This room suited my purpose amply as a solo traveller in a prime location close to Liverpool city centre. The room was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, and booking in/checking out was easy. In addition to this, I was given a key to let myself into the hotel which meant I had no concerns about returning late.

Some of the facilities were basic but suited me as a solo traveller. Not many staff so lobby can seem deserted. Need to ring a bell to get service although this is not an inconvenience

Centrally located on Mount Pleasant, approx 10 mins walk from Lime St station. Check in was smooth. Ground floor room was clean and comfortable. Decent tea bags! Plenty of places near by for food and drink. We had a good stay.

City centre seagulls wake up early! Not the hotel's fault but bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise all ok.

The location is perfect. Close enough for shopping, travel,food and night life but far enough away that you don't hear all the night clubs. Staff were lovely and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We will without a doubt stay here again .

The only thing I would suggest is a slightly bigger kettle and full size cups instead of tea cups as they don't hold alot of drink.

Location very near to town center and train station. Bed , TV, service, coffee facilities, light switches by bed were all fantastic. Hot water from tap was not even warm, shower was just warmish. Room was very small. Ideal for a one night really, probably wouldn't recommend more than 2 days stay unless you are out all day.

Great location, close to all nightlife, staff are very helpful and friendly, our room was available earlier than expected and was allowed to check-in when we arrived (2 hours before check-in time)

Isn't the hotels fault but the seagulls can be very noisy but aside from that it was a fairly quiet stay considering how close you are to the city centre

Clean, spacious and very well equipped. NCP car park near by £6 for 24 hours. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Fresh milk for morning tea was a nice touch. No breakfast but plenty of places near by.

For the price can’t fault it.

Location was great for city centre and also the Philharmonic Hall which was why we were In Liverpool. Hotel was secure, comfortable and clean. Staff were really friendly and even took us up to our room on arrival. Tea making facilities were plentiful and good quality. The car park recommended by the hotel was a few 100 yards down the road and really cheap compared to some others in the area.

It was very clean being a house keeper myself I notice things more very good quality bedding pillow and quilt . Staff very friendly. Having a twin room there was loads of space to move around room. you get what you pay for would befo recommend it. Great location better then thought 5 min walk to main shops and everything eles just perfect .

Very Clean. Important to note that we had the twin room, room 9 and we had very nice duvets - some reviews have mentioned there's only blankets but that wasnt the case for us. Room contained a trouser press and ironing board. Overall, good value for money.
