The property was exactly what we needed for 2 nights in Liverpool as a couple. The rooms were spotless and included a kettle with tea, coffee etc. There was also a microwave and plates, bowls and cutlery incase you wanted to avail of these. We were able to leave our bags off early as we arrived in Liverpool at 9am and they were left into our room for us returning which was great. Would definitely recommended for a short stay if you don’t mind walking. We will 100% return in the future.

What I liked the most was the bathroom's design and the room's amenities: a Smeg kettle, an LG TV, and a nice set of sheets and cushions. They also provide coffee, tea, water, beers, cookies, cereals, and other snacks you can help yourself to at any time, which was a great bonus. Another thing I really appreciated was not having to deal with keys—you just use access codes, which is much more convenient. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, so you can get a good night's sleep.

I have to admit that the bed felt small. Even though it was a double, it seemed smaller than other double beds we've had. We're not big people, but we still didn’t have enough space to sleep comfortably as a couple. Another thing was that we only had a small window facing the street, but since the room was kind of in a basement, we couldn’t open it. While the goal of a trip isn’t to spend time in the hotel, it’s still something worth mentioning. Also, the water pressure was a bit weak for my taste, but the temperature was perfect.

The location was great (10 min walk into central), and the neighbourhood was quiet of a night with no traffic noise. The room was spacious with a good sized shower and bathroom. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival and we had all the cutlery and dishes you would need. There was a kettle, microwave and a tea and coffee section. There were also snacks, fresh juice, tea, coffee, cereal, cakes and further toiletries in the lobby for free. The bed was comfy and there was 3 cushion on each side of the bed (100⭐️ for that!). The window opened wide so the room could get plenty of fresh air and the room also had its own heating system.

We stayed for 3 nights and would have been nice to have fresh towels and bin bags ect, but seeing as we didn’t see any staff the whole time we presumed we missed housing keeping of the morning but definitely wasn’t a deal breaker and do not put us off staying here again.

The room was very modern, warm, compact and provided everything needed for our stay. Tea and coffee, milk etc., were in the room and the quirky fridge was perfect for storing the complimentary bottles of water. Two mornings of providing a lovely complimentary continental breakfast was a nice surprise. "Geoff" the hotel contact, was brilliant in helping us resolve a few issues and went the extra mile!! Definitely would go again and am planning on a return stay next year.

A mirror accessible to the plug point for when using a hairdryer, or other such appliance would be ideal. This was recommended and believe to be implemented. The fan switch over the bathroom door is too high for most guests.

The most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed . The manager Geoff is so helpful and kind , we had to book in an emergency before check in time and he helped us feel so welcome with lovely continental food as soon as we stepped in . Check in is normally online with no contact but Geoff helped us because of the last minute check in . It is so easy to check in , just punch in the code and you get a code for your door too , so simple and fast . Beautiful rooms , the attention to details is there , it is like they got all the best bits from hotels and put all them in this one hotel . Beds are super comfy with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities ,if you ever run out the reception area has more . I love the kitchen station in the room , glasses, wine glasses ,bottle opener, utensils, plates etc so good if you want to stay in the room and prepare your own light bites or get a takeaway . The reception area has lots of information leaflets ,take away leaflets and lots of little snacks as well as soft drinks to help yourself at the weekend The room is super quiet and spacious , with a cable tv to watch any channel and it has access to netflix, disney, prime etc I had the best sleep in this hotel than anywhere and I was happy to relax in the room with lots of comforts around me Bathroom was so luxurious , shower was like a massage . It is a contactless place with no staff however , I imagine with everything you have in your room and reception , it would be rare to need help , if you do , Geoff is there in a instant , so no stress there . The docks and local tourist attractions and shopping centre is 10 minute easy walk ,local shops and pubs and eateries just a stone throw away. Most amazing and most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed , so much care and attention , it feels like someone really actually cares and its not just money . Thank you Geoff for saving our holiday and being so kind .

leaving , wanted to stay longer !

The location is so handy, just a couple mins stroll to the cavern quarter. The room itself is recently decorated beautifully, really pretty. Lots of treats left out for us, and water in the mini fridge, great touch. In the lobby area there was also a selection of grab and go breakfast bits, very nice touch. Best part of it all though was the host Geoff. Having never used a self check in hotel before we were a tad apprehensive, but we met Geoff on the first morning, he is an absolute gentleman and gave us amazing recommendations for the Blackstock market and also made arrangement for us to store our bags after check out as we had a late flight home. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone going to Liverpool.

Absolutely nothing!

Convenient location to walk to the city centre in just 20 minutes, comfortable bed, and a really nice surprise touch with a box of mince pies as I stayed over Christmas. Honestly with better WiFi, this would be a 10/10 for me.

The Internet was the biggest issue, with slow connectivity. As the rooms are actually below ground level, mobile signal isn't great, which doesn't help when the WiFi is so slow. The smart TV channels kept buffering as it was also connected to the slow network.

There are no staff here but we didn't need them. Clear instructions on how to get in. The lobby and rooms are clean and stylish. I liked the complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby. Much cheaper than alternatives in the area. Will definitely stay again.

Not the hotels fault but the area felt a tad unsafe at night. I probably wouldn't stay here by myself if returning at night but that's just me.

The location was easy to find and close to the city without all the noise at night. The room was clean and well presented, a lovely bed and clean bathroom.

The windows opened directly onto the street level outside so it meant that we felt a bit uncomfortable opening the window and the room felt quite stuffy. Also the water tripped twice but the manager did come to sort it out very quickly.

Room was better than expected. Very luxurious and modern. Mini fridge in the room was a great added touch. They provided glasses, bottle opener, very modern microwave and kettle! Short walk to central Liverpool. 15 minute walk to the train station. Staff communicated well and instantly when we got in touch with them. Only thing that was missing was coat hooks/racks. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
