The room being on the ground floor because my husband has trouble with stairs. Very comfortable bed. Easy to use washing machine, cooker and shower. Door to the outside that we could prop open with a chair because of the heat.

Couldn't open the bedroom or kitchen window for ventilation to cool the rooms. On 2nd to last night guests above us were very loud. This included very loud talking, music and what sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor. We came back after 10.30pm and the noise was going on then. I fell asleep about 1.30am wearing earplugs. Was awakened at 5.45am by the noise. The 2nd night they seemed to be up all night but the noise was more muted and did not affect my sleep

The room and bathroom is beautifully decorated, fresh and full of colour and relaxing to stay in. It was also very clean, which was great. Had a great time staying 5 nights.

Not the staffs fault but was noisy with the neighbours above and the street outside was busy with traffic all night and people singing and shouting in the early hours of the morning which was annoying while staying. Although this is out of the staffs control I can't blame them they where always available if and needed anything and friendly. I would stay in a room away from the street if I wss to stay again due to the busy, noisy street.

The staff were very helpful when we locked ourselves out! It was in a very good location, not too noisy but near the centre of town.

The fact that you couldn't open any windows, there was a fan which we had on all the time we were in, but coming from Scotland I am a fresh air fiend. Also the pillows on the bed were so flat they were hardly there. Parking was the only other difficulty but that's out with your control. Maybe some ideas of where to park would be good.

Property was great. Lovely comfortable room with kitchenette . Everything in kitchen that I needed. Clean and lovely decor .

Very noisy at night -difficulty sleeping

The location is fantastic, the property was well equipped and comfortable. We had a small issue with a fuse blowing in our flat losing some power and we contacted the agents and were immediately moved to a bigger flat without any charge. The service was fab and we had a lovely stay

Obviously wasn’t ideal that we had to swap flats mid-stay but we couldn’t complain really as the second flat was even nicer!

We have stayed here before and it fulfilled our expectations of an excellent and comfortable room with all amenities needed and very helpful hosts who assisted us when we had to arrange a further nights stay due to unforseen circumstances, 27 Rodney street will always be the go to place to stay for us when in Liverpool.

It would have been nice to be able to open the windows for some air but helpfully a fan was available

Unfortunately there was a problem with the apartment so we couldn't stay there. The staff were brilliant and relocated us to their sister Hotel at the Ropewalks in Seel Street. It was a superb room and all the staff were very professional and courteous. There was a quality breakfast cooked to order too. Highly recommended. I will definitely book again as the location is right in the heart of some of the main bars in Liverpool.

We were disappointed that we didn't have an apartment as planned, but our service and treatment by staff were so impressive.

Stayed here for a hen do, and it was nice and local to all of the pubs & shops etc! Room had everything we needed, including cooker, fridge, microwave etc.

We were asked to pay a £50 deposit when we got on site, which we were never told about before our stay. It would have been nice to have been told this beforehand. I also thought a deposit would have been included in the booking price? I'm just hoping we get it back and we haven't been scammed. Aside from that we had no issues.

Room was amazing. But didn't realise we were on top floor with a 3 Yr old. But facilities were fab.

Waited in the rain on step for access codes to get into building. We were told they would be available for 3pm check in. We had followed correct procedure, but had not Received links. several phone calls and waiting emails back 35 mins before we got in. Unnecessary and again not good with a tired grumpy 3 year old so not the best start to our visit but room was perfect. However be aware its a noisy corner. 3am before it quietened down on street below.

Great sized room and 2 large comfortable beds. Everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very clean . Towels & Tea towels provided. Nice clean Bathroom with toiletries provided. Everything we needed in the kitchen . Tea/ coffee/ sugar/ milk sachets provided. We were running a little late on checking out and the cleaning lady politely waited outside the room for us. Would definatly stay again.
