Great spacious room on a quiet street, lots of tea bags, toiletries comfortable bed, Smart TV and a good shower. The owner Carmel is lovely and helpful and was very accommodating given how.last-minute the booking was. The rate is incredibly cheap for that area of town.. Plenty of space to park outside too.

Excellent location a stones throw from The Mystery (Wavertree park) and leisure centre. Easy walk to Allerton Road, Penny Lane and Smithdown Road. Excellent bus route to the city centre close buy. Array of bars, eateries, shops and facilities within walking distance. Ease of free on street parking. Quiet residential area yet close to amenities.

Very Cosy Very Homely. Bed was very comfortable. Room was great. Just the right size . The host, Carmel was wonderful. As a returning guest she is so warm and friendly. The location is very convenient for buses around Liverpool. Just a 6 minute walk to the bus stop.Its a very quite area.

Was nice to stay outside of the city centre in a quiet neighborhood. Small but comfortabele room, and a nice clean bathroom. Carmel is a lovely host. The centre is easily reached by a number of buses, takes about 20 to 30 mins.

The owner was charming and made you feel very welcome

Nothing; there's a house cat and I am allergic to cats but the kitchen was stocked with enough antihistamines to protect the massed bands of the Welsh Dragoon guards from sneezing in to their helmets

The property is ideally located for the bars, restaurants, takeaways and other outlets (including a Tesco Express) of Smithdown Road and Allerton as well as being on the doorstep of Wavertree Playground, with good public transport links to Sefton Park, Lark Lane and the city centre. It was clean, quiet and very tastefully furnished. I had a very pleasant and restful stay. I don't want to be too complimentary, though, in case it becomes so popular that there's no availability next time I'm looking to book a room in Liverpool!

I can't really think of anything I didn't like about the property.

neat,clean space. We were initially met upon arrival by the lovely,affectionate and sweetest house cat.We met up with Carmel in the evening and had a good chat. Carmel is friendly,honest and engaging.A comfortable feeling in the house so you feel very relaxed.

The bedside light was a bit bright,more like a search light than a bedside light,but that is just preference. The bed was a little uncomfortable

Met by Varmel and her resident cat! Great location with nearby shops and craft beer bar. Room was clean with a large screen TV. Not ensuite but a nice bathroom on the same floor. All day parking with no restrictions outside. Carmel had informed me in advance she was having some enhancement work undertaken on the stairwell which looks good already. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good communication with owner. Very clean, both in room and bathroom (shared, but it didn't mattered to me - it's mentioned in the room description anyway) Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find. Very big room and comfortable bed.

15 minutes from airport for early morning flight, plenty of parking, use of shared kitchen, great quality bed and good shower in shared bathroom. Competitive pricing. Lovely cat onsite...I hope it was theirs!
