Amazing location beautifully presented and so quiet

Little dusty in the bedroom and would have preferred the sofa bed made up ok arrival.

Honestly the best thing about this place is Jack behind the reception. That’s not to say the place isn’t brilliant but Jack just made our stay easier and more fun. It was my friends hen do and Jack offered a balloon pump and sellotape to help decorate the room. He even tried to let me check in early to decorate. He made me feel incredibly welcome as I walked through the door, everyone should be more Jack!

The receptionist desk team are absolutely great and Jack has been wonderful. They are very considerate with people with children and gave us assistance we need. Breakfast has been amazing tho sometimes it felt that they were rushing a bit to get rid of the plates to be cleaned even if it’s not empty yet and my toddler was still being fed, but breakfast food are amazing . Other than that, stay has been lovely x

Loved how close this accommodation is to Liverpool City centre and lime Street Station... the staff were all so kind, understanding and thoughtful and accommodated our stay amazingly... breakfast was lovely and my sons said their favourite was the pancakes.. such a clean spacious hotel / apartments... we loved every minute of it from start to finish.. we came from Ireland ro watch the Liverpool match and we arrived to early but they let us into our room straight away due to it being ready.. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being very kind and helpful... we will 100% be back again.

Can't complain about anything we loved it.

The convenient location, just a short 10-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Station through a shopping street with lots of restaurants, and an easy stroll to the waterfront. This affordable apartment style hotel with a kitchenette equipped with a kitchen sink, stovetop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso style machine, coffee pods, tea bags, instant coffee, sugar and milk packets, basic dinnerware, utensils and a small dining table surely beats a standard hotel for convenience and functionality. There’s also a coin laundry on the ground floor as well as a coffee shop/restaurant where you can dine in or order food for pick up. In addition, steps away is a train station (I forgot the name) that can take you to Liverpool or Liverpool Lime station in 10 minutes or less. Special mention to Davis at the front desk who provided us outstanding service and an ample supply of items needed in the room. All in all, this aparthotel is an affordable and convenient find in beautiful Liverpool.

The Staff were lovely and friendly and had great knowledge of places to visit. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, it was also lovely and warm, with no outside noise. The location was perfect for getting about the city quickly. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!

I won a bid for a room upgrade, which was brilliant and I happily paid an extra £56, but as I paid extra I was hoping at the very least to have a double bed, instead of 2 singles pushed together. They don't lock into place and slide apart easily, causing a moment in the middle of the night where my partner rolled over and the beds parted like Moses parting the waters and he fell to the depths....other than that, the stay was perfect!!

Great location and facilities. The room was comfortable, very clean and modern. Good travel cot. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again. The manager was very good to communicate with.

We asked for our sheets to be changed one morning and reception said it would be done, when we returned we were told we have to change the sheets ourselves as we hadn't paid for cleaning - this is not reflected on booking.com. Also the window was slightly ajar so we could hear some street noise, we asked for it to be fixed but it wasn't. Not a major issue and it didn't keep us awake.

Location. Being able to walk to everything like shopping and restaurants and Albert Dock and museums was very good. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The beds were comfortable and clean. Overall I will be staying again although it is my 2nd time there. Laundry facilities was clean.

The room looked it had not been cleaned recently as there were a build up of dust on the air conditioning vents and on the bedhead Being asthmatic and have allergies to dust it was not good in the room.There were no broom not even a dust broom/mop to be able to clean during my time would've been great.

Amazing central location with parking (£15 per day additional charge) Lots of space for the family and good facilities for travelling with children. We don't usually do city breaks with the kids but decided to stop off for a day before getting the ferry home and sp glad we did. Excellent location. Family friendly, got the pizzas they offered in the evening and went to Tesco express to grand breakfast bits. Good value overall.

Booked a cot but was emailed to say we would have to provide our mattress and bedding. Pointless. We just brought our own cot, how would know what size to bring etc??
