I have recently began to visit Liverpool monthly. This is the best laid out apartment I have stayed at in 6.

I can overlook the draft from the single glazed windows and the lack of bedside lamps. The noisy sanitary system in the bathroom was unforgivable. My partner and I used the toilet at least twice each during the night which woke the other person up due to the noise of the sanitary system. I hope you have not fitted the same noisy system in all 17 apartments? I would still like to stay in one of your apartments in the future.

The apartment was incredible — way bigger than expected, with comfortable facilities like two big couches, a great bed, and a big kitchen. The view was nice, and it's located very close to main attractions like The Cavern. Access to the property was easy and there's a lift to carry your luggage.

Nothing really. I wish you could leave the luggage if getting to Liverpool earlier than check in time, but there's no reception to leave it with.

Close to amenities. Close to places of interest, Short walk to Albert Dock. Easy to access. Able to Park nearby at a reduced price. Clean spacious and comfortable accommodation. Cooking facilities. Well stocked with cutlery and utensils .We have been on numerous occasions as hard to beat for comfort, cleanliness and closeness to places of historical and cultural interest.

There was no plug in the sink making washing up more difficult .Not sure if it had been purposely removed. In fairness to the property owners we did not report this. The toilet flushing system is noisy which is no big issue but the smell from both toilet areas was pretty unpleasant. The area is very busy and there is a lot of noise from the street more noticeable on this stay as due to heat we had to open window.

Have been to Castle apartments a number of times These are great sized apartments with full Kitchens and facilities at very reasonable prices. Well located near the docks but also next to a good variety of shops and Cavern district .

The room we had on this occasion had bedroom window to the front opposite Cook St There was a lot of noise in the mornings .It is a busy area and some noise can be expected but I have not experienced this level of sleep disturbance in any other Castle St room or flat. In saying that the price was excellent and an investment in some ear plugs would do the trick.

Location..absolutely BANG IN THE CENTRE ..if you don't want to, or can't travel easily with mobility issues, its the PERFECT spot. So central it was surprising considering the cost of the apartment. Modern, beds were comfy, had full self catering facilities..genuinely lovely place to stay.

Didn't like the fact that the deposit was taken after full payment was made. I get the need the hold a card just in case there's any damage etc but..felt a bit at ransom in case I put a fork back wrong..If any issues occur after inspection, fair enough, you have the bank details. Didn't like the literal taking of 150 pound prior to arriving without even putting a toe in the property. A few oddities that could be addressed ..no lamps/low lighting in the bedroom. It's all or nothing, full 8 bulbs above or no light at all.. Very slippery shower base and no grab rails. It's just a "be careful situation" if an older person or immobile person is staying.

Great stay in the centre of everything, small shop just next door. Staff very friendly and helpful, held our bags for us as we arrived early. Place was clean and had everything you would need for self catering. Good comfortable stay and would return.

A lot of additional information needed like photo id etc, this is obviously to cover damage costs so can see the reasons behind it! Great location but it does come with noise, we stayed sun-wed and could hear the bars emptying bottles each night and the bin men in the mornings, windows could be updated to help this. Although you are warned of the noise from using toilet and water it is still very loud! I would not let any of this put me off though and if visiting again I would stay here again.

We had a lovely family stay here and managed to have a fantastic weekend in Liverpool (amazing place!). The apartment was very spacious, clean with slick styling that my family of four loved. Location relative to the sights, attractions and shopping is fantastic.

Pillows were a little flat (minor gripe) and the toilets were noisy and smelly because of the saniflow system (not pleasant when you're brushing your teeth) Also because we went on a weekend and the location is on Castle St which has a lot of bars it was noisy until 3am which made it difficult to sleep undisturbed. Could be a difficult to manage if you're tired or have a very young family.

The apartment was beautiful, very big and very modern. The entrance lobby was very elegant.The kitchen had a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and fridge freezer. The color scheme was lovely throughout the apartment. The bedroom was very spacious, comfortable bed, lots of storage and nice blinds. The bathroom was beautifully decorated. Lovely shower. The location was fantastic. It was a five minute walk to the shops and a five minute walk in the opposite direction to the pier. Very central.

The only thing was the noise from the air conditioning units on the building opposite. We couldn't leave the bedroom window open and it was very warm. It wouldn't stop me from staying there in the future.

Fantastic weekend, here to see the boss. Arrived on Friday about 6pm. Parked at the recommended QParks on Dale Street. Only an easy 10 min walk to the accommodation and £9 per night. Easy entrance to apartments . Key safe for 2 keys. We were in apartment 106 which has 2 large bedrooms one of which is unsuite. The living/kitchen area is really comfortable with all amenities and utensils etc for self catering. Although we ate out . There's a Sainsbury's local underneath the apartments and lots of bars and restaurants. It's only a 5 min walk to Matthew Street . The accommodation was very clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again next time we are in Liverpool.

When we opened the door I thought I'd died & gone to heaven, especially after some previous shoebox-sized accommodations. Spacious apartment & bathroom with full-sized fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, washer, iron, hair dryer, 2-seater lounge, small table & 2 chairs, & wardrobe.

It was beside a laneway & there was some noise from the restaurant with commercial garbage bins being wheeled to the kerb for collection but this was really minor. Needs bedside reading lamps or lights above the bedhead. Only 3 out of 8 lamps in bedroom ceiling light were working. Need to bring own tea & coffee. Toilet when flushing & shower, sometimes make weird noises but it stated that it's just part of its normal working system.
