Amazing location beautifully presented and so quiet

Little dusty in the bedroom and would have preferred the sofa bed made up ok arrival.

The long waits for the lift that appeared to stop on every floor

Honestly the best thing about this place is Jack behind the reception. That’s not to say the place isn’t brilliant but Jack just made our stay easier and more fun. It was my friends hen do and Jack offered a balloon pump and sellotape to help decorate the room. He even tried to let me check in early to decorate. He made me feel incredibly welcome as I walked through the door, everyone should be more Jack!

The receptionist desk team are absolutely great and Jack has been wonderful. They are very considerate with people with children and gave us assistance we need. Breakfast has been amazing tho sometimes it felt that they were rushing a bit to get rid of the plates to be cleaned even if it’s not empty yet and my toddler was still being fed, but breakfast food are amazing . Other than that, stay has been lovely x

The room are tidy and amazing, everything you need are there

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a central location, close to waterfront, and a 10/15 min walk from Liverpool one shopping centre. Lots of restaurants around the area, or go up into the town for food. We hopped on the red bus at the Pier head, this takes you round the interesting sites around the city, it's a 24 hr ticket, so you can hop on and off the bus at various points and walk around the area, then jump back on the bus to the next point.

The original room we had wasn't suitable for mum and myself, as the bed was up against the wall and the bed was quite high to get in and out of. We both have mobility issues. But got moved to the twin room no problem. These were lower beds and the staff were great, they even moved our luggage to the new room for us whilst we went out for the day. So helpful.

Big apartment, lots of space.

When we arrived we went to the car park, rang the phone a few times and no one answered. Went into the reception area. I named everyone on the booking so when my other friends went to check in they couldn't find them, they mentioned there names a few times, and then all of a sudden they just found them. When I queued up there was one receptionist speaking to a customer and there was another receptionist who didnt even call me over and then went straight over to the lunch area. But in the end we all got checked in and was easy to find our rooms.

Loved how close this accommodation is to Liverpool City centre and lime Street Station... the staff were all so kind, understanding and thoughtful and accommodated our stay amazingly... breakfast was lovely and my sons said their favourite was the pancakes.. such a clean spacious hotel / apartments... we loved every minute of it from start to finish.. we came from Ireland ro watch the Liverpool match and we arrived to early but they let us into our room straight away due to it being ready.. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being very kind and helpful... we will 100% be back again.

Can't complain about anything we loved it.

We absolutely loved the atmosphere in Liverpool, we had never been and wanted somewhere that was centre of everything. This was a perfect location because you were no more than a 5 minute uber drive from everything or 10 minute walk to the docks/shops. The lady on reception gave us a map and told us the best places to go and recommend a few places like the Yellow Submarine Bar and the Golf Fang (crazy golf, darts karaoke) which we had the best time! Our room was so clean it felt home from home and we enjoyed it very much. We loved that you couldn’t access the lifts unless you had an active key card so you felt more secure too.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Liverpool, 5 mins walk to Liverpool 1. The rooms are a good size, we had a studio apartment. The kitchen was compact, but had all the items you would expect. You're not cooking a roast dinner in it but you can make basic meals if needed. Bathroom and bedroom all clean, modern feel, massive window looking across to the front. That made the room light and bright. Staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly.

The pillows. They were too thin with a single and too high with two. There weren't any other options for pillows.

The convenient location, just a short 10-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Station through a shopping street with lots of restaurants, and an easy stroll to the waterfront. This affordable apartment style hotel with a kitchenette equipped with a kitchen sink, stovetop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso style machine, coffee pods, tea bags, instant coffee, sugar and milk packets, basic dinnerware, utensils and a small dining table surely beats a standard hotel for convenience and functionality. There’s also a coin laundry on the ground floor as well as a coffee shop/restaurant where you can dine in or order food for pick up. In addition, steps away is a train station (I forgot the name) that can take you to Liverpool or Liverpool Lime station in 10 minutes or less. Special mention to Davis at the front desk who provided us outstanding service and an ample supply of items needed in the room. All in all, this aparthotel is an affordable and convenient find in beautiful Liverpool.
