was off. It wasn't really loud it stopped me sleeping but was annoying. There was possibly a way of turning it off but I couldn't see it.

Parking, staff, comfortable room, breakfast. Reasonable access from M6 motorway, approx halfway from Newhaven to Glasgow.

Only let down by a faulty toilet whose flush mechanism had ceased to function, probably due to age, wear and tear on the plunger. Reported to staff immediately, approx 10.15 pm. Resorted to flushing using plastic bin bucket as no maintenance staff nor duty manager that evening. Next day, we discussed it with duty manager Vicky. She said she’d try to arrange a free dinner and breakfast for our next stay (in any B&B Hotel if possible, please.) Although the broken flushing system was unfortunate and inconvenient, our overall experience, especially with staff members Vicky and India, was very positive. We look forward to receiving and using our voucher, and becoming frequent clients on our travels around Germany and France, where we have seen your hotels.
