We visited for a Birthday weekend away. This apartment was superb! We were welcomed in by the staff and briefed on the rules, we then were shown to our room and shown how to use the Bluetooth speaker in the room. The room was very clean and well equipped with a fridge to sore food and drinks, cutlery, cups and glasses as well as washing up equipment. Each bed had a fresh towel on and fresh bedding. We were lucky enough to be upgraded at no extra cost to a bigger room with the same facilities as the previous. Overall a great experience, the staff were brilliant, very chatty and allowed us to sore our luggage the next day (the day we were leaving) so we could explore the city. Our stay was fantastic and hope to stay again in the future!

Upon arrival we got asked for a £20 cash, damage deposit from each person staying, in our case 6 people were staying so we paid £120, this was to be sent back to the card on the booking. I wasn’t so sure if booking .com was able to give that sort of information out so I called up asking how they would give the money back and I was told to send my bank details to that phone number and it would be bank transferred back. After a week of calling up to chase up the deposit we finally got it back, we had such a great time staying here the only downside was the deposit taking so long to come back.

The location was excellent. the apartment was lovely, beds very, very comfortable. Tom, the guy who works there, was fab and so helpful.

This may seem like a moan, but more like, advise. There was nowhere to put anything! As a group of 10 girls for 2 nights, we had to live out of our suitcases/bags, only 4 chairs to sit on, our luggage was scattered all over apartment. There is only 1 large mirror in the room for getting ready. There are not enough glasses or cups for us all, so we had to have hot drinks on a rota. Just some minor tweaks would make it amazing.

Very good location, staff upon arrival were very lovely and helpful. Room was exactly like the images on website and was nice and clean. We loved the fact we could have a late checkout for £20 which was very useful. It was loud at night but that was due to other people’s music no fault of the staff. Room had everything we needed as a large group, great for big groups of friends / parties.

We had a great stay except for the return of the deposit. The website claims up to 7 days which is fine. I received it late and only after asking for it. They then returned the money at the wrong amount due to the late checkout. We already paid for the late checkout in cash at the hotel. This was the only bad thing about our stay as if this was sorted promptly it would’ve been a 10/10 stay.

Great location, close to Matthew Street and the shopping centre. About a 10 min walk to Albert Docs. Close to James street station also.

Not ideal if you have a physical disability. No lift in the building so you have to carry cases up the stairs, we were right at the top so it’s a lot of stairs! Staff helped us so wasn’t too bad. The walls in between our room and the room next door are thin and we could hear them talking and partying into the early hours (2am to around 6am!). The room we stayed in had bunk beds, which were comfortable but getting up the steps was a bit of a challenge! No place to hang coats or clothes in the room we stayed in.

The room was clean tidy and the beds were made. The receptionist asked if we wanted to connect to WiFi provided us with the password. Location is absolutely perfect you are behind Matthew street plenty nightlife. The shower is lovely and plenty towels provided. The receptionist advised the desk is manned 24/7 as well. The bunkbeds all equipment with individual lights and plugsockets big bonus.

Room is small especially if we had extra two coming only down fall but for one night I can't see anyone complaining

We had a great stay here, perfect location, friendly staff. We were able to drop our bags off and when the room was ready they were taken up to our room for us which was a lovely touch. They had a built in media so we could connect and listen to music whilst getting ready. There are 2 double bunk beds then 6 singles, all very comfortable! 2 bathrooms with showers, LED light mirrors which were perfect for getting ready!

We could have done with an extra pillow each, each pillow were flat and we only had one each.

interior was one of the best I've been too for a weekend stay, really liked the lights with all an modern minimalistic look and both shower rooms were really clean everything works great and great marble look! fantastic central location!

not that I minded but only negative if you could call it one was probably the flights of stairs

The beds were very comfy and spacious, the bathroom was tidy, some good decoration around (paintings etc), lovely staff member (didn't catch her name but she was great! We stayed on 12 July till 13 July), very easy to get to, bathroom was very clean. We had a great stay!

No kettle in standard room (may be my fault for not reading it properly), checking in was quite complicated as there was only one staff member available in the whole place that we saw (credit to her though, she was great!), no soap in bathroom, we weren't given the code for the door to get in which meant we had to knock a few times and call the official number a few times for someone to let us in. Again, the staff member who let us in was great!

Property is central to all the night life in Liverpool, but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise. The facilities were exceptional and the room we had was spotless. It was very modern and definitely had the wow factor. For being able to sleep 10 people and only the one big room, it was so spacious and the beds were a great size. Could not fault this place and will 100% stay again next time we are visiting Liverpool. Definitely recommend!!

Can’t fault the property at all.

No breakfast available. The room we were given was really small, the hosts offered us a different room which had come available for a small charge. The new room was lovely, really big with loads of space and gorgeous decor, lots of comfy beds to choose from. We had a great time, the staff Lydia and Scott were really helpful and bent over backwards for us, thank you to them

The hallways, stairs, reception areas were very tired looking and in great news of a refurb. The cupboards in kitchen area needed stocking, hardly any cups, glasses etc.
