The property itself was clean, modern and perfect for a group! Access to the property and instructions for self check-in were very simple. From booking this stay, the company were always on hand to contact and ask any questions we had pre-arrival for example car parks near by which there are plenty of and recommend the Mount Pleasant £5 per 24 hours, and is only a short walk away. The apartment was large and spacious with all the amenities needed for a girls weekend away. The beds were the comfiest I have slept in for a long time and I can honestly say we all had the best sleep ever. The price was doable between a group, it may seem a little higher than others but I would definitely say it’s worth it and will be staying here again. Close to everything within Liverpool, bars and restaurants no need for Ubers! We spoke to the cleaner on the way out who was very friendly and asked us about our stay, what more could you want, a fab weekend thank you!

The only thing that was picked up on was the apartment which can sleep up to 10 people had one bathroom, which was indeed fabulous and large and the waterfall shower was an added feature but as the bedrooms were upstairs we presumed there would be an extra toilet. However, this did not have an effect on our stay at all!

We stayed in an apartment for two nights while on a break for my friend’s 40th birthday. We arrived earlier than our check in time but were told we could leave our bags in a secure area; our apartment was ready and vacant so we were actually able to access the apartment early which was useful. We were able to communicate with our host quickly and easily via WhatsApp - they were always quick to reply. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area but a short walk from the city centre and train station. The apartment was plenty big enough for 3 adults - the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Towels and bedding were all provided and clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Everything was great. People should bear in mind that the stairs in the building are fairly steep but not an issue for us.

Loved the location- it’s excellent- so close to the shops, cathedrals and bars & restaurants. Rodney street is a lovely street with good car parks nearby. The apartment itself was small but cozy and a little haven away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Lovely decor in the apartment.

Just a few items that the kitchen could have done with - when staying for a week like I did, these things would have been helpful- a tin opener, a washing up bowl (as the plug didn’t work so couldn’t fill the sink) & a few more tea towels.

Our two apartments were a few metres apart, as requested, and spacious with every facility - except a dining table! Hot water and heating worked efficiently and easily. Location was super close to city centre, the Anglican Cathedral and Royal Albert dock - everything was within walking distance.

We arrived at the address at the time we had specified and on finding no reception area, checked our notifications and there were no instructions on how to enter the building via messages from Booking.com. I had to borrow a phone to call 80 by Elite to get the entry code. The staff member was very apologetic and she talked me through the door code and the lock box codes. She then emailed the relevant information to me shortly afterwards and also sent it via a Booking.com message. The well-equipped kitchen enabled us to cook breakfast and evening meals, but there is no table in either apartment to sit at - either to eat or to use as a desk.

Modern finish, close to city, basic, clean & compact - perfect for a mother daughter stay.

A few niggles - very noisy upstairs guests, although I guess this cannot be helped. No measuring jug or colander which would have helped no end. Needed to do a wash - but nowhere to hang wet clothes. Despite the above, we would stay again (hopefully with less noisy upstairs guests!)

I am very pleased with the apartment, exactly like pictures shown. When stepping into the main lobby it all smells extremely fresh and clean then when you go into the apartment itself very clean and spacious absolutely loved our stay the bed was very comfortable. Has all the kitchen facilities you would possibly need. The bathroom is extremely spacious absolutely loved the shower. The property is in walking distance of the town centre and all the places you would possibly want to see. There is a lovely church just next to it and I would definitely recommend paying it a visit absolutely beautiful. 100% recommend staying here if going to Liverpool and I will definitely stay here again. Staff were incredibly friendly no problems getting into the property very easy check in.

Great location (and I felt safe walking into town), smooth self-check in and the apartment was a decorated to a high standard. All the bits and pieces you need are there, including decent hairdryers!! Tea, coffee in the jars is a nice touch. I was in Apt1 downstairs and wondered about the noise of people coming in and out but all was quiet! Will definitely be back.

Some cutlery needed a freshen up but not a major issue, otherwise everything was great.

Great location. Quiet room. Spacious and had pretty much all we needed. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Nice neutral decor.

It was cool as we were in the basement. On the plus side it wasn't too hot to sleep but in the evening we needed to put the little electric fires on to take the edge off. These were effective so no real problem. Good hanging space but no drawers so full unpacking not possible - plenty of space for a set of drawers too. I would have liked two pillows on the beds.

Amazing location. Very clean and modern decor. Great having kitchen facilities including a washing machine if needed! 1 bed apartment with living room sofa bed (which was really comfy!) Was ample room for 2ad&2c (15 & 13) for a few days.

Only constructive feedback would be a light or lamp over the mirror/dressing table in the bedroom to give some light for getting ready etc. And a few more pillows for sleeping. The ones there were comfy, but just a bit flat. Not major problems but only things I'd change and wouldn't put be off booking again.

The room was very spacious, and clean. It had everything you need plates, glasses etc.. I was able to put some balloons and decorations. I was staying with my family to celebrate my birthday, I had children between ages 8-16 this was great they had the upstairs part of the apartment they could hang out in. They were able to go to bed when they wanted, and not be disturbed by the adults downstairs. It was perfect for what I needed.

Nothing it exceeded my expectations
