The staff…the Everton connection..my room was great loved the split level room as I didn’t have to go to bed when my son did..from Dixie’s granddaughter when I arrived to the breakfast staff one Lady that I interacted with as 1st morning I asked for veggie sausage sorted straight away the 2nd morning I was sorting my sons breakfast & she approached me & asked if I wanted my veggie sausages as for breakfast was a great choice from hot food to cereal to pastries to yogurt’s & then I has a small issue with my key card when straight to reception was sorted by the young man was helping in taking a picture off me & my son in reception area

Was slightly loud music outside but wasn’t too bad

Excellent!!!!! We look forward to further stays at the Dixie Dean Hotel and to Liverpool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room 202 was unbelievably huge and very comfortable. It's my 67th Birthday on July 12th so I look to revisit the Dixie Dean Hotel and Liverpool in due course. An unbelievable City and great people at that. It was a great privilege to shake the hand of Dixie Dean's Grand daughter too. An extended hand of friendship.

We would have benefited with access to a small fridge and telephone if required. Minor issues, as the facilities in this wonderful hotel were exemplary.

Central, so brilliant for sightseeing, shops, bars and restaurants. Very close to beach the Cavern Club! Staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Bathroom clean, jaccuzi was a bonus! Beds relatively comfortable. Room enormous, plenty of plug sockets. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Air con not working, fan was provided. Hotel is dimly lit throughout (part of the vibe), although great lighting in bathroom. We were in room 108 which was at the front of the hotel, and experienced very loud music from a nearby bar until 4am Sunday morning. Would definitely return but ask for a room in a quieter part (back) of the hotel.

Very nice and filling breakfast. We initially booked for one night, but decided to extend it to 2 nights, 29th June - 1st July 2025. The facilities at this wonderfully run hotel were amazing. I write to vloggers and Content Creators, who feed back on their Cruises around the world. No complaints.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as they always are. The rooms are externally spacious. The location is extremely convenient, 5 mins walk from the train stations and 5 mins walk from Matthew street so you can't really ask for a better location. This my my third stay at the hotel and I will definitely come back.

The WiFi signal is not so good although the staff tried to move a router closer to my room and the signal improved. The only thing I would say is missing in the room is a mini fridge

What an amazing place I think we got upgraded as the room was huge, mind blown by how luxurious this place was really made the trip extra special, on the evening we had some cocktails and James the barman was an amazing host really made us feel welcome and the cocktails were outstanding. Also went that extra bit further for me and arranged a nice bottle on ice for me and the Mrs to take back to the room. Overall will 100% come back again. Carparking is literally a stones throw away at qpark everything else is within walking distance all the staff were really friendly and helpful thanks everyone

It was a beautiful hotel and attention to detail in decor was lovely the curtains didn’t open easily as they were really stiff and kept getting stuck the knobs in the bathroom for the shower and bath were very loose. The bed was okay the bath was a jacuzzi bath which was nice we stayed in 111. It was VERY noisy with the bin men and traffic but Thats to be expected where it’s situated. A mini fridge deffo would have been great but Shaun from the bar downstairs was lovely and he gave us some ice for our drinks Emma on the reception was so friendly and welcoming she is an asset to the company. Breakfast was nice too and when it almost finished I was going to grab a croissant but they packed them away but the lady on breakfast duty bless her went and got us a few which was lovely overall I’d give this hotel a 8/10 simply because the staff were so lovely thank you guys see you in the future 💙

The bed could have been comfier

Staff at reception and the bar were so lovely and accommodating and kind to my 4 year old and I. Breakfast was nice, something for everyone. Brilliant cocktails including the best pornstar martini ever, exciting mocktails for my daughter, good pricing at the bar too. Bath tub is insane, a real highlight of the room. Very comfortable beds and large rooms with thick luxurious carpets. Appreciated the fan being put on before we arrived and the dessert platter i booked was a lovely touch. Great to be able the whatsapp reception for any assistance, always a prompt polite reply.

Slight issue with smart tv not connecting when we arrived but was sorted within about an hour by a simple message to reception. The jets on the bath did shoot out some gritty black bits on the first use like they weren't completely cleaned. Dial on the shower bottle secure and fell off in my hand a few times. Tea and coffee facility in the room was a bit dated. For quite a luxurious hotel, a coffee pod machine would bring the room facilities up by a lot.

Will on the reception was such a nice guy credit to the Hotel very helpful and was able to match the price we had found online for our return visit in October . Thank you will look forward to seeing you then thanks for all your help . our room was fabulous 205 highly recommend Breakfast was great good variety to choose from

11 o'clock check out most hotels we have stayed in are 12 check out , just tp give you a bit more time after breakfast to relax and get ready. Also some complimentary water would be nice touch in the room or a small fridge for when you buy stuff to keep it cool but apart from that I would reccomend hotel and we have already booked a return visit for October for another stay in the dixi dean. Orange juice could be of a better quality it was very weak like it had been watered down

I booked a double room for 2 adults but upon arrival I was pleased to find out I’d actually been given a 6 berth room with jacuzzi bath! The rooms are insane, decor is niche and absolutely to my taste….the feel is luxurious and opulent. The facilities provide everything you should require for a short trip, the restaurant and bar area is warm and cozy. Could not fault the helpful and friendly staff! Unfortunately this time I did not try the breakfast which is generously included in the price of the room but will defo be one of many reasons to return. 5⭐️
