Love the name and the Beatles idea. Staff were absolutely great, very helpful, and friendly. Great location, smack bang in the middle of most that you want to see. If not, taxis are available right outside the door. Clean and comfortable rooms, good size. All in all , breakfast is good lot's of choice. Coffee and tea are available, although if you want posh coffee, then there is a charge. Anyone who is into the Beatles or just wants a decent, fair priced hotel bang in the centre. Then this is ideal.

Paid for a balcony, which was a bit disappointing as the view was the back rear entrance of buildings. To be honest, it's not really a problem, but maybe list this in the write-up. A coffee machine at breakfast would be great, something most hotels have these days . Coffee and tea were okay, but for a hotel with a rating of 4 stars, flasks of hot water and coffee is a bit of a strange one. Coffee tastes okay to be fair, as is filter coffee freshly brewed and put in a big flask. A minor winge with the buffet breakfast being in the next room in the bar could maybe be located in the restaurant area but not really a problem, though. Struggling to find thing's I didn't like to be fai, so these would stop me booking again, just feedback to maybe improve the experience.

I loved the idea of The Beatles theme throughout the hotel together with the music in reception. Reception staff are a credit to the hotel, very friendly and efficient as well as obliging. Location was amazing! Room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was good but limited but that may have been as we were there 25 minutes before close. For a 4*hotel, I was surprised there was no bottled water in the room. Matress was too soft for my MSK issues. However, we did sleep well! The housekeeping was a little hit and miss, having clean towels the day before we left.

Excellent breakfast and very clean room and bathroom. Excellent location in the centre of Liverpool and just round the corner is Mathew Street home of The Cavern club for excellent daily live music...The Cavern restaurant was lovely too and great food. Excellent friendly breakfast staff in hotel and in main restaurant. The food is excellent in the Hotel. Well done to all the chefs. We had the best Sunday roast dinner ever so tasty and well presented, one beef Sunday roast and one Scouse and Liverpool lemon tart for dessert.

Some of the staff on reception were not so friendly or welcoming as last time we stayed in The Hards Night Hotel which is a shame as its a lovely Hotel but the lady that checked us in early to our room was really nice and friendly and very helpful.

Perfect location, close to all Liverpool landmarks and in the heart of the cavern quarter, couldn't be closer to Mathew Street for a night out or Liverpool One is going shopping and a short stroll from the train staion and docks. Very comfortable hotel, bar and restaurant worth a visit. Rooms comfortable and clean, highly recommended.

As it's in the heart of the city, it can be quite noisy. This didn't bother me but may bother some. There was only 1 working socket in the room which was a bit inconvenient and it would also be helpful to have a socket close to the mirror for getting ready.

Booked for husband’s 60th birthday. Staff left a Beatles themed birthday card and little box of chocs in the room for him which was a lovely touch. Room spacious and comfortable. Quiet at night (though we were on opposite side of the building to Mathew Street). Excellent location. A 1 minute walk round the corner to The Cavern Club and restaurant. Short walk to Albert Dock for Magical Mystery Tour and Beatles Story. 5 minute walk to secure parking at Q Liverpool One. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t get a chance to try all the bars / restaurant etc but would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Wasn’t much point booking room with a balcony as we didn’t use it and looked over by offices, view of buildings and side street.

What a fabulous hotel.. if never stay anywhere else. And I'm extremely fussy. 30 second walk to the Cavern.. few minutes from the beatles statue. Close to all amenities. Best located hotel in Liverpool. And such pleasant helpful staff that know the meaning of customer service and practice it. We were only sorry we didn't book an extra night. Lovely breakfast. Spotless. I ll be booking here again for next month. This is the only place to stay..and excellent rates and value for money. Beautiful Beatles theme and music to keep you in the tourist mood. Thank you all.

Space between the twin beds would be nice.. (or I can leave the snorer behind next time) But honestly can't complain.

Our third time staying at this hotel and another really enjoyable visit. Friendly reception team. We arrived early and to our surprise, our room was ready for us so we could check in early. We were also upgraded to a premium room (robes, slippers, incredibly spacious room). Good amenities in the room (tea and coffee making facilities, bath and shower, fridge, safe, large tv with premium channels such as sky sports). The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring the Mathew Street area and visiting the Cavern. We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. We will be back again soon. The air conditioning didn’t appear to be working but the temperature of the room was fine so it didn’t affect our stay

Everything is in walking distance, breakfast excellent, staff I can't fault at all, love the 60s vib, the beatles theme is lovely, lovely bar to come back to plus cocktail bar, so really good for us...

We have stayed at your hotel a few times now, as a couple and with the girls from work, recommended it it friends and family as very good... unfortunately this time, the room to me wasn't brilliant, too small, dark and no socket near a mirror, not really that comfortable to be honest, so for the first time ever, we were a little disappointed, because usually it I would give this hotel 10/10... wouldn't want to stay in that room again that's for sure, so will be making sure of that if we come back, . But other than that, the hotel runs very well, love it!! . ..

Room was absolutely lovely, Beatles theme which was a bonus as I am a huge Beatles fan. Which was the most disappointing part of the stay which was the breakfast, very very poor for the price I paid. Fantastic location which was very close to Matthew street where all the live music took place

Breakfast was a big disappointment for the amount of money paid.£220.00 per night is extremely expensive for a night with a very poor breakfast. Will stop somewhere else next year like the Hilton which is cheaper and the breakfast is far better.

The location was fantastic and central to everything such as Matthew street and Liverpool one shopping centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great hotel bar attached to the hotel along with a restaurant.

The lighting in the room was very poor making it difficult to apply make up. Sue to being so close to Mather street the music was very loud till the early hours of the morning. However we was aware that there would be noise. New cushions needed as they are a-bit worn and flat. Shower room gets very slippery once you have been in the shower. Extra bath mats and anti slip mats should be provided for safety.
