Absolutely everything was brilliant. From 1st minute of arrival to check out...Laura on Reception was amazing. Honestly couldn't have been more welcoming. And our apartment simply unbelievable...2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, full kitchen & living room. Dishwasher, Laundry, microwave, toaster & kettle. Full selection of teas & coffee..even biscoff biscuits. Under the sink there was all the cleaning materials as well & then there was the fridge & full freezer underneath. You simply couldn't have asked for more & will definitely be returning with friends & family soon. Again Laura thank you so much for making my weekend away with my two daughters unforgettable. Also thanks Hanna for saving our break with the quick booking.

Excellent location within walking distance of all attractions and the main shopping area and also had a local Tesco Express 2 minutes away for the grocery bits We went on a Theatre Break and were thrilled to discover the Empire Theatre was only a 5 minute walk The apartment was spotless clean and had everything we needed for our stay The staff were brilliant .... friendly and efficient, and our requests were handled promptly and with a smile 🙂🙂🙂

Reception closed at 6pm on weekdays After hours access from 6pm involved entering round the side/back of the building using a key pad system on 2 entrances While it worked brilliantly we did find this a little bit daunting (especially after dark) and more so when there were people waiting at the bus stop directly outside or using the seat immediately at the first gate entrance We did feel insecure until we were in the building and both entrances locked again

The hotel is around a 10-15 minute walk from the Albert docks and a 10-minute walk to the world famous Cavern club. Local shops, bars, and restaurants were within walking distance. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. (Sorry I didn't get her name) She guided us to some famous landmarks on a map. The lady on reception was very helpful when we arrived and were trying to access the carpark. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Rooms are decorated modern, and you have everything from a hairdryer to a dishwasher! Good size tv, cleaning products. Very very happy. We will definitely stay again when coming back to the lovely friendly city of Liverpool.

Can't think of anything to not like.

The size of the serviced apartment is great and it has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with bath & shower. That’s a huge plus for a family of four. The facilities and location are very good. Clear instructions for our late check in so we had no difficulty getting in. It’s a very nice property and is located very well.

One of the beds was a big saggy and the heater in the master bedroom didn’t work. It wasn’t fixed either though we did inform reception. The heated towel rail in one bathroom didn’t work either. Again no maintenance was done. However these are small issue but our overall stay was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect for our recent stay. Family room on 7th floor. Teenage daughters loved having their own bedroom and bathroom on second floor of apartment. Perfect location for attending family wedding. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when visiting Liverpool. Air conditioning in the living area was extremely welcome as temperature reached 31 degrees during our stay!

Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere. We were lucky enough to have the top floor and the view is incredible. So nice to have small kitchen facilities, sitting area and separate bedroom. Very friendly helpful staff.

There is a smoke alarm positioned right over the kitchen and goes off, even when we just used the toaster! Hint - keep the toaster at the back of the hob and turn on the extractor!

The 2-bedroom apartment was clean spacious for our family (two parents and one child). There's basic equipment necessary for a short stay, the beds were very comfortable and the street not very noisy. The staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Minor worry, but the wall-mounted shower head in the two bathrooms was not very handy. One is above a bathtub which is not easy to clean without a shower hose. Other than that, it was perfect. :-)

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for two couples visiting Liverpool! Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom space and the common kitchel/living area was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a kitchen and washing machine available was a well used luxury. Kelly at reception was very helpful and also gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation (Riva Blu on Castle Street). Parking below the building was very convenient and we didn't even use the car duing our 3 night stay because everything was within easy walking distance.

Very minor inconveniences. The TV remote was difficult to use and the elevator didn't stop at the 4th floor which we were on. We had to go to the 5th floor and walk down... which really wasn't a bad thing given all the fabulous food we consumed while we were in Liverpool.

Staff were very helpful, location is fairly central. The Penthouse apartment is a great size, plenty seating, dining table and chairs, kitchen with all you need for a family stay. Both bedrooms had en-suite and a separate toilet downstairs was handy. Good view down over the docks.

Parking instructions ahead of my visit would have been useful. Beds were too soft. Most of the blinds were broken meaning you couldn't open or close them properly. There was dirt and dust on the window ledges and skirting boards.

Great location & clean, spacious apartment

1. We had a split level apartment. The bedrooms had open walls to overlook the living/dining area. Ok for a groups of friends but maybe not so good for couples as we could clearly hear each other whichever room we were in. 2.And we asked for our luggage to be looked after on Sunday morning (our day of check out) but reception doesn’t open til 10am so we had to adjust our plans slightly. Would have been good to be reminded of these timings when we originally asked, before we arrived.
