Me and my friends stayed in the pink suite which did not disappoint! The hot tub and in-room bar was something we had never experienced in our own room before (and don’t think we will get to experience anywhere else!). The bathroom was ultra modern with lots of room and mirror space to get ready in. We also had a dressing table and full length mirror to use so we could all get ready at the same time. The gorgeous pink bar area up the spiral staircase on the mezzanine level was great for having a few drinks and taking photos before we headed to our dinner later on. When we got back after dinner, we had a great time using the private hot tub in our room. The pink tiles and plant decorations around the hot tub were great for photos too - It was the best part of the room and I will 100% be rebooking another stay in the future because of the hot tub!

The extra detail in making our friends 30th with balloons and cake was such a nice touch The room was amazing and an absolute show stopper Communication was amazing from start to finish Really really happy and would definitely recommend.

If the plug was down in the sink the water splashed out and soaked the floor and all the toilet roll Could do with having a rail or something to hang clothes but other than that perfect ! Quite noisy but is expected with the location

Hot tub in the room was a lovely touch. Bar and upstairs party area. Massive shower.

No basics such as tea & coffee making facilities, but they did provide a kettle on request and we brought our own tea/coffee/cups. The stairs to the bar were a little nerve racking, definitely do not attempt with heels!!!

I came here with my friends for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. Great central location, next door to Lime Street station and close by to loads of bars, restaurants and shops. The room had a hot tub and bar which was ideal for birthday celebrations! Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a group of friends or even just a couple wanting a special night away. 10/10.

Stayed here for my friends stag in the Vegas Suite, and had a fantastic night! Perfect location almost next door to Lime Street train Station. Couldn't believe that the hot tub was actually in the room! There is two floors to this suite, with the upper floor having a bar and poker table - they both got a lot of use!

The accommodation was perfect for our group booking, the host couldn’t do enough for us, was contactable and helpful at all times. The suites are really lovely and suited to large groups, the hot tubs were a great addition!

Fantastic location - right in the city centre. The rooms had everything we could have possibly needed. The jacuzzi in the room was our favourite feature, we all had an incredible stay and would definitely stay here again!!! 10/10

My daughter and friends had the best weekend staff were so accommodating nothing was too much trouble , they made her 21st birthday one to remember Thank you

Hot tub a bit annoying turning on during night. Prices were almost halved in the week before our stay which was a bit annoying. Could have done with a kettle.
