The hotel was clean, fresh, modern and welcoming. It was perfectly located for the Royal Liverpool university hospital and also a Tesco Express and several other small shops just a 10 minute walk away - extremely useful when someone is being admitted to hospital. We also had a small fridge in our room (Executive - not sure if they are in every room) which again is super useful to keep a cool milk supply and fresh sandwich. There is a cafe on the ground floor and a restraunt and bar on the second with a small garden if the weather is nice and we found the restraunt staff very helpful and accommodating. All in all very happy with Novotel

We booked a taxi at reception to take us to the railway station on the morning of our departure which didn't turn up. When the gentleman on reception phoned the Delta taxi office to ask where it was he was told that the taxi had arrived but gone because no one was there. This was totally untrue as we had been sat outside for 1/4 hour before the taxi was due as the weather was nice! This is not any fault of the hotel and the receptionist was extremely helpful however it might be worth booking an Uber if you need transport.

Hotel was really good even it is not at the center of the city but it was a reasonable distance. the rooms are really good and well prepared before we enter, it could be more clear though since I have found dirty glass rolled under the bed.

during the reservation I have selected this hotel just because it has a car park availability but it seems like the hotel doesn't have on its own, it is 2 blocks far away from the hotel and you have to pay for it. ıt is not free. But at least we had a discount when we have mentioned we were staying at this hotel while we were leaving the car park.

Good hotel breakfast good. Clean and quiet room. Used the gym - excellent. One thing you should warn travellers to your hotel if you have a large group booking. There was a group of 160 Spanish checked in and they booked out the entire restaurant so as a customer myself i wasnt allowed to use it. Not great really. But other than that the hotel is superb and i visited as a family member was in Royal Hospital which is across the road - i popped into town a 20 min walk.

Warn us that there is a large group booking taking over entire restaurant, i was only allowed room service meal which i had to collect from restaurant.

The hotel itself was immaculate as was the room. We stayed here very last minute while attending the LFC parade as we were unable to get home and the hotel staff were so friendly , helpful and welcoming. While we did have to pay over the odds for the hotel room - I believe they are very reasonably priced usually. I think due to the bank holiday and multiple events taking place in Liverpool that weekend this was why the prices were so high (if we hadn’t of been stuck to get back we wouldn’t have paid these prices usually - however we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again as we visit Liverpool regularly.

No complaints !

The venue was a 10/15-minute walk from Lime Street Station and a similar distance to the Olympia venue - so a great location for our event. Housekeeping, reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all friendly and efficient. The food was tasty and hot and arrived quickly after ordering and was reasonably priced. Our room on the 14th floor was clean and spacious with all the facilities, including a good-sized shower, bathrobes and slippers, and ample tea and coffee making facilities.

The menu in the restaurant was different from the one on the website, so it was a bit misleading.

The property was very close to the University of Liverpool where we were visiting. We booked two double rooms. The beds were comfy, the room was clean although basic, which was fine for us. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. The bar staff were good and Happy Hour was great value. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a lot of choice. All the breakfast apart from one item was gluten free which was amazing for me who is coeliac, you could get gf bread too. So a big thank you for that. The breakfast was hot and very tasty, well worth paying for. All in all an excellent stay.

No hairdryer or shower caps. Toiletries a bit basic for £150 a night so take your own.

The communal areas of the hotel were great and were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The room was a good temperature and there was a large tv in the room. The shower was hot and everything worked.

The bathroom floor could have been cleaner and some of the walls were slightly marked. The carpet could possibly have been cleaner in places too. However, general surfaces were all clean and it wasn't dirty, just needed a bit of a spring clean in the bathroom and maintenance for the walls. We were in a twin room though, so maybe the doubles are better kept.

excellent facilities, clean . staff were polite and helpful. restaurants were good and coffee shop .enjoyed the food in restaurant and service .Rooms were good and had all the things needed - iron/safe / kettles / coffee /tea breakfast was good as well and had most things. Gym was pretty good - and was 24 hr great to check in online - easier. lots of meeting areas downstairs and areas to work with your computer ...that was great easy to do meetings here and great to get to university of liverpool.easy to get taxis too

nothing i didnt like- minor issues! must admit was confused when i came in to as wasnt sure where the reception!- may be some signage? as the layout makes you think people are just working breakfast was good - but no hot chocolate ? _wasnt sure we missed it.... would have like some salad stuff ...Almost missed the pastry section as was away from the rest ....

The location was ideal for the university which is what I needed. The hotel was clean and well staffed. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. Although on a main road, the rooms were quiet and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The beds were comfortable and the check-in and out times were reasonable. Wi-fi was satisfactory.

The bed wasn't as big as I was expecting, but I'm used to a super-king. It was perfect for me though. The room looked out onto another building but I wasn't there for the view, and I wouldn't expect much else being in a city.

Booked an accessible room for a concert. Was very impressed upon arrival. The hotel bar was beautiful and the food very tasty. Our room was ready early and had everything we needed for our stay. Mini fridge in room. The wet room was really big. The light up mirrors were a nice touch.breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Thresholds of the doors in the rooms were raised so tricky to get the wheelchair over. Could also be a trip hazard for those walking disabled. The wet room shower allowed water to drain directly onto the floor of the wetroom so needed a deeper drain gradient to stop that happening. We used towels to try and stop the water flooding.
