Their location is fantastic; you'll find yourself right in the city centre as soon as you step outside the building. The food options nearby are delicious, but I did start to feel homesick after a few days due to the absence of authentic Asian cuisine. The building is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature. I can't comment on the location regarding transportation, as most places were walkable, or we chose to use Uber Assist since my partner uses a wheelchair. The staff members were very friendly, particularly Poitr, who was incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations! Everyone in Liverpool is very polite and kind.

I stayed for 10 days and didn't realise I would start to feel claustrophobic after a while in a studio; I wish we had gotten a one-bedroom instead. However, it was a lovely stay nonetheless.

Spacious with a comfortable space and equipped kitchen! Bed was comfortable! A great facility is that they have a laundry (washer + dryer❤️) area and is affordable! Place is located in the city center which is so convenient! A number of Halal food options for muslim tourist as well with a halal fast-food restaurant right opposite the accommodation! Bonus points is that there’s a small muslim supermarket less than 5mins away from the place!

Didnt provide with washing detergents for washing of clothes and there’s no lift straight up right after checking in :( need to climb up a few steps especially for who are travelling with heavy luggage!

The location and breakfast were excellent, and the service was outstanding – very helpful and attentive. The location is very central, making it easy to visit the city's main attractions on foot. The breakfast, while simple, is thoughtfully prepared with great options and exceptional service – definitely a 10/10 experience. Every time we ordered eggs, they were cooked perfectly and served with a smile. Huge compliments to the staff for their fantastic service!

The apartment was even better than it looked in the pictures. One of the elevators was out of service, which made the other one a bit busier. However, since the hotel wasn’t crowded, it didn’t cause much inconvenience. I really don't have anything to complain about – it was a great choice, and I highly recommend it (especially for pet owners, as our pets were warmly welcomed, and we had no issues at all).

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Lime Street, and ten minutes or so fom all of Liverpool main attractions. Must add however that it is a short distance from a few very noisy barsm but our room was to the rear and we didnt hear anything. Those at the front may well hear the ' music' into the early hours.

Getting out of thr shower. It is over a high sided bath which is very slippery after showering and great care was required when climbing out. A rubber bath mat perhaps?

Comfortable room with decent space, LOVED the kitchenette (everything very clean and well serviced, so handy having dishwasher, microwave, etc. and even small hob if needed, plus full sets of cutlery). Bed was comfortable, room temperature controls worked well. Room was well soundproofed so no noise issues despite central location. Shower very good, shower gel smelled very nice. Breakfast was straightforward and quick, with hot and cold drinks, some cereals, some hot food (sausages, bacon, tomato, beans, mushrooms), pancakes, toast, fruit, cheese, etc. You can ask for eggs. Staff all seem pleasant and helpful. All felt really clean. Slept very well.

Not much to complain about. Might have liked more sockets nearer to bed for charging phone/laptop? Socket a bit loose on the wall. Would have been nice to have hash browns (and other hot non-meat options) at breakfast but that's minor.

The room had everything I could have wanted, including microwave, fridge, dishwasher, lots of hanging and cupboard space, proper bath. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also excellent, five minutes walk from Lime Street station. On two of the three nights, the room was extremely quiet.

Hardly anything! On one night (bank holiday Monday), there was a certain amount of bass music that went on quite a long time, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. And when I shut my window, I couldn’t hear it.

Top location, it’s very central and only 5 min walking from the Lime Street Station, many restaurants and pubs very close to the hotel (just through the train station and you are on Bold Street), lovely and helpful staff anytime you need them. Our room was spacious enough, mattress was on the harder side but that’s exactly how we like it. Sound isolation is literally amazing! There are pubs just across the street where loud music plays almost 24/7 but with closed windows you hear NOTHING of it. Very good air conditioner which regulates room temperature when the windows are closed :) Enough sockets around to charge whatever you need to. In our room the hair dryer was extremely old with only little power, but we got a much better one at the reception, it wasn’t a problem. All in all, pretty good Aparthotel in the city centre, we have nothing critical to complain about.

Floors could be a little bit cleaner, and water pressure in the shower could be stronger, but that’s not a big issue

Excellent location, Less than 10 minutes from Lime Street Station, 2 minutes from Liverpool Central. Everything within easy walking distance and Bold Street just a couple of minutes away with an amazing selection of places to eat. There's a Sainsbury just by Liverpool Central and other places to get food/drink. The staff were great. Friendly, efficient and really helpful when I couldn't find the TV remote. My room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Cosy bed, plenty of pillows, good lighting, good sized shower.

TV remote was missing when I arrived but that was quickly sorted out by the staff at Reception. That was all. No other problems.

We didn’t realise that the room facilities would be so good. Huge fridge (I put one can of G&T in it 😂) and even a small dishwasher! The bed was huge, but I must admit I prefer a less firm mattress. Clean throughout, a very good shower (not always the case in hotels at this price), nice big bath towels. Good view cross the city (we were on the third floor). Pretty jolly good, on the whole! Oh, and the staff were really helpful with info about restaurants, museums etc.

The bed was rather firm. That’s about it!

A very well thought out studio with an extremely well equipped little kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows, a desk area ,plenty of sockets, lighting options, spacious bathroom and good WiFi. The staff were so helpful and the location was excellent, very close to so many shops and restaurants with Lime Street Station 5 mins walk. I found the room very quiet and really enjoyed my 3 day break there.

A little more power from the shower but it's a personal preference.
